The Elite Castle

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the elite castle. From the moment I arrived, everything was perfectly organized and the hospitality was exceptional. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was courteous, professional, and always ready to help. A special thanks to Mr. Dessert, who guided us throughout our stay. His friendly nature, excellent knowledge, and prompt assistance made our experience even more memorable. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well-informed. I truly appreciate the warm service and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

Just what you need. Very kind staff. Spacy rooms with comfortable bed. Bathroom outdated but everything works. Nice food on the rooftop restaurant with very nice view over the town and the fort above. Location is perfect. All you want to see is on walking distance. Good priced. I enjoyed the stay.|The owner has a dog, but one that is really sweet that won't bother you.

A wonderful 1-night stay! The rooms are large with a lovely vintage aesthetic and the rooftop restaurant offers a view of Jaisalmer that is truly the icing on the cake. The staff is very professional and cooperative, and the food at the restaurant is very nice. We particularly enjoyed talking to the restaurant owner, he has shared knowledgeable insights regarding Jaisalmer’s history. Most importantly, we were touched by the hotel’s policy of providing food and lodging for drivers. My only minor suggestion would be that the parking could be improved, but everything else was perfect. Will definitely visit again!

The owner of this hotel was very kind and friendly, and welcomed me warmly even though I arrived alone. The staff were all cheerful and lovely. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything I needed. The staff took me to some great places, and it was a valuable experience. I would like to stay here again next time I come.

Their behaviour reflects excellent training and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. The owner (Mr. Jaisalmer) was equally very impressive—approachable, courteous, polite and truly invested in maintaining high standards. The combination of well‑behaved staff and a thoughtful owner makes this hotel stand out. The rooftop experience was absolutely fantastic and added a special touch to the stay. Just a small suggestion: the washroom area could use some improvement. Apart from that, everything was excellent. Highly recommended.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel elite castle during my trip to Jaisalmer. The hospitality was truly impressive, staff members were extremely polite . The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making the stay very relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. They do have a dog Doctor Bruno who was too clam and joyful had a great stay !

We had an incredible stay at Elite Castle, Jaisalmer! The hospitality here is top-notch and truly made our trip special. Hats off to the staff—they are exceptionally friendly and professional. Every request we had was handled immediately; they get the work done on just one call, which made our stay so comfortable. A huge shoutout to Mr. Rohit, the Hotel Manager. He is an incredibly supportive and friendly guy who went above and beyond for us. He personally helped us plan our entire itinerary to explore Jaisalmer and even took the hassle out of local travel by booking an auto-rickshaw for us for the entire day. We also had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Desert, the owner. He has such a striking personality with his traditional Rajasthani long beard and mustache—we even clicked a photo with him! He is a very polite and welcoming person. If you want to feel genuinely cared for while visiting Jaisalmer, this is the place to stay!
