The Falls at Westmall

A beauty spot for Christmas. Lovely decorations throughout the entire mall with cute little spots for amazing pictures. A truly magical place during the Christmas season. There some really nice shops with some good prices. An overall must visit spot for those who love Christmas decorations and the Christmas spirit. There are also days with live entertainment and Santa's workshop for beautiful pictures with the family. A great stop for the season.

The Falls West Mall is a stunning shopping destination, offering a wide range of brands and products, including clothing, shoes, stationery, jewellery, and more from renowned labels like Pandora and Dior, etc. as well as local brands. The mall’s architecture is truly breathtaking, featuring multiple indoor fountains, botanical displays, and beautiful murals that create a serene atmosphere. The glass work in this building is breathtaking as it covers most of the roof. The mall is designed for comfort and accessibility, with plenty of seating throughout, as well as escalators, elevators, and ramps for those with mobility needs. Visitors will also appreciate the diverse food options available, ranging from quick fast-food bites at Burger King and Rituals to more upscale dining at The Beefeater & Jardin. What sets The Falls West Mall apart is its immaculate cleanliness and attention to detail. The staff clearly prioritizes maintaining a tidy and welcoming environment, making it a pleasant place to spend time. One of the oldest malls in Trinidad but well well-maintained and up-to-date facilities. Wide variety of stores as well as a food court. Prices are much higher here as compared to other malls as it's in the area where a lot of the wealthier population lives so I guess that's why the prices are higher. It's always clean and well-lit. Lots of parking as well. During the Christmas season, it's beautifully decorated, probably the best-decorated mall of them all. Even if you don't intend to purchase anything you should pass through and check it out.

I visited the mall on November 1st 2022. The mall was beautifully decorated, perfect for taking some Christmas pictures. The mall is great for shopping and browsing, especially for clothing, accessories and body products (perfumes, lotions, etc). There are also great food options and the washroom is very clean. It is much smaller than other Trinidad malls such as Gulf City or Trincity however it is worth the visit. Of course seeing the waterfalls inside is always a delight, especially for children. Good food options, beautiful atmosphere and good shopping experience.

The mall is quite clean and spacious with a wide array of stores and eateries. There are washrooms on the upper level only. There is ample parking provided around the mall. During the Christmas season, the mall is always beautifully decorated.

My definite go-to place to shop. Has all the brands I love there especially MAC, Miniso, Victoria's Secret and iWorld. So happy that there is a Golden Bell express there to get my Korean food.

I remember what West mall looked like back in the day and this is a wonderful upgrade

Great mall with lots of beauty , clothing , food and electronics stores . The mall is usually clean and accommodating with escalators etc also bathroom facilities. There is a sanitizing and mask wearing policy in effect at this mall.
