"Amidst 30 acres on the shores of Lough Lein, the 5-star Europe Hotel boasts a 4,500 square metre luxury spa. Pony-riding is available for guests, along with an infinity pool, boating, and spacious rooms with lake views. With views of the lake or golf course, each room includes satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, and a DVD player. Guests can relax in cosy bathrobes and slippers with an electronic minibar. Most rooms also include large balconies. ESPA is Hotel Europe’s sumptuous spa, spread over 2 levels with a modern, state-of-the-art gym with iPod docking stations and a range of high-end gym equipment. The thermal suite boasts a salt water pool, ice fountain, sauna, and steam room. There are also 16 treatment rooms offering a range of luxurious treatments. Killarney Golf Club is located adjacent to the hotel, and free horse-riding is available throughout the hotel’s grounds. The hotel can arrange pony treks through the nearby Killarney National Park. Just back from a fabulous 2 night stay magnificent large room (top floor)watched sun go down over the lake- beautiful just to watch scenery change. Friendly professional staff so courteous… they’re the real asset of this hotel.. Ate in the 3 restaurants each one top class all different in style…and then the fabulous spa plus lovely music session in bar each night.

This resort was absolutely phenomenal, such an amazing experience. The hotel itself is absolutely immaculate, so beautifully kept. The grounds are breathtaking with such stunning views. The amenities are incredible, spa facilities and gym are out of this world. Staff were all incredible but a special mention to Dave, who went above and beyond during our stay and was an absolute gent.

My husband and I stayed here for three nights in mid March and we are already looking forward to getting back there sometime in the near future. The weather, though windy and rainy, was a nice backdrop to the romantic surroundings and outstanding facilities (get in that outdoor hot tub!). The food and cocktails are delicious and not run-of-the-mill, and the staff are friendly and very welcoming. Five-star hotels take note, the Europe ups the ante in every way. We got married in the Europe's sister hotel, the Dunloe, a few years ago, but the Europe took our love for Killarney to the next level. Special thanks to Michael Brennan who was incredibly accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. We'll be back!

Absolutely fantastic stay for our second time at the Europe. The service and food (lunch, dinner and breakfast) was flawless from start to finish. Beautiful and spotlessly clean room. The views are spectacular. We had some of the best service throughout our stay, we found the staff (particularly the dining staff) so attentive and their attention to detail was brilliant. The hotel has a relaxed but luxurious feel, with a choice of beautiful lounges and spaces to relax in. We will definitely be back.

In a picturesque setting, the hotel is a gem in the area and was a great experience for my wife's birthday. The hotel was accommodating from the start with special requests dealt with perfectly. The remote setting of the hotel made the experience more relaxing. We enjoyed both dining experiences with the luxury option fitting that standard. The bar area has great ambience and some music which added to the experience. Also fully enjoyed the leisure amenities with the pool itself being a particular highlight.

The Europe is just the most amazing hotel in Ireland. We stayed in July 2023 and I wish I lived closer so we could visit more often! The room, the food, the staff, the spa, the views.. I cannot rate them highly enough. Breakfast is always a great measure of a hotel and in the height of the season it was flawless. I was especially impressed by the presentation of the staff throughout with the females having neat and similar hairstyles. Just a small thing that adds to the class of the hotel. |The pony trek was a lovely complimentary service and the grounds are just stunning for walks.|We can't wait to visit again.

Just back from a 2 night stay in The Europe. I was there a few years ago but boy have they upped their game.Lots of staff, nothing was too much trouble. We ate both nights in the Brasserie and lovely food and staff. There was live music in the bar on Friday night which was very relaxing.Well done to everyone at The Europe. A real 5 star stay.

Fantastic from start to finish. Ate in the panorama and Riva restaurants. Both phenomenal. Incredible breakfast selection with views you can't even describe. Pool area is the best I have been in. Perhaps a cold plunge outside the sauna could be a good addition? Only found the library area on our last night and played some chess with a glass of wine. Absolute bliss. Special mention for Conor at the bar, would magic up a table for 2 even when busy and remember drink orders day on day. Vita in the panorama restaurant was absolutely at the top of her game. Amazing service at breakfast and dinner from her. Pinor noir in the bar is fantastic and at 9 euro a glass represents great value. Can't recommend this place enough
