Sakshi and all of the other hotel staff. Lovely service at the hotel. We were well loved and cared for. The staff were amazing. They went out of the way to make the stay memorable. They provided us with a great welcome drink when we checked in and were really kind. The food was amazing. The employees always greeted us with a smile. The hotel also extended a room for us to stay for extra time without us even asking them. They well and beyond our expectations. A shout out to Sachin to making us feel welcomed . Always smiling and making sure that we were looked after really well. Also He organised the car for a full day to go out and see csm terminus, the Gateway of India and Marine Drive. The lovely experience of how the hotel looked after us really well motivates us to come to Mumbai again for a holiday.

Wonderful place, splendid service and facilities. I stayed here for 2 weeks and made use of the pool, gym, badminton courts many many times. The rooms were well kept and cleaned daily, a few small issues with the AC at one point but a quick service by the hotel fixed everything in no time, location is not exactly prime but there are some nice local markets nearby and some good food (if you like spicy). Would recommend

Had a wonderful stay here at The Ferns Residency. The rooms are top notch and they have a superb restaurant downstairs and have a wonderful banquet hall opposite to it called Acres club.|Couldn't have found a much convenient place than this. |Highly highly recommended hotel for business, couple and family.|Kudos to the team and management.

A great hotel in Chembur. Close to Dadar and other prime locations. Great stay, good locality will all amenities in the hotel. Clean rooms, prompt room service and comfortable accommodation. Food is also good with night menu.

Hotel has so far had the most comfortable beds and pillows. The hotel is pretty basic, but makes up for it with the hospitality of the staff. Food choice quite limited, but always found something to eat, which was good. Pool over the road, which also had a bar, which was comfortable and nicer. The communal areas have an overpowering smell of airfreshner (could afford to tone that down a snare eyes and throat sore). All in all, a friendly and comfy hotel.

Excellent customer service from check in to bar and restaurant staff. All staff in the hotel were prepared to go the extra mile to accommodate. Based on our experience we would definitely recommend the hotel to family and friends.

Staff incredibly attentive, friendly, nothing too much trouble. Great location and facilities. Kitchen meals were delicious. |Cannot wait to come back.
