My stay at The Fern Residency was very comfortable and pleasant. The rooms are cozy, clean, and well-kept, and the overall ambience is warm and welcoming. The hotel feels safe and secure – especially reassuring for women travellers.|The housekeeping team did a great job in maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay. There was a wide variety of food offered during breakfast and the dinner buffet, catering to different tastes and preferences.|A special thanks to Mr. Nitin Dalvi (DGM) for his support in helping with room availability and ensuring everything was well taken care of. The staff at the reception counter were polite, efficient, and always ready to assist with any queries.|Overall, a great experience marked by good hospitality, comfort, and care. Highly recommended!

A gentle reminder to do my room with care went a long way in making my ten day stay comfortable.|Excellent service at the front desk and attention to detail. Method of preparation of breakfast can improve. Else all was good. Special mention that the gym and club opposite were also good

A comfortable & affordable place, close to BKC. Staff is courteous & ready to help with a smile. I have stayed here multiple times. Check in check out process is quick. ||||Breakfast served is a good balance of diverse Indian cuisine from Maharashtrian to Gujarati, South Indian to North Indian. ||||Overall a pleasant place to stay if you need to go to BKC

The Room was maintained very Earlier I had stayed in your Hotel but Another Location but Wonderful experience |The Bathroom clean tidy all the facilities was wonderful the food was very good including breakfast

This was a perfect place of stay in Mumbai for us, well connected from every side. (Please ignore the under construction metro) Room was good, spacious (don't know why the beds seems are always small), Food was awesome, ambience good (restaurant at ground floor needs to be bigger), child friendly, courteous helpful staff and they do understand what's required and they deliver on it.

I stayed for 2 weeks in Ferns. Such warm stay. The staff is at your service at any given time. Extremely polished and polite front desk. Amazing spread for breakfast.

Overall all nice. All staffs are very kind and helpful. Daily cleaning rooms and room service are good. They have swimming pool in opposite club and indoor games

There are also a few restaurants and cafés within walking distance if you want to explore a bit. The gym is small but functional, and while I didn’t use the business center, it looked well-equipped. The only minor downside was the view from the room—not much to look at—but that’s not unusual for city hotels. Overall, The Fern Residency offers good value for money, with clean rooms, courteous staff, and a calm location. For anyone visiting Mumbai and looking to stay in the Chembur area, it’s a dependable and comfortable choice.
