Yelp
The hotel is very different and special, but the experience was really bad. Even though it is against the rule, pets are allowed in common spaces like pool, shuttles and restaurant if paying the administrator some money. Allergies and disabilities stated at the time of reservation, check in, and during the stay, are disregarded. Guests are disrespectful and abusive, backed up by Shirli Emily from the front desk.
There is potential in the hotel to provide an amazing experience, only if rules were to be reinforced, administrators would not be corrupt, guests would be respectful and understand that they do not own the place and need to be mindful of other guests (though if you pay the administration/front desk, you can do whatever you wish).
If you want to see what the issues in the Mexican culture are (though the culture has amazing things too), this is the perfect place. Adventure guides and waitresses are very kind, but the administration is very corrupt, dismissing and careless, and guests are disrespectful and abusive. Overall, I do not recommend this place.
