Our staycation at The Farm at San Benito was a refreshing escape—the lush greenery and serene ambiance instantly relaxed us. The villa was spacious and cozy, perfect for our group. We loved the wellness activities, especially yoga by the garden. Special shoutout to Ms. Jeza for this recommendation and for ensuring we knew all the wellness activities' schedule and other amenities available. Also, thanks to all front office staff for being so welcoming and hospitable throughout our stay. Though short, it was the perfect rejuvenating getaway with friends. Highly recommended for a quick nature retreat!

Had an amazing stay last week with my friends! It’s not your typical staycation spot, but it was definitely worth the visit considering the distance from the metro. The villa was clean, the food was great, and all the staff were super helpful and friendly. A special thanks to Ms. Jeza, who was incredibly thorough during the check-in process. She made sure we were well-informed about all the amenities and activities, and she was consistently attentive to our needs throughout our stay. Her level of customer service truly set the bar high. We’ll definitely be back!

My stay at The Farm last April was really fun. It's really nice to be surrounded by nature every once in a while. The staff are all commendable starting from the security personnel and everyone I bumped into really smile and greets warmly to us. Front office people are really accommodating and Ms. Rhea from gift shop is truly welcoming. She also knows every detail of what's inside the shop as if it's her own! Everything about the Farm is something I'd like my closest friends and family to experience too. I'll be back for sure!

I recently stayed at The Farm San Benito, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. Dr. Jocelyn Franco, the in-house doctor, was outstanding—very knowledgeable and attentive, ensuring I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. The room was immaculate, and the cleanliness truly stood out. The landscape is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure I had everything I needed. However, my only area of concern was the food. Unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations and could use some improvement in both taste and variety. Overall, I would still highly recommend The Farm San Benito for its excellent service, great facilities, and beautiful surroundings!

**The Worst Five-Star Hotel I’ve Ever Stayed At** I had high expectations for The Farm at San Benito, but my stay was a complete disaster. In just one day, I was moved to four different rooms due to issues that should never exist in a luxury resort. The first two rooms had air conditioning units that were unbearably loud, clearly in need of urgent maintenance. The third room was shockingly filthy—dust, food scraps, and body hair were scattered on the floor, especially in the restroom. Even basic amenities like hand towels and face towels weren’t provided, and when I requested them, it took an outrageous 1 hour and 30 minutes to receive them. To make matters worse, the room was infested with bugs, yet the hotel didn’t even bother to provide mosquito repellent. For a wellness resort, this is simply unacceptable. Even standard hotels in other countries provide these basic amenities without issue, ensuring cleanliness and guest comfort. The service was beyond disappointing—slow, unprofessional, and nowhere near five-star quality. **It even took 30 minutes for the buggy to pick us up from the villa**, a frustrating delay that only added to the poor service experience. On top of that, **the bidet in our bathroom was dirty**, which only added to the resort's lack of attention to hygiene and maintenance. In fact, I’ve experienced far better service at three-star/four-star hotels. This was, without a doubt, the worst five-star hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Save your money and stay somewhere that truly values its guests. 0/10

Staying at The Farm for the first time exceeded all our expectations. The room, the amenities and activities are top notch. We also love it for being truly pet-friendly and the villas are perfect for those with pets. Food is ok -- loved ALIVE, Prana and PESCE breakfast buffet though we feel The Upperdeck menu is overpriced and staff needs a bit more training. Minor inconveniece though. We will definitely come back!

The worst hotel experience that I had so far. The first time we tried was narra pool vila, overall it was good. So this time we tried out pamela glass vila with a garden. 1. We chose king size bed, it turned out that the hotel uses two single bed to combine, and one mattress is high, the other one is low, and in the middle of the bed you can feel the hard wood bed frame on your back and one higher mattress and one lower mattress. I was so pissed whole night as it was super uncomfortable. (Hotel didnot even notice us that the king size bed is made of two small single beds)2. Bed buds. Me and my husband were bitten hardly for both legs and arms. We cannot believe it, the room charged so much and cannot even guarantee the cleanliness.3. It was raining at night, and while taking shower, the rain kept dripping into the shower room. It was so cold so we eventually had to put an umbrella to cover a bit the rain.4. Overall, this is an experience of spending money to buy uncomfortableness.

SPECIAL REVIEW TO THE EXEMPLARY SERVICE OF — THE PESCE RESTAURANT in San Benito. We are 30 minutes early from our reservation but we are still ushered to the best spot. The servers are knowledgeable with the menu and what best to offer based on the number of guests and who are dining. Needless to say that the food are exemplary. The customer service is top notch as well. Not only friendly but professional as well. With an eye of a hawk to cater to all your needs.
