This place was everything. I was obsessed with their cinnamon French toast. Traditional, high quality food with fast acting service. All the drinks tasted organic with the freshest produce possible. The smoothies are a must try.

One star simply because despite Google's claims all week we were here, we repeatedly arrived to a closed up shop. We searched high and low for some sort of hidden entrance and found nothing. It wound up being a positive in that it led to discovering and repeatedly visiting Eddie's New York Deli & Diner only 2ish blocks away...food star of the HCMC portion of our trip for sure!

Healthier version of an American breakfast diner-less salt, less grease. Highly recommend the blueberry pancake. Easily one of the best pancakes I've had! It is moist and fluffy and did not cheap out on my blueberries. All the other items were above par too. They use TWG tea bags for their tea. Cars can be parked at the nearby Saigon square which is only a 5min walk from the restaurant. Don't come if you are in a hurry as they do take a bit longer to prepare your meals. They even mention that on a billboard on the wall.

After about 5 days in Ho Chi Minh City, I Needed a North American style breakfast and The Elbow Room absolutely hit all the marks. I had the Lumberjack and it was delicious, in fact I rate the pancakes in the top 5 in all the world. The staff is super friendly and of course the iced coffee is the best. Definitely worth a visit. Oh and stop by the War Remnants Museum as well, it's a must see.

Never get disappointed with the Elbow Room breakfast. 🥞 This restaurant has been here for a long time. It’s a decent breakfast restaurant in downtown. I seldom go here to have breakfast. This time we ordered French toast and ER’s omelette. Toast was perfect and had a good smell of cardamom. The omelette was so delicious!! The mix of tomatoes and mushrooms stuff was absolute delight. 🍳 Coffee Latte is good here too. The price is reasonable for the portion they serve. I simply love it 💯👌🏻😍

This was our last night in Vietnam so we went for something a bit different. We were pleasantly surprised. I had the garlic prawn penne, so delicious. My husband had the clam chowder, creamy and delicious. We weren’t going to have desert but we were tempted when Vinh said how good the chocolate cake was. It was really good!!

Expensive but good. I have gotten a few things off the menu. Been here about 4 or 5 times and have ordered different things. Food is great, the service isnt bad and the new york themed decorations is nice. Good little D1 western food restaursnt that is more relaxed

Had breakfast here recently. Nicely laid out premises and tastefully adorned. Once again due to very limited breakfast options in our hotel my friend and I decided on eating out for breakfast. So we ordered a vegetarian omelette and blueberry pancakes. Both of which were full of content and enjoyable. The blueberry pancakes were actually enfused and the mixture blended with blueberry rather than just randomly thrown in, served with maple syrup ...lovely. All this washed down with a couple of above average tasting americano's. The only negative about our breakfast was the price, around 950,000 vnd in total (approx £33) which is quite expensive for Vietnam and more expensive than comparable cafes in the UK. The service was good but over the top prices.
