Thank you for incredible experience. I loved the accommodation : nice room size and cozy, private patio at the One Bedroom Bungalow Suite with a private patio. Loved the spacious bathroom. I think what makes this places special is the location, cozy ambience as the hotel is small and people who work there and welcome you to make sure your stay is great. Nice pool and hot tub, elegant restaurant with a nice menu and selection of wines. Live music in some evenings which adds on to your experience. I enjoyed the stay and will be highly recommending this place to my clients and would love to come back for my own stay in the nearest future.

This boutique Hotel is an amazing hideaway in a beautiful city. You are a short walk from the beach and an even shorter walk to the downtown happenings of Naples. The pool area is relaxing and inviting and really allows you to disconnect. The rooms are spacious clean, and the hospitality is first class. Don’t miss out on this little hidden gem.

This was our second stay and we loved it. The hotel location is perfect. Right off fifth avenue and a short walk or golf cart ride to beach. Food is outstanding as well. The highlight of the hotel though is Marco. He seems to be everywhere. Driving you to beach, bringing food and drinks to beach, meals at veranda e….he is always there with a smile. Can’t imagine someone doing a better job than Marco!!

Wow!! What an amazing place. Small boutique hotel , hidden away behind lush vegetation . Rooms are beautifully furnished, luxurious and roomy, with a private little patio, screened with plants overlooking the pool. We stayed at 36. We ate in the restaurant the first night , the waiter was extremely knowledgable and the food was delicious . The star of the show is Marco!!! He is there for every need and want , running around like a little dervish. You may think something in your head and suddenly Marco is there with the very thing you're thinking. He is amazing, delivering breakfast to your patio , sorting the pool chairs, helping in the restaurant, greeting guests, setting up chairs and parasols on the beach, delivering and collecting you once you’re done. He even delivers lunch and drinks to you there if you so desire. Marco arrives out of nowhere when you need something and nothing is ever too much trouble . Everything is done in a very humble manner . |We loved our time at the Escalante and would definitely return . Amazing

Google
Exceeded expectations. The tin was lovely and the atmosphere was cozy, sophisticated and quiet. It felt secluded yet it was close enough to easily walk to great restaurants, shops and the beach in the middle of great neighborhoods. I read a review that mentioned old furniture. I didn't feel that at all. It was a lovely mix of curated antiques and contemporary pieces with luxury linens ( the sheets felt like clouds). The service was amazing and the staff ready to help with anything without being obtrusive. We travel a lot and love the small luxury boutique hotels. Would definitely stay again next time we're in Naples.

We had an incredible stay and ended up extending it because everything was so perfect. The staff were friendly and professional from the start.||Huge thanks to Marco, who went above and beyond—always checking in and making sure every request was taken care of. Marco took us to the beach on a golf cart and set up the umbrella, chairs, and towels for us. Holly, Christine, and Marco truly made our stay special.||The hotel has a charming, intimate boutique feel, and the beach is just a few blocks away. Especially loved our private patio—such a peaceful spot to relax.||Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing stay with outstanding service.

Wow! I can’t say enough good things about Hotel Escalante—this place completely exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding—warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. The food was absolutely unbelievable—easily some of the best I’ve ever had, and every meal felt like a thoughtfully curated experience. The staff is simply amazing. Kind, professional, and genuinely invested in making your stay unforgettable. Shout out to Marco! The hotel itself is beautiful, with every detail thoughtfully designed. My room was spotless, super comfortable, and felt like a peaceful retreat. The pool area was pure paradise—gorgeous, tranquil, and the perfect place to unwind. This was truly a dream stay. I felt pampered from start to finish and can’t wait to come back. If you’re looking for a perfect place to go Hotel Escalante is the place to go!!!

Google
We have traveled all over and The Escalante is our new favorite place to stay. This hotel was absolutely amazing! The management and staff were on top of every detail. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The outdoor private terrace was spectacular! It was a nice place to sit and have coffee in the morning. The grounds and pool area were beautifully decorated and the landscaping was perfection. We mentioned we wanted to go to the beach one morning and Marco - who is super friendly and helpful - gave us a ride down the block in his golf cart. When we arrived, they had set up the chairs, umbrella, and side table for us to enjoy our time in the sun. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!! Thank you to all Escalante staff for making our stay the most enjoyable ever

Yelp
Wow! Amazing dining experience. Food was excellent, atmosphere was an 11 on a scale of 1-10. It's a no pricey but well worth it. We cannot wait to go back!

Yelp
Beautiful, quaint hotel. Lovely, secluded and romantic grounds. Service was outstanding. Staff was very attentive. Marco was a pure delight. He brought breakfast every morning and wine and delicious snacks every afternoon. All delicious. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Highly recommend!

Yelp
We stayed in the Hibiscus Suite at $615 per night. It's not a suite with a bedroom at approx. 234 sq.ft. Small room, small TV 100 year old mattress with a deep depression in it. You can see my knee depressing the mattress in the attached photos. No chair or place to sit in the room. No room service after 12AM. Killer for us was that there is no Wi-Fi in the room. We work when we travel and the inability to get on Wi-Fi was a black experience for us. We complained to the reception but they had no clue of what to do and or didn't care. Clearly they need WiFi relay points in the rooms but don't spend the money for them. The property is very European and nice to look at. The staff very nice But No Wi-Fi, a small room and mattress that should have been changed years ago with a big dip in it would eliminate us from ever staying here again. We would stay at the Hotel on 5th next time or stay at one of the larger hotels off of 5th and drive in and park near 5th.

Yelp
You can try them all but you will never find a finer place to share with friends. Outside under a natural growing ceiling of beautiful flowers. Your meal will always be fresh and wonderful. The true Gem of Naples.

Yelp
The food was wonderful at Veranda E . But the person at valet stole one of my 2 fob Keyes interlockEd. He left When confronted. Event Parking is in charge of valet service. Ken B was of no help. I would not trust valet there as they are in my opinion dishonest.

Yelp
My wife and I were so looking forward to our stay at a "Boutique" Hotel w/ only 11 rooms in downtown Naples! One would think, with such a limited number of guests at a hotel in the cosmopolitan town of Naples that the hospitality would be "off the charts", and it was, but in a southbound direction! Total disappointment from the moment we checked in, from the uncaring desk attendants to the housekeeping staff who questioned the need for additional towels. The room was even more of a disappointment. Our "King Suite" was $1300/night! Terrible! The kitschy furnishings (oversized throw pillows and table ornaments) cluttered the room and were dated. There was a TV in the bedroom and the "sitting area", both of which displayed poor pictures and had limited channels. The tub (this was an old fashioned tub with a ceiling shower-no separate shower stall), was very difficult to climb in and out of and difficult to move around in given the "accessory rack" which spanned the width of the rear of the tub. The extra towels which we needed was due to the design of the tub/shower in the bathroom, there was no way you could take a shower without a lot of the water finding it's way out of the shower since there was no full length shower curtain (there was a glass wall which extended about half the length of the tub. The toilet was located in the same tight quarters as the shower offering no privacy, and the vanity sink was located next to the coat closet. If you opened the toilet area door, and the closet door at the same time as the bedroom door was opened, they all banged into one another-IT WAS THAT SMALL! My wife and I actually both commented that we have stayed in larger state rooms on cruise ships! Marcos was one of two bright spots. He was the maître d', the golf cart driver to the beach and the early AM waiter-I don't think the guy ever left the property! Speaking of the beach.....the hotel will set up a couple of well used chaises and an umbrella for you, and MAYBE Marcos will return at some point with some luke warm water. Naples beaches are beautiful, but most are public, so nothing unique about the Escalante Beach, as we were set up in a public area. The other bright spot was the food in the restaurant, it was excellent! Go and have a meal-but DO NOT PLAN ON STAYING at the hotel, you will most likely be disappointed. The location of the hotel is a 10, very convenient to all of downtown Naples and walkable to the beach. However, for the money they charge, there are much nicer places offering much better hospitality. Unfortunately the money has been spent, and I can justify that by saying that we would have spent a similar amount of money in any "quality" hotel in Naples during that time of the year. Unfortunately, we wasted 4 days of what we hoped was going to be a special vacation in this place, that I can't get back-that's what really stings.

Yelp
Fantastic outdoor venue. Great food if smaller portions but we all need smaller portions. Food and service among the best. No drinks but fabulous wine list. Special night out.

Yelp
This boutique inn is more than meets the eye. Every touchpoint of this place was a great experience. From the minute we arrived to our last breakfast before departing has left a memorable experience. It is an intimate setting , yet in the middle of everything in the fashionable Fifth Ave S location. Close the beach and walkable to everything. The restaurant called Veranda E overlooking the pool was so romantic that every dish coming from the kitchen was a work of art . We ordered the calamari with our happy hour wine and it was probably the best prepared calamari I have had. Clearly the owners if this inn understand quality and service! I will definitely return for another visit.

Yelp
Spent the day with Barbara King at a yoga retreat at the resort. AMAZING day. Further, we had Mikey primarily serve us at dinner. Hands down best service I ever remember. Extremely attentive, personable and thoughtful.

Yelp
What a quiet and relaxing time I had here. The location and the service along with the feel make this a gem and an excellent place to get away. We are from Miami so it was a quick drive for the weekend, one we will do again.

Yelp
A heavenly gem!! LOVE this boutique hotel! Right in the heart of South Naples, on the corner of our favorite streets 5th Avenue South, & 3rd! Private and quaint, romantic and sweet. Luxury at it's best, and extremely comparable pricing. Fantastic staff!

Yelp
I was so excited to go to this restaurant because I had such a great experience last time I ate there. But this time was a totally different experience. The waiter was arrogant and kind of surly. The food was mediocre. I would never order the Asian Bacalao again. I was truly disappointed tonight with my dinner. We will not be returning

Yelp
Amazing experience. Last minute trip to Naples and lucked out to find a 1 bedroom at this great little B&B. The rooms are immaculately clean and nicely furnished. The service was the pleasant surprise. They take you to the beach in an electric cart and set up umbrellas, chair, and tables up for us. And they even will bring you food and drink from their restaurant. Great location, great service.

Yelp
Loved the hotel - felt like a private home with the best location right on 5th and 3rd and two blocks to the beach .

Natalie Z.

Yelp
Ate here for my sisters birthday ... There was eight of us, we had wine, appetizers and entrees ... Food was GREAT but we were extremely surprised and disappointed by the $20 "cake cutting" fee for bringing my sisters cake! The waiter also sold one of us a bottle of prosecco that he said was $32 and showed up on the bill for $50. Even though the food was good we won't be back or tell any one else to go. We left feeling a bit taken advantage of.

Yelp
Perfect for a weekend getaway. Easy access to beach, restaurants and shops. This is a boutique hotel (only 10 rooms) that makes you feel like you are in a cottage in Europe. Hotel was clean; staff was nice. Can't wait to go again.

Yelp
Great anniversary vacation. Well appointed room with private patio. Food was excellent. This place is literally an oasis in the middle of Naples. Location is perfect, 2 blocks from the beach and right on 5th Ave. South by all the restaurants and shops.

Yelp
Absolutely the best hotel and restaurant in Naples!!!
