Dates of Stay: July 20–23|Unfortunately, our experience here was deeply disappointing. The room had an unbearable smell, most likely due to a malfunctioning bathroom exhaust fan—the odor was strong and clearly coming from the bathroom.||On top of that, the pillows were extremely dirty (as shown in the attached photo), and the bedsheets didn’t feel fresh at all. While housekeeping did respond and changed them right away, the fact that we had to deal with this was unacceptable.||The Wi-Fi was consistently unstable and painfully slow throughout our 3-night stay. We raised the issue with the front desk, and were told there was an “internet interruption”—conveniently, it started on our check-in day and ended just as we were checking out. It felt almost intentional.||The gym was mediocre (2.5/5), and the breakfast was basic (3/5).|Value for money: 0/5.||With all these issues combined, we can confidently say we will not be returning.

The hotel itself was nice and clean, but what really made my stay special was the staff. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed — from directions to local tips. It really felt like they cared. I’d definitely come back just because of the people!

Hotel is in very good location. The breakfast had a good choice of Thai dishes which were full of flavour and varied every day. The room was spacious and cleaned every day. The lady owner was very helpful and friendly. It is a 3 star hotel and what you get for the price is excellent, do not go expecting 4 or 5 star facilities. Would stay there again.

Terrible beds, terrible shower almost everything broken. Slow house keeping. Wasn't there for a night and next day afternoon 2PM room wasn't ready. No ashtray on balcony so I used a old bottle. The accused me that I smoked in the room. Which I didn't. 3 hotel staff came knocked on the door like during a police raid when I showered. Not only once 3 times, so the floor went wet and I twisted my knee. I got a serious inquiry to that luckily it was the last day. I will never book this hotel again. Breakfast.... Forget about it.

Budget hotel in great location. It is excellent value for a 3 star hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful especially the lady owner who could not do enough for us. Breakfast was very good nut only if you like Thai food, good choices which changed evety day.

The hotel would benefit from proper maintenance. The allotted unit had no hot water in the shower and the bedroom floor was dirty. I mentioned both issues to Front Desk on day 2 of 7. A maid soon came and water-vaccuumed the floor. A Maintenance man came and reset the water heater. The result was almost boiling water in the shower, but no cold water. This lasted a few hours on day 2. After that the bathroom water reverted to cold during the evening of day 2 and thru day 7. Cold showers in Bangkok are OK but a little cooler than comfortable. The cold water tap in the shower was completely broken. There was also a constant leek from the sink tap.

This was probably the most disgustingly dirty hotel I’ve stayed at in my life. It would get a zero stars if I could. The bugs in the garbage can that scurried under my bed when I pulled out the bag to sit outside after they didn’t clean our room. The crackling light that sounded like it was going to start on fire yet wouldn’t turn on. The leaking sink tap. The hole is the wall. No screens. Actual dirt and food on bed skirt and walls. The dirty cups that were wrapped as if clean. The dust bunnies hanging off the AC and shelves. The card needed to stay in the door to leave electricity on yet the electricity stayed on half the time so we never knew if our refrigerated food would stay cool. The rainfall showerhead didn’t work. |However, the neighborhood felt very safe although it was in one of the busiest streets in Bangkok. I’m pretty sure a few of the ladies that sat around in the parking lot were working girls. Bike parking was safe and convenient. And the elevator smelled amazing.
