The Elysian Villas Resort

On arrival we were wowed by our villa with its beautiful pool. The villa was serviced everyday and was immaculate. All the staff we were met were lovely and take pride in the hotel. - In particular Siri and Tiara who went the extra mile. We booked the Balinese cookery course and enjoyed visiting the market before cooking a three course meal with the fabulous assistance of two of the lady chefs. We enjoyed our creation for our evening meal where it was served to us all jazzed up. All the meals we ate here were delicious with particular mention of the chicken kung pow. We also enjoyed a trip organised through the hotel which took us to a fabulous beach, temple, sculpture park and another beach in the evening for a fish dinner. The trip was extremely good value for money and our driver Manu (apologies for spelling) was outstanding. We enjoyed the large communal pool as our villa pool was in the shade. It feels like you are in an oasis here as the resort was loud with scooters and traffic but you are unaware of the noise in the hotel. We loved our time here. Thanks from “Mrs Clare” and “Mr Phil”.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel and the villas are beautifully designed. The service is excellent, one example of this is the floating breakfast. It's beautifully arranged and very tasty. The rooms and the pool are always clean, and the pool water levels are optimally adjusted. It's simply a pleasure to swim in your own, opaque villa, in your own pool. But now to the most important point: We've also stayed in great 5-star hotels in Ubud and Lombok before, but none have we slept as well as at the Elysian Village Hotel, and that's in the middle of noisy and very busy Seminyak. You enter the hotel and are greeted by a pleasant, stress-free tranquility. If there were one criticism, it would be that the villas are a bit dated, but that doesn't make them any less charming.

This hotel is so beautiful and tranquil! Our villa had a really big bedroom, bathroom and living-room overlooking the private swimming pool and garden, all enclosed by luscious vegetation. There’s also a truly pretty 25-yard communal swimming pool by the restaurant. All the pictures you see in their description are accurate and yet you’ll still be wowed when you arrive. |While it’s not a beach-front property, the beach is only a 5-minute walk away.|The hotel staff are really friendly and make you feel welcomed and at home all the time.|Be sure to enjoy their breakfast and a dinner or two!

Just arrived back from 8 wonderful days at The Elysian. Have been to Bali many times and stayed in some lovely hotels and villas. I think what makes The Elysian special is its charm. We stayed in a 1 bed villa which was extremely spacious and the private pool stunning and surprisingly large. Fabulously quiet but walking distance to both the beach and the shopping areas. The staff are exceptional, nothing is too much trouble. One suggestion would be probably to put more lighting along the footpaths at night as they are fairly uneven.

An absolutely amazing hotel/villa, with the most attentive staff who just could not do enough for you, truly a credit to the Elysian. The food again was of the highest quality, especially the breakfasts... I've never eaten so many... the selection is great.|The entire vibe is one of relaxation and is there to be enjoyed. The advice and guidance regards trips and sights were incredibly helpful and the one they organised for us with a driver for the entire day, allowed us to see a number of different attractions, would fully recommend looking into this. |Overall Arti and his team were all just fantastic and we would wholeheartedly recommend a stay here.

Excellent villas with good service, Beautyful location. Loved the eggs Benedict. They great variety of breakfast services at the restaurant or room service. The bellboy’s, the reception, kitchen and housekeeping has great work attics very polite and help to make my stay perfect. I will definitely come back and recommend my friends to come. We stayed at The Elysian Villas Resort during our honeymoon as our second destination in Bali and had a good overall experience. The staff were friendly, the villa was modern and beautiful, and the food was delicious. They added some nice touches like flowers in the bathtub and a heart on the bed, which we appreciated, but compared to our earlier stay in Bali, it didn’t feel as special. We were also surprised to be charged for bottled water in the villa, and breakfast was only à la carte — a buffet would have been a better option. For a 5-star rated hotel, we were expecting a bit more. Overall, it was a nice stay with some room for improvement.

The staff were amazing especially Putu who worked at the front desk. He was always helpful and friendly towards us. Will definitely come back and see him again. The villa was also amazing as was the food and service.
