Such a nice, quiet, warm hotel. Great for a family stay, I came here with my family and the kids loved their stay. Beautiful beachfront view, especially at sunset and sunrise. The friendliness of the stuff, tops. The variety of breakfast options, the frequency of the change of menu at breakfast is so beautiful to experience, delicious too. This is definitely a place I will come to, no doubt about that. Keep up.the good work 👏 💪

The best hotel by far. Went on a family trip with my family and I can say that that will be our hotel next time I go back. Friendly welcome we received. The foods was amazing. We got all the assistance we needed. Very happy

The best service ever... our family room was specious . The indoor pool was awesome. Breakfast was well done thanks to the chefs. The sea view was to die for ..woke up to the refreshing sea breeze. 10/10. Would definitely come back.

We had a fantastic stay, made even better by a complementary room upgrade upon our arrival. The staff were incredible friendly, and attentive throughout our visit. Keep doing what you're doing with your team - their service truly makes a difference. Highly recommended!!!

DONT BOTHER STAYING HERE.||Worst experience ever in a hotel in my life and I am 66 years old. Not worth it and they have total disrespect for pensioner. I had a list of 11 complaints on the 1st night. The room was so disorganised they had to come and reorg the furniture. The rooms are tiny and you knock into furniture. The most ridiculous bathroom setup ever. The toilet roll holder is in such a position that u have to hold your hands up in the air to actually sit on the seat. Complained and they didn't have the courtesy to move me as I told them had a pinched nerve and was in constant pain whenever I used the loo. |The buffet as they call it with the only variety being a choice between pap and rice. |Will never stay there again.

I had a room on the 7th floor, great views, great customer service, the staff were friendly at breakfast and dinner, only draw back is the following: Rooms are of a old style with a shower in a bath which I dislike, the location, during the day it feels safe to walk out the hotel, at night it’s not a pleasant place to be… Aircon was very noise but worked well. The hotel is showing its age, with water leaks, and the roof makes a horrible banging noise when windy, we did experience a flood twice while we stayed at the hotel. On every floor there are old pictures of Durban on the walls with descriptions which was great showing off Durban in black and white. The food was of great standards compliments to the chefs and kitchen staff. Butter Chicken is well worth it! 3 cheese pizza was good Fish and chips was good We made use of the basement parking, which comes at an extra cost, but well worth it for peace of mind. I was booked in for 10 days, on business. Overall a pleasant stay!
