Service is truly top-notch, with two dedicated butlers assigned to our villa. Special thanks to my butler, Yudha, for surprising me with a beautiful birthday room decoration—he is incredibly talented. I’d also like to thank Winata for helping us capture amazing photos while we enjoyed our floating breakfast in the pool.The cliff-edge pool is fascinating, but it is open to the public from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and can get quite crowded, especially on weekends. This is the downside of the hotel. I understand the hotel needs the business, but the opening hours for public access are a bit too long and do affect in-house guests who simply want to relax and unwind—especially considering the premium price we pay for the accommodation. We also booked a dinner at the cave restaurant, which is set in a natural cave. The food was fantastic, and it’s definitely a must-try experience at the hotel. The spa is also interesting, offering treatments in front of a stunning ocean view, with the spa area designed like a pool.Location-wise, it’s not the most convenient, as there are no shops or restaurants nearby. The hotel sits deep inside narrow roads. However, it is located next to Six Senses and Bulgari, so hotel hopping could be a fun option.Lastly, thank you for the wonderful hospitality and attentiveness. We hope to be back soon.

My favorite spot on Earth. We rented The Villa for 4 nights at Christmas and was blown away by the beauty of the location. The Villa is pure luxury done perfectly for a romantic experience. Our butler Yogi was perfect. Always available when we contacted him on WhatsApp to provide everything we requested. He even set us up for bowling on a rainy day. Our access to the rest of the grounds was premium as day visitors enjoyed the pool scene, and generally not a bother. Breakfast was so good we didn't eat the rest of the day, except for the one day we are at The Cave which is highly recommended. We generally don't repeat trips, but we'll be back to The Edge for sure. Thanks for everything.

We were very pleased with our choice to stay at The Edge. We stayed in "The One" villa which was very large for just two, but perfect. Right on the ocean front and very private. Sugi out butler was great and the rest of the staff very friendly. Although no beach, we could not fault it. Food great. Definitely worth experiencing "The Cave" restaurant. Although rainy season we had pretty clear days and no rain during the day. Would stay here again.

I visited The Edge Bali alone, but I never felt lonely!! I had so much fun! Every staff member was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. A special shoutout to Ratih, who helped me take amazing photos and was so patient and kind. Emi was also sooo nice and had good conversation with her. Everyone genuinely cared about making my visit enjoyable, and their positive energy really made the day special. I felt completely comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend The Edge Bali to anyone looking for a beautiful spot and a truly memorable experience!

That's what won me over the most: · Perfect service from the first minute: We were greeted at the entrance with a smile and escorted to our lounge chair. The staff is incredibly attentive and helpful, but at the same time unobtrusive. They kept asking if everything was okay, if they needed to bring something. · Luxurious territory and comfort: Cleanliness, order and thoughtfulness to the smallest detail! Spacious, comfortable deck chairs with soft mattresses and large umbrellas. All the furniture is stylish and new. We took a four—poster area - it was an absolute hit: shade, privacy and romantic atmosphere. · Amazing pool and beach: It was difficult to choose where to spend time. The freshwater pool is crystal clear, spacious, and has excellent temperature. · Culinary delight in the restaurant and bar: The cuisine is a separate compliment! The chef is a magician. The prices are adequate for this level of establishment. · The atmosphere of relaxation and celebration: There is an incredibly pleasant atmosphere here. During the day, unobtrusive lounge music plays, allowing you to completely relax. By evening, the music becomes more lively, creating a light festive mood, but without too much fuss. Bottom line: This beach club is worth every penny spent. It's a place where you feel special, where you're really taken care of. Perfect for a romantic date, relaxing with friends, or just an all-inclusive day of total relaxation. We will definitely come back again!

The Edge was amazing! The villa staff were very attentive to our needs and wants. The villa was breathtaking from the views overlooking the ocean and the rooms were perfectly curated. I can’t imagine having our wedding anywhere else. The spa was great and the best we’ve ever seen. We can’t wait to come back again in a few years to celebrate again.

We got the Day Pass from Klook and really enjoyed it! The views were amazing — totally worth it. The food was great, and my kid had so much fun swimming. All the staff were super nice and helpful. Thanks for the awesome experience!
