First of all the location and setting for this hotel was fantastic. The staff are welcoming, polite and engaging. The rooms are modern, with a boutique apartment vibe that you can relax in peace and quiet. The Amelia Hall to the front of the building is also 5 stars for the service the staff provide and for the food and drinks. My only niggle was my air conditioning unit made a high pitched whistle through the night that i couldn't stop (room 302)

Slept really well in a very comfortable bed. Excellent shower. Lovely kitchen area which could be closed off. Air con/heating was a little noisy when first turned on but not noticeable after that. Very happy that we could open the windows, although the window vents alone kept the air fresh and not too dry. Lighting in room was low (2 wall lamps by the bed and one corner lamp), so could really do with another light over the table so you can see what you’re eating! Staff very polite and helpful. Excellent food in the restaurant downstairs. 2 minute walk to the Grand Opera and less than 5 minutes’ walk to all the bus stops at City Hall.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Flint. Staff was very friendly, the location was great and walkable, the bar downstairs was very good, and there was free laundry! The laundry thing was huge as we were nearing the end of a long trip. Really spacious and comfortable room with a kitchenette even though it was not a suite. Just a really lovely experience top to bottom. No on-site parking but there is a parking garage just a couple of blocks away that you got a discount at if staying at the hotel.

+top location +friendly staff +very clean +comfortable very well equipped room +close to Great Northern car park @£12 /24h if stamped by Flint +close to several good spots for breakfast - cold shower from 7-9am but then water got hot. Reception stated that they had reset the boiler, but not sure if that was code for peak demand is the real issue 😂 Rm 205

I normally stay elsewhere in Belfast but found The Flint to be really intriguing so I said I'd give it a go. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They were more than happy to store my bags until my room was ready. The room was class; very clean, functional and loved the view. Although Belfast can party until late, I didn't hear a thing with the excellent soundproofing. Also loved that there was milk in the fridge for tea! Highly recommended and I'll be back!

I really enjoyed my stay at The Flint. The room felt like a small studio, modern and very comfortable. It was well equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant and independent stay. The location is great, and everything was clean and well organized. I would be happy to come back and highly recommend it to other travelers

I would highly recommend The Flint to anyone heading to Belfast. It has a perfect central location and is a great property. Very nice customer service and comfortable rooms. The property features a lovely restaurant and coffee shop. Great value for money.

We had a fabulous 4 night stay. Amazing location, right in the city centre. Great, large rooms with brilliant facilities. Very comfortable bed. Yes it was a little nosiey with traffic noise or noise from the bar on a Saturday night, but the hotel gave us ear buds on request, which did help. All the staff were extremely friendly. We can't wait to come back to Belfast and will definitely stay here again.
