The Falls Teahouse (Bed & Breakfast) is only a bed and breakfast, not the cafe side. The owner lives on site and is lovely and will have a chat. We stayed one night.
The B&B does not include a breakfast. It is an additional $10 charged as we left on top of the booking - so it's a bed, not a breakfast. We were not advised of the charge before it was invoiced. The breakfast was 2 free range eggs on toast with a coffee/tea.
The rooms enter via a common area and have a corridor behind. You can lock the door to the corridor, you cannot lock the door to the common area, so you cannot secure your room against other guests. There are a total of 3 rooms.
The master bedroom has a TV and ensuite. The ensuite was OK, the master bedroom has a lovely vintage feel about it - but was well lit, so that was a plus.
The common area has several lazy boy style chairs and complimentary tea bags and milk.
The Cafe side is only open on a Sunday, so I could not get a scone there, which was most of the point of booking this place on the way through.
It's a solid BnB, but did not meet my expectations of a Teahouse or BnB package, and overall I left feeling a bit disappointed and ripped off.
