We recently organized our program at this hotel and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The ballroom hall was spacious, well-equipped with complete AV facilities, and very comfortable for all participants. Actually this is my third time organize event at this hotel for 150 pax The hotel staff were professional, responsive, and very supportive throughout the event. The food and refreshments were well-prepared and received positive feedback from our guests. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended for corporate programs, seminars, workshops, and official events. You will never regret choose this hotel

I already few years organize program at Federal Hotel. Seriously the best service ever provided by them. Although every months i will conduct program at variety hotels, this Federal Hotel is still my top 1 choice. You will never regret if choose them Their price is very affordable with infinity star service. The sell person is very easy to deal and even the banquet staffs and pa system guy is very good. They will fulfill all our request and fast respond I am surely will come again at this hotel!!

Decent rooms but most importantly very clean because newly renovated. Drinking water point and ironing equipment outside room. Friendly staff. Downside is no gym or pool yet. Also no breakfast yet. Good amenities nearby with lots of food choices and convenience stores. 3min walk to train station. 10min walk to Pavilion mall. Not too bad.

Just reopened after renovation and it’s so comfortable! Beds and comfy and big, pillows are soft and fluffy, everything and clean and amazing. It’s absolutely amazing. Better than some 5 star hotels on the strip

Renovation was not completed but was opened with just the lobby and rooms. There are no other amenities, even though they advertise on Trip.com, they have a pool, restaurants, etc. I wouldn't have booked the hotel if I knew. Everything is new in the room, but the windows are frosted and cannot be opened, so no view. Some towels still have lint (new & never washed), but I had one towel with a stain that looked like blood (see photo). The security guard is lazy, reluctant to move the barriers to let my e-hailing car in, and refused to open the exit, so we have to reverse to exit the hotel. It is a disappointing four nights stay. I would never booked the Federal Hotel again, as there are several much better hotels nearby.

Reopen after prolonged closure. renovated. Unique concept, very nice entrance, lobby at ground floor main street area. Fresh look!

We have just checked-in a while ago but the service found to be excellent , especially service from Mr Rao .

I was standing near that hotel for waiting for the grab…. then one of guard there are working came and tell us to go away with rude attitude bad behaviour of that guard pls hotel management take noted about this
