Fantastic place. Great central location. Staff were amazing; very responsive. Of note, Kiera (senior receptionist) was the best! Comfortable and spacious room. I used the kitchenette a lot which was well equipped (including the milk in the fridge). Great view of the Assembly Buildings from my 5th floor room. Didn’t use it, but there were even laundry facilities on the 6th floor.

The hotel was great from start to finish, we had to cancel our 1st trip to stay there and they were great about cancelling with a full refund, no issues at all. When we eventually did get there we were so glad we’d picked them. We arrived in Belfast early and they took our luggage safely no problem. We went off to explore then came back to check in, it couldn’t have been easier. The rooms were perfect 209 & 105, 209 overlooked the side street so was nice and quiet, although a little smaller, 105 overlooked the front but was a great size, our friends said they didn’t hear any noise though. The girls on reception were so friendly and helpful and recommended some great places to eat and visit. Again on check out they took our luggage and kept it safe until we were coming home. I’d highly recommend this hotel and when we return to Belfast (which we are already planning) we will definitely stay here!! The staff are a huge credit to this hotel ☺️

Clean and cozy room. Friendly staff. Seems to be in a good location. Two notes worth mentioning: the carpark is 18 pounds after validation (I read the parking note on the FAQ page that the parking would be validated, probably just a language difference). Also, entry to building feels like it in an alley-way - nice space but had us confused for a bit looking for the hotel - The hotel is above a restaurant and the signage/entryway is not obvious.

Staff at reception and bar were really friendly. Great location. Great bar. Loved the added feature of the kitchenette. Comfortable beds. I have dropped a star as I felt the room which was on the surface 'clean' could be doing with a deep clean. Wouldn't stop me staying again though.

Super hotel in the middle of Belfast. Clean rooms well furnished with a kitchenette. The bed was queen size with clean crisp linen on a comfortable mattress, and great pillows. Internet was good. Great location!! Parking was just down the street. Reception staff, manager, and cleaning staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to satisfy.

Booked this spot for a night in Belfast with my partner for work, and wasn't expecting it to be as nice as it was! The kitchenettes are very cute the bathrooms are a good size with a good big shower! For the price it was a bargain we paid 85 for the night... Loved the dark decor beds are so so comfy!!

Clean and potentially thrifty, what with the in-room kitchenette and the free laundry on the sixth floor, not to mention how it's centrally located to local hot spots and the Grand Central Station, and pickup points for tours. Staff is super friendly. They were able to hold our bags until our room was ready. Do recommend. The location was perfect for two people entirely on foot.

The Flint Hotel was fantastic. Our room (110) was spacious and included a kitchenette. The bed was super comfy. The location was central to our explorations in Belfast as well as the Dublin Express drop off location and a day trip that left from the Leonardo hotel near by. The staff were super friendly and helpful - especially when we wanted to know what channel to watch the Women's Euro Finals 2025 on. The restaurant downstairs - Amelia Hall - became a convenient favourite for early morning and late night eats. You MUST stay at the Flint Hotel when you visit Belfast!!!
