Very disappointed with their pricing tactic.
When I asked about their laser package, I was quoted $1,900 for 20 sessions, but only if I accepted 20 physical paper vouchers. When I questioned the reason for such an outdated system, there was no clear explanation. Instead, I was told that if I wanted my treatments properly logged in their system — like any modern clinic would do — I’d have to pay around 10% more.
Let’s be honest: there is no legitimate operational reason for issuing paper vouchers in 2025 except to increase the chance that customers misplace them and lose their remaining sessions. It’s a misaligned, customer-unfriendly practice, and it reflects poorly on the clinic’s ethics.
I walked away extremely unimpressed.
