The Elite Castle

Just checked out of my hotel and I'm already dreaming of going back! 🤩 The room was so comfy and stylish, I loved it. The view from rooftop was incredible, I could see the whole city and fort! 🌃 Plus, the hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend checking it out if you're ever in town. I felt very safe in this hotel as a single female. The room was big with the aircon and fan working well. The room was cleaned when asked. The roof top restaurant was excellent and the food cooked to order and the correct spice for your taste. The staff are extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I would recommend staying here to anyone. Bruno then dog is always there to greet you, and may sneak into you room to rest by the bed!

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. When two of our family members fell ill, they immediately arranged for the best doctor and ensured we received excellent service. Highly recommend!

There are many hotels in the immediate area but I can honestly say that I have been highly impressed by the very warm welcome I received. I arrived very early and I'm sure before normal checking time but was immediately shown to my spacious room. I needed to rest first and the bed was both very comfortable and big, I am very demanding about pillow comfort and and these did not let me down being both lovely and soft. Bottled water by the bedside and in the bathroom was a great plus. The best was yet to come. The rooftop restuarant must have one of the best unobstructed views of the fort in all Jaisalmer. Absolutely stunning! The owner Sheetal made herself known and again was most welcoming. Breakfast on the three days I stayed was excellent and made for a great start to the day. I can absolutely recommend the Elite Castle Hotel. Great value!!!

It was Nice & wonderful experience from this hotel. Staff is very humble and ready to support at every time. They take care of your all requirements and needs related to your queries of rooms.. overall come here stay here and Enjoy your Jaisalmer tour freely.

We were told our room was VIP but really nothing could be further from the description and certainly did not match the online photos. Small, no bed side table or lamps, noisy. Not entirely clean - backs of doors, light switches, power points. Holes and stains in sheets. Friendly and willing staff. Breakfast was late but tasty enough. We were the first in and the last to be served our chai! Note: The Elite Hotel has requested I remove my review as it is incorrect but it is not. This is the correct hotel and the pictures are of the room my husband and I stayed.

Being a female solo traveler, i will recommend to stay here. You will get a homely environment easily. The room was very spacious. The rooftop view was excellent and the staffs are extremely helpful. Dheeraj bhaiya will also guide you for everything you need. And most imp thing, Bruno(pet dog) is always there to greet you ☺️
