Every where else said they were fully booked for deliveries and I really appreciate the Flower Truck for accommodating a GORGEOUS arrangement on short notice to my mom for early mothers day. I live in 29 palms ca and the customer service is WELL worth the price, the arrangement is by far one of the best I have scene. 10/10 all around!

Simply THE BEST!!! Shirley is amazing! Attention to detail is key in the service industry and she goes above and beyond to exceed expectations! I live out of town and she took the time to speak with me and after discussing my budget and thoughts on an arrangement, she sent me a picture to make sure I was happy with it prior to delivery! She created exactly what I had in mind, and delivered promptly all during a pandemic! Flower supplies have been scarce but she went above and beyond to find just the right mix for my arrangement. The Flower Truck is my go to florist for this area, you will not be disappointed!

We have been ordering flowers for mothers day almost every year and it seems it gets worse. We understand the flowers can be replaced/changed but there was a huge gap between what we ordered and what we got this year. We’d like to return it and get our $129 (and tax) refund 😢

I can't say enough amazing things about The Flower Truck. The day my niece went into labor, I called several florists in Warner Robins. Nobody was as sweet or accommodating as Shirley who recommended I wait so that the flowers could be delivered directly to her instead of left at the nurses station. The next day when I called, not only did she remember me, but she made the most beautiful bouquet and even took the extra time to send me a picture of it before it went out for delivery!! The Flower Truck will definitely be my go to florist for Warner Robins!! Thank you so much for helping me make their day even brighter!!

Lisa at the flower truck provided excellent customer service. I ordered flowers online (a week out from delivery) and received multiple verification emails. Unfortunately, on the day of, the flowers didn’t arrive. However Lisa immediately made it right, delivering a larger bouquet of flowers (including candy) the next day and even went the extra mile to notify the recipient of the error. Later she sent me a handwritten note, including both a complimentary order and a Starbucks gift card. Supporting small businesses is worth it - the Flower Truck turned the situation around and gained a loyal customer.

Absolutely recommend!! Gorgeous flower arrangement custom made for my mother with just a few requests on colors and what flowers she likes (and what she didn’t like about them). Specifically, I mentioned that my mother loves roses but doesn’t like how quickly they die — The Flower Truck delivered and amazing arrangement for Valentine’s Day which continues to bloom more and more each day.
