I'm sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience at this hostel. The presence of cockroaches is unacceptable and constitutes a major hygiene issue. Additionally, the lack of communication upon your departure is inexcusable. It's crucial for guests to be informed of any disruptive situation. I highly recommend reporting this to the relevant authorities and opting for better-maintained establishments for your future travels.

I arrived with my two friends and we had all booked a room together (in a 6 bed mixed dorm) but when we got there, they told us that we had been moved to other rooms (with me being alone). When we asked them why, the receptionist got the manager on the phone who spoke to us really rudely and told us that the reason why we had been moved was because the original room had guys in it. In retrospect, this was probably a lie because the room I was moved into was just me and 3 guys. The manager had also told us that he had tried to call us to warn us but this had been through ‘No Caller ID’ calls that we had received the week before (which we did not pick up). When we explained why we didn’t pick up he laughed in our face. We were told to basically just deal with it. The hostel and its manager specifically were extremely unaccommodating and rude. I do not recommend at all. The place also smelled like feet

SCAM!!!! Stole $150 dollars from me for room. Requested to move dates, which had been done by friends multiple times no issues, but when I requested to move (albeit a couple of time, however all with notice), they did not respond to my numerous emails until it was too late and KEPT MY MONEY. I called to ask why they kept my money and not others' and was told, "it's our establishment we can do what we want". Disgusting!!!! Enjoy your $150 mate, clearly needed it.

I was there for a couple of weeks, the best Hostel in Perth compared with price. Big kitchen, full optional, air condition and locker in EVERY ROOMS. STAFF SUPER FRIENDLY they really understand your needds I REALLY RECOMMEND IT.

I can't recommend this hostel enough! It's incredibly affordable, and the staff are simply amazing. They're always available, 24/7, and go above and beyond to help with anything you need. The kitchen is spacious and spotless, making it a joy to cook and mingle with fellow travelers. The overall vibe is warm and inviting. Plus, the location couldn't be better! It's a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and great people. I'll definitely be coming back here on my next trip!

As someone who used to stay there for a year- I highly recommend this place. Specially now, that this place has had major upgrades. Always kept clean, amazing staff who always want to help & a great place to meet good people. Ideal location, just a 5 minute walk to the city area. Cherry on top of it all are the great affordable prices. Thank you for the kindness and lovely space.

Great management. Communal areas kept clean and tidy. Clean sheets and pillow for a single bunk $35 is great value. Keep your room clean and be respectful to your share mates and this is probably the best value for money places in the city. Check it out...
