Wide and thoughtful selection of snacks and specialty grocery items. Great place to find a gift, too (cute ceramics, cookbooks, candles etc.). Really nice vibe!

I loved this place so much! Great curated selection of snacks, books, drinks and artsy knick knacks. I’m a graphic designer and felt at home with all of the selection of quirky packaging and pops of color everywhere. Definitely recommend!

Such a well curated corner store for the neighborhood. I feel so blessed to be able to pop in there and grab farmers market strawberries or oat bakery bread or amazing tahini. So cool how they grab things from all over town so I don’t have to run to a bunch of different places to get local goods.

I love this corner store! Amazing selection of staples and more high-end or boutique ingredients, excellent staff, and great space to spend a long lunch break. i love that they work with local businesses and makers, and have a rotating schedule of sandwiches and breads from different bakeries in town.

Fabulous downtown Bodega with a wonderfully curated collection of groceries, yummies and beverages. This is nothing like your usual convenience store; everything is beautifully presented of high quality. Highly recommended.

Yelp
Such a wonderful little International Grocery, and chock full of specialty food items. Pretty much something for everyone, and for every occasion. Nestled on the corner of East De La Guerra and Santa Barbara Streets, it's just a block off of State Street, and right across the street from the Santa Barbara Historical Museum. Thanks to Lea and her staff for keeping it all so well stocked, and with such out-of-the-ordinary items. We actually went in to prepare an upscale Charcuterie Board, and ended coming out with so many other things. Take note of their specialty beverage items. Along with plenty of different juices, we purchased several of the Tilden non-alcoholic Cocktails. Each one more delicious than the next. We've also visited to fill up with different lotions and potions. Our bathroom has never been so well stocked with quality items. And just when we thought we'd seen everything, we discovered the Sardine Pate in Spiced Olive Oil, and assorted Albacore Tuna and Smoked Salmon. Really, everytime we go in to The Eddy we discover another delicious treat. They also offer some fun gift boxes as perfect gift ideas, as well as some well crafted pottery. Can't say enough about how much The Eddy has to offer. You simply have to experience it yourself.

Yelp
Excellent array of beautiful products from candles to food items. It is a delight just to enter the store. Great hostess gifts. Hope they might carry zeroe plant based caviar, unique plant cheeses and more plant based. But is still fun to peruse for a favorite salt or unique gift

Yelp
A corner store with a hip international foodie twist. For example: yes, they have Heinz ketchup -- but it's organic. And they have harissa, too. You see? Not a huge stock, but lots of interesting items, many imported. Some fresh produce (lots of garlic!), and a cooler, too. They do not have a kitchen, but they do sell sandwiches (they were out when I stopped by, so I can't tell you what they looked like) and other suitable-for-a-picnic stuff. A few tables for outside dining. In the architecturally pleasing Spanish-style building across from the Historical Museum, that used to be the Bead Shop.

Yelp
I'm so glad I stopped by! This new corner store is super cute and well-curated. Everyone we talked to was really friendly. Loved to see a great selection of non-alcoholic beverages as those can sometimes be hard to find. Looking forward to coming back!

Yelp
A great location easily accessible from many points but particularly for those of us who live downtown. If you want food from Montecito but don't want to deal with driving there, they have food from Merci, i.e. salads, sandwiches: and they also have the delicious sandwiches from Deux Bakery (the baguette with ham is reminiscent of France). Lots of other things for sale, fun to peruse!
