Great location, exactly opposite Hotel Sea Princess. Very good value for money, especially considering the rates in this area.||We travelled as a family of five and booked the “Three Bedroom Apartment .” It was perfect — two complete self-contained bedrooms and one huge living-cum-dining area with a sofa-cum-bed. The toilets and showers were slightly dated and in need of refurbishment, but they worked perfectly well.||The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with amenities for self-cooking. The Juhu area itself has plenty of bars, restaurants, and cafés that can be reached by walking or a short auto ride. A very good vegetarian restaurant is attached to the hotel, as well as a café with a nice selection of cakes and desserts.||The staff were very friendly, and housekeeping was done properly every day. Breakfast was okay — the spread was a little limited, and during our stay they did not have a live dosa counter, which would have been a nice addition.||Overall, a very pleasant stay. A nice hotel with excellent location, friendly service, and good value. Highly recommend!

We had a marvellous stay at The Emerald Hotel and Executive Apartments! Impeccable service, spacious rooms, and a warm, welcoming staff made our visit truly memorable. Great cullinary and food service experience. The housekeeping, the reception and the whole FNB staff was great and always ready to help. We experience the Best dosa live cooking, all the good indian traditional authentic indian food. We were treated like family rather than guest, which we couldn’t ask for more. ||Based on our hospitality experience, we consider that this hotel should be rated as a five star hotel and we are looking forward to coming back.||Highly recommended!

Upon arrival, it became evident that the property is not being maintained to even the most basic expectations of hospitality. The rooms allocated to us were in an unacceptable state: there was extensive dampness throughout, visible patches of mould on the walls, and heavy condensation that created an unpleasant and unhealthy atmosphere. The air quality in the room was poor, and the environment was clearly unfit for habitation. For any guest, and especially for those with health sensitivities, such conditions are entirely inappropriate. The issues were not limited to the rooms. The lobby and common areas reflected the same lack of care and attention. Dust was visible on the floors, and there was water spillage left unattended, with no warning signage in place. This not only gave a very poor impression of the property but also posed a genuine safety hazard that could easily result in accidents or injuries. When these concerns were raised, the standard of customer service was deeply unsatisfactory. The hotel manager, Mr. Sandeep, chose not to acknowledge or address the severity of the problems. Rather than accepting responsibility or offering any meaningful resolution, he avoided the matter entirely. To add further frustration, he attempted to impose a one-night cancellation fee despite the fact that the accommodation provided was clearly unsuitable. Such behaviour demonstrates not only poor management but also a disregard for guest wellbeing. In contrast, Booking.com — through whom we made our reservation — reviewed the situation with professionalism and agreed to provide a full refund. Their response underscores just how serious and unacceptable the condition of the property was. A hotel in this state should not be marketed or made available to paying guests. Basic hygiene, safety, and service standards must be a priority in the hospitality industry, and unfortunately, Regenta Place The Emerald falls far short in all of these areas. Until significant investment and improvements are made in both the physical condition of the property and the attitude of its management, I would strongly advise avoiding this hotel.

They failed to deliver on basic comfort. Noise levels were extreme very disappointing stay at The Emerald. The room's lack of soundproofing is unbearable. Constant traffic horns and frequent plane noise made it impossible to sleep for a single minute. With an early 18-hour work shift ahead, I desperately needed rest, but it was nonexistent. Not recommended for those seeking a peaceful night's sleep. Room number 306.

A vegetarian hotel...... small but decent rooms......food quality was good. Best part was staff behaviour..... though a little bit of training can make them more polished and will help the hotel. Only minus for me was no gym.

Great location. Recently refurbished to good standard. Good veg restaurant attached and very good value accommodation and service. We just wanted a decent bed and shower and we saved 50 percent compared to top hotels where we never use all their facilities anyway, swimming pool, spa etc.

Good hotel right on the Juhu Tara Road opposite Hotel sea princess . We travelled as a family of 3 and booked the "one bedroom apartment with kitchen and utensils" room for 2 nights which were perfect with one complete bedroom, one bathroom, and one huge living cum dining area which had one sofa cum bed in it. The kitchen was big and had amenties for self cooking. Also Juhu area has loads of bars, restaurants and cafes that may be reached by walking or just taking an auto. The hotel staff provided with necessary utensils , induction cooker and a microwave as per our request. That said the response from the housekeeping was slow at times and can be better for the price paid per night for the room. Breakfast is included while booking and we were served buffet spread of breakfast which was ample in option and freshly made. No complaints with quality of any breakfast item at all. The hotel has a fine dining pure vegetarian in house restaurant on the ground floor, but since we preferred non vegetarian and maggi , we either prepared on our own or order via Swiggy/ zomato. For smokers : Both smoking and non smoking rooms are available as per request. But ample areas are available just outside the reception where smoking is perfectly allowed.. Overall, i recommend this hotel for its location & flexible food options and safety.

Disgusting staff. There was no moisturizer in the hotel at the time of check in. At the time of checkout I was questioned where is the moisturizer. If you are staying in the hotel, ensure you take an inventory with hotel staff the time of check-in so that they do not blame you for missing items at the time of checkout.
