We booked the Couples Date Night Special and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The service was outstanding — every staff member we interacted with was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly, which made us feel truly welcomed. The views from the hotel were stunning and added a magical touch to our stay. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious, with great attention to detail in the presentation and flavors. It was clear that care was taken in every aspect of the dining experience. Our room was spotless, cozy, and incredibly comfortable — the perfect space to relax and unwind. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was peaceful and romantic, just what we needed for a special night away. We left feeling refreshed and well taken care of. Highly recommend this place for couples looking for a romantic escape!

Had the worse experience ever we booked online when we got to the hotel who got there 4hours earlier and we wor told to pay extra aR1000 or wait untill 12 later when we came back the room was still not ready mind due on arrival we then get told that we eshould pay extra R700 for beach front which was not mentioned when we paid and made bookings so we paid that additional R700 we then get told that they can’t guarantee if the room will be ready or not by 14:00 we drove from Pretoria to celebrate my sons birthday and we wor left to just drive around,I mean if they say I should pay extra 1000 for coming early that means there was a room available but because we didn’t pay it we wor left stranded mind due there was another elderly couple also siting there dealing with the same issue this is not right at all.

From the reception, all the staff and the cleaners,thank you for making our stay so memorable. We hand a wonderfull stay. The rooms were spotless n thank you for your great hospitality

It's amazing, but we waited way longer to be checked in for more than an 45 minutes..... we were the only couple that waiting for their room to be ready while other people that came after us just checked in and went to their rooms

The best hotel by far. Went on a family trip with my family and I can say that that will be our hotel next time I go back. Friendly welcome we received. The foods was amazing. We got all the assistance we needed. Very happy

Such a nice, quiet, warm hotel. Great for a family stay, I came here with my family and the kids loved their stay. Beautiful beachfront view, especially at sunset and sunrise. The friendliness of the stuff, tops. The variety of breakfast options, the frequency of the change of menu at breakfast is so beautiful to experience, delicious too. This is definitely a place I will come to, no doubt about that. Keep up.the good work 👏 💪

What an amazing experience we had! We visited The Edward Brasseries Restaurant for our 14th wedding anniversary on Saturday 30 August 2025. We were spoilt rotten! We opted for the buffet.Our waiter CELANI went beyond our expectation, making sure that we were well taken care of!Food was scrumptious, The service was excellent.A big shout out to Celani, infact the entire team was amazing.Talk about mouth watering salmon, beef steak, veggies, the list was endless on the menu, all so delicious! To our surprise, we were served a complimentary red velvet cake for our celebration.What a day, what a gesture! We look forward to book a stay very soon.

The best service ever... our family room was specious . The indoor pool was awesome. Breakfast was well done thanks to the chefs. The sea view was to die for ..woke up to the refreshing sea breeze. 10/10. Would definitely come back.
