Came here for a birthday lunch. Food was lovely (visited on a Sunday so it included roast dinners). We had a table booked as we were a large group, and would recommend booking as the pub filled up very quickly and is very popular. Would recommend going here, lovely food and atmosphere

Had lunch with a friend who lives in Crickhowell. I had been before but this time the food was so good the Dragon needs a mention. It is slightly over shadowed by the Bear but it is definitely worth a visit and in my opinion just as good. It was a lovely day so most people were in the large garden. However, we stayed indoors and from our window table 'people watched'. The staff were lovely and very helpful and we both thoroughly enjoyed our meal. We will be back.

Lovely clean rooms, homely and warm. Fabulous staff could not be more helpful especially when this humpty spilt her tea over the nice just fresh cleaned bed. The staff very quickly provided new duvet, sheets as I apologised profusely.|Food is superb...better than The Bear in my opinion.|This will be my preference when I come to Head Office for work.

Lovely B&B in the heart of Crickhowell. Room was lovely, modern and clean. Pleased we could connect to my Netflix account! Plenty of tea, coffee and milk too. Friendly staff.
We had our evening meal here too. Food was all really good! It was very busy and we were really impressed with how on the ball all the staff were throughout the evening.
Lovely beer garden with a pool table and darts. Dog friendly.
One thing to mention is access to the car park as it's so narrow! Apparently if you come from the square side so you're turning left into the alley it's easier than coming from the other side like we did.
Overall 10/10! Thank you 😊

Having been to The Bear before a friend recommended the dragon inn so we thought we’d try it for dinner.
The belly pork sounded great on the menu, but sadly when it arrived, it was pretty inedible being very rubbery and lacking any crackling which I would normally expect with belly pork. I did return it and they dealt with that very well offering an alternative meal instead which was far better well done.
There is quite a limited range of beer and the IPA was unlike any IPA I’ve had before so I changed to Peroni which was £6.65 a pint !!!!
Wish we’d gone to The Bear instead…..

Lovely Sunday lunch first time here & very impressed will definitely be back. Food was fresh piping hot & no hard veg like in so many places! Roast potatoes crunchy & plenty of flavoursome gravy. I dropped a star as I had to go to the bar to ask for apple sauce & horseradish as we weren't asked if we wanted anything else but minor thing.

Stopped at The Dragon Inn for a meal and it was excellent. The food was delicious, really well cooked and full of flavour. The staff couldn’t have been nicer – friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing. A lovely place to eat in Crickhowell, I’ll definitely be back.

A lovely one night stay - very comfortable rooms with a quirky interior and windows you can actually open unlike a lot of modern hotels!|We had lunch in the bar- very tasty cheese and chutney ciabatta with a generous side salad. The full English breakfast was delicious and ingredients felt very high quality. Would definitely recommend- thank you for having us :)
