After a very long day, and a travel day at that, our party of two stopped in for dinner. From the start, it took awhile to be noticed and get seated at the hostess station. You order at the bar with the bartender so once we looked over the menu we walked up to place our order.
Drinks were provided at the bar so that part was quick. I ordered a dairy free pizza with vegan cheese and he ordered a traditional pizza. Mine arrived with no vegan cheese, which was disappointing. I was famished, tired and looking forward to our meal so instead of waiting in line again at the bar and waiting to have the order re-made, I just went with no cheese. Despite all the vegetables, the pizza had no flavor. The crust particularly was chalky and resembled the taste and texture of a water cracker. In general, staff were few and far between which given it wasn't very busy, I am not sure where they were. However I will say, when we did see someone, they were always friendly and happy to help but that just wasn't often enough. It was a hassle to get an extra napkin, drink refills took forever, so unless you were going back up to the bar yourself, forget about any actual service.
The outdoor seating by the train tracks is nice, they have it lit with string lights. There is no official indoor seating but the side panels do close in the event of bad weather so I think as long as it's not severe weather, it would still be safe for dining.
It was fine but I won't be rushing to return.
