The Duxiana

just one night stay but wish it had been longer. Absolutely beautiful hotel. Blonde lady on reception was amazing so friendly and helpful. Room was nicer than the pictures. lovely views. Great location, very close to malmo Central. Bed was very comfy as was the sofa. Didn't try out the bath in the window but the shower had good pressure. luxury toiletries as well. Good breakfast with a warm relaxing atmosphere. Would love to stay here again.

This fantastic hotel is full of trendy lamps and furniture, not only the very cozy Duxiana beds. All staffs were super kind, and breakfast was enjoyable. It doesn't have its parking, but you don't need to worry, because there is a huge parking lot just next to the bridge nearby the hotel.

Our stay was entirely too short! This hotel is eloquently designed and located. It is directly one block, walking distance from the train station and nestled in the historic district. The rooms are well appointed with televisions, beautiful bed linens, wifi, and lovely clean bathrooms. It is highly recommend that you opt for the suite on the front corner of the hotel overlooking the harbor. Not only are the high ceilings incredible, the room is beautiful and the views are beautiful. The sitting area is lovely - perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The best part of this room is the large claw foot soaking bathtub that sits in the bumped out front corner of the room. With 280 degrees of Windows over looking the city, it is the best, most relaxing spot to lay awhile. Let the day's work, travel or sightseeing melt away in the bath with a glass of wine (available in the lobby). The service was impeccable too. We experienced a warm and cheerful welcome, received wonderful help making a dinner reservation and getting a late night glass of wine. In the morning we had a lovely breakfast with many hot and cold choices. The daytime crew was amazing and Clinton and Jackie stood out from the crowd. It is hard to believe that this beautiful boutique hotel was so well priced. It is easy to recommend to others and we most certainly will be staying here again.

Exceptionally nice hotel. Very tasteful decoration with attention to details. Fantastic breakfast. Staff is very friendly, helpful and forthcoming. Highly recommended and well worth its price. Five minutes walk to the train station.

I liked it more before the renovation. Breakfast before was much better and really what was done to the lobby was ok but not necessary in my opinion. The front desk is a bit fancier which is good but that’s about it. The rooms are rather small with massive beds. What I don’t like about the hotel is the bathrooms are small and have so many sharp edges. There is not enough space over the sink to put make up/ cosmetics etc. I had 4 different rooms and also the loft upstairs here so I know what I am talking about. I liked that they had steamers for clothes in the room but they got rid of the malin + goetz shower products and now have some weird brand. What I like is the jazz music and the romantic vibe. The location and the building are good. There is always fee tea and coffee by the lobby which is nice! All in all for me too small rooms and I always freeze in this hotel. The heating only gets luke warm and I couldnt turn off the AC. The blankets were heavy and waaaay too warm. When you were under the blanket you were sweating like crazy and without I was cold.

A very cosy place that makes you feel like home. The staff did everything they could to make us feel good. It is also at a good position to discover the different areas of Malmö by walking.

Duxiana beds to sleep on is a treat of course. The staff were really attentive. Very quiet room, even the airco unit was almost unhearable. Only drawback was the weak pressure of the shower. Overall good experience.

Small but abundant and warm place, served with welcome drinks and snacks every day.

The staff made this one night stay for us just incredible- they are soooo nice. Super comfy beds, and yummyyyy complimentary breakfast!

Great location just a short walk from Lille Torg and many shops. Across the river from Malmo Central Station. Very friendly staff, a business centre downstairs so you can have quick pre-meeting huddles and printer available. Delicious breakfast including waffles, smoothies, savoury bread and toppings, good coffee, cereal, vitamin shots, multiple fruit juices, eggs.... So much choice! The lunch looked and smelled delicious but unfortunately meetings made it impossible to make it to it in time. Will certainly try it next time. The only con I can think of is that the beds are nearly impossible to get out of thanks to how comfortable they are. I have had such a good sleep every night I've been here. The rooms are tastefully decorated, modern and clean. The Wifi has been perfect. Not a single complaint. Will certainly be back and will recommend it to friends visiting the area.
