I left my friend's gift in the room but the reception said there was only an empty box left. I waited a long time for them to look for it but they still said it wasn't there but the last person was the cleaner. im frustated because the gift is so expensive

The guard outside is totally unreasonable. My husband had asthma and had to stop and sit down on the steps for a short while to catch his breath but the guard just refused to listen and kept shooing us away. I said can you give him 2 mins to catch his breath before he gets up and he refused. What kind of service is this? You cannot even have a bit of civic conscience? Better retrain your guards

One of the best hotel in KL based on the prices and service . Located in a very very good area Bukit Bintang where you can get good variety of food. Simply the best hotel. I would give them 10 stars in I can.

This hotel is one of the finest hotels in have ever visited. The staff is very co-operating and always welcome everyone with a huge smile on their faces. You can find all the possible amenities here. Here you feel like heaven they have a very beautiful swimming pool, bar, live concert and many more things. Price is reasonable. And yes, you actually wanna enjoy Street food must stay here as there are so many eating places near this hotel.

The room and its furniture looks quite old but that really doesn't matter because the room is well maintained and clean. It has a bath tub. My son loved to shower during our stay there recently. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room is quite spacious if compared to those recent built hotels. Unfortunately due to our hectic schedule, we were not able to enjoy the hotel facilities and restaurant.

We stayed for one night as a couple in a Merdeka Premier Double Room. Location is excellent being within walking distance to the Bukit Bintang Monorail and MRT station. There are numerous restaurants /eateries and bars within walking distance. We had a huge comfortable bed and a large bathroom with heaps of hot water and good pressure. The A/C worked very well. My only issue is the room lighting. It was dark in the corner and the lights were not working. We also had an issue with the key card for the lift. The Staff were polite and professional. Breakfast was amazing with an abundance of food and variety catering to all nationalities. We would recommend and stay again.

We arrived late on 9th February and this was our 2nd stay. Unfortunately Mr Aras did not remember us when I told him we are back..small matter..we are still delighted to be back here again and there was another gentleman who offered us a complimentary hi tea as he noticed that we were all tired and famished. We are very happy with the courtesy called made to our rooms each time we request for items. And its very sweet of the housekeeping staff to place another luggage rack for our luggage that we placed on the floor. How thoughtful! We stayed for 3 nites and all throughout our stay we slept well. Room is comfy and we had hot water for our bath. Towels are changed and room service order was fast too. We shall come back to stay here again and definitely will recommend our frens and family to stay here in this elegant classic hotel.

Nice big hotel at the ideal location of Bukit Bintang. Everything is reachable on walking distance with nice view from room. The room look small at the price i have paid and little old as well. But bed was comfortable and air conditioning was also good. Room and hotel was really neat and clean. Water bottles, tea maker, safety box, bathtub and other necessary things are available in the room. The hotel have big pool along with the restaurant, also have massage parlor, live music, rooftop restaurant. The staff was nice and quick in checkin and out process. Will stay here again because of the ideal location.
