Our Christmas Eve party was completely ruined. The turkey, ham, and salmon, scheduled to arrive between 4–6pm, did not turn up until after 10pm. At 745pm, we received an email that our food would arrive at 8pm. It did not.
We called repeatedly, countless times, and received absolutely no response. From 6–10pm, we were frustrated and anxious, debating whether the food would ever arrive or whether we should rush out to find food for our family and guests.
The stress and disappointment during those hours were overwhelming, and frankly, I don’t even want to relive or detail the emotional toll it took.
When the delivery finally arrived at 1020pm, we reject it. At that point, it was far too late. This was unacceptable and completely ruined what should have been a meaningful Christmas Eve gathering.
