Had an amazing stay at The Fig Lobby! This isn't just a place to sleep; it’s a full experience. The staff (or 'Ambassadors' as they call them) are incredibly welcoming and go out of their way to make you feel like part of the community rather than just a guest. The highlight for us was the rooftop bar—it’s the perfect spot for sunset drinks with a great view of the city and a really laid-back, creative energy. I also have to give a special shout-out to the ice cream selection in the lobby! After a long day of exploring Bangkok’s heat, coming back to those delicious treats in such a colorful, air-conditioned space was the ultimate highlight. The hotel has a really inclusive, high-energy atmosphere that feels very different from the usual corporate hotels. The rooms are large, the design is inspiring, and the attention to detail is top-notch. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stay with genuine personality!"

I did not have an overnight stay at this hotel but I attended a special event at the rooftop bar called Rum and Orange. The space and atmosphere was really nice and spacious with really nice views considering the bar is on the 6th floor. The staff was very attentive and really nice. The food and beverage selections are Caribbean themed. The Negroni and daiquiri I tried were tasty and the jerk chicken, sweet potato fries, Accra fritters were also tasty from the menu options. They had multiple DJs for the special event and all played excellent selections to keep the wonderful vibe going for 4 hours. I will definitely come back for future events here.

The Fig Lobby is a fun, colourful, and quirky hotel with a strong artsy vibe. It is a unique and lively place to stay. Staff The staff are very kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. A special mention to the night manager (with glasses), who was especially patient and helpful with train routes, ferries, and directions. Rooms We stayed in the Orange Room, which was spacious and comfortable for two people. The room was cleaned daily, and the bathroom was always clean. One bottle of water per person is provided each day. Extra water can be bought from the nearby 7-Eleven, just a 3–5 minute walk away. Facilities Guests can use the swimming pool, sauna, and self-service laundry in the neighbouring building by showing their room key. Laundry is coin-operated, and coins can be exchanged at reception. Bring your own pool towels. Food Room service options are limited, but Grab food delivery is allowed. Make sure drivers come to the front desk, as the back gate closes at 10pm. Rooftop The rooftop has a bar, restaurant, seating areas, and an ice bath. There are no scenic views, but it is a relaxed place to unwind. Be mindful of mosquitoes. Location The nearest MRT is Queen Sirikit, near the FYI Building, about an 8–12 minute walk away. It may be confusing at first, but easy once familiar. Grab is a good option if you prefer not to walk. Overall A fun, artsy hotel with clean rooms, great service, and good facilities. Highly recommended.

Good and bad. 3rd time to Bangkok and chose this hotel for its artsy flare and decent price for 2 weeks. Upon arrival I immediately wanted to leave because of the repulsive art splattered on the walls even behind the check-in counter. Sexually explicit words and images weren't shown on their website, and after traveling to over 40 countries I've never seen such a hideous display of disgusting art. Because I had pre-paid I figured I'd ignore it, so went to the rooftop bar for a smoothie. I was parched from 24hrs of traveling and when they gave me a small child's size smoothie for roughly $6 USD, that was a reflection for the ridiculous prices on everything and all services. Location is 15 min. from MTS 25 min. from BTS. Room didn't have a wardrobe, shower didn't get hot, safe wasn't bolted down just sitting there, shower head was broken, $2 mini snicker bars, and crazy laundry prices. Positive side was the wonderful, always smiling Thai staff. They made it bearable, as they provided 5 star service and also the breakfast buffet/room service were excellent. Very comfortable bed, great view, balcony, wi-fi and room cleanliness all good. This is just my opinion based on my own personal preferences and being a lifelong world traveler. Would never stay here again left 5 days early. Gave 3 stars only because of the excellent staff and service.

Nice, spacious rooms for the price point. We traveled as a family of 4 w/ 2 kids and got the Family room. I like that they had a small reading/relaxing nook at the balcony as well. This is around 30 mins to 1hr (via Grab) to popular spots like IconSiam, Sathorn Pier, Wat Pho, etc. but makes up for it with the room size. Some finishings could be maintained better like cracked paint at the balcony or paint stains on light switches but is negligible enough for me during a family trip. Rum & Orange restaurant on the rooftop is yummy and sits beside a lounge and ice bath/sauna. Nearest to Slow Burn dispensary, for those who are wondering. The space is vibrant and colorful and sits within a residential area of Khlong Toei. I'd recommend for families and small groups ⭐

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Fig Lobby! This was my first time in Bangkok, and in the midst of the hustle and bustle of an unfamiliar city, it felt good to have a comfortable place to stay with friendly staff and an inviting atmosphere. The decor is so cute and eccentric and they offered really great amenities as well. The spa on the first floor was amazing and I visited the rooftop bar multiple times during my stay. I would def come back!

One of the best staycations I’ve ever had! Before I dive into the details, let me say this — the hotel itself is truly a hidden gem. I was amazed by every single aspect of it. The interiors are stunning, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spectacular — clean, spacious, and designed with so much attention to detail. Everywhere you turn, whether in the room or the lobby, there are countless photo-worthy corners. The hotel is nothing short of a masterpiece. The only minor downside is the location, which is a bit offside. But honestly, the moment you step inside, it feels like entering a different world. They also have in-house restaurants serving amazing food, and we tried a few dishes that did not disappoint. Next time I’m in Bangkok, I’ll definitely be staying at The Fig Lobby again. Highly, highly recommended! 🌟✨

No matter where you are, this is where you should be! This experience will be with us for the rest of our lives! Good drinks and delicious food. The drinks and food have a Caribbean theme. Open air and nice views. The music tied it all together and couldn't help but eat and move my body. The bartenders and staff were fantastic and very personable making us feel cared for and relaxed after a long flight. I highly recommend this place for your next girls, or boys, trip!! You will not be disappointed!
