The Excelsior Arosa

Very friendly staff and reasonably decent breakfast. Bar is terrible and rooms are very dated. I agree that the place needs a refresh. WiFi situation is absolutely terrible (like staying at a hostel or something). You have to get a ticket for each device like its 1999. Certainly not a 4 star ⭐️ hotel, especially for the price we had to pay. Did I mention they included a baby crib for our imaginary child?

The hotel is fine but rooms would appreciate a refresh. Breakfast was great, with a great selection and fresh eggs cooked at your taste. The spa area closes at 6:30... A bit early considering you want yo use it after ski. It is also a bit small, but in great shape and recently renovated. There is also a great shutgle service to the slopes and train station. Call them to tell your arrival time if you go by train and they will pick you up. Overall an ok experience, I would go back.

Stayed during summer. Quiet but well looked after. Extremely comfortable.
