Absolutely the worst customer service. This woman working there could not answer any of my basic printing questions, speaking a bit in English, then finishing in Castellano. She was like a crotchity librarian, she even scolded me to make sure that I put the sample books back exactly where I found them, in a disorganized-overflowing heap of clutter barely staying put on the shelving I'd found it in. Look but dont touch policy is hard to follow if you want to try different paper weights and textures. It was probably her last week and she was giving no F's. Resolved to have my questions answered and my mind satisfied, I reverted to questioning the other, way more pleasant and slightly more informed woman who was at least able to help me find some solutions. The quality was high, as was the price tag. I would not want to come here for my printing needs.

Absolutely useless and unhelpful in person, don’t respond to e-mails after days of waiting, not interested in finding out the full scope of my enquiry. Lost a lot of good business today with this silly dismissive attitude. You’d think with a pandemic, businesses struggling they would fight for good business in high volumes

Desafortunadamente no he tenido una buena experiencia. Se acumularon varios errores en la producción: color de portadas incorrecto, páginas impresas solo por una cara, contraportada mal ubicada y bordes redondeados sin aplicar. Señalé el error del color dos veces sin que se tuviera en cuenta hasta que el propio distribuidor lo confirmó. Como cliente, esperaba una mayor implicación y proactividad. Es justo decir que, una vez reconocidos los errores, corrigieron el color de la portada y los bordes redondeados, para el resto de errores mostraron disposición a corregirlos, pero para entonces la confianza en la calidad de su trabajo ya estaba comprometida. Y no quisé prolongar el tiempo de producción.

Por recomendación de una amiga he realizado la impresión de un libro en esta imprenta, como ha ido: -La atención desde el primer momento ha sido muy buena, no sólo están para imprimir también te orientan sobre la idea que tienes y se nota su alto nivel de profesionalidad. -Están para todo tipo de trabajos, pero en mi caso que era una publicación de complejidad alta me lo solucionaron sin problema aportandome un plus de mejora a la idea que yo tenía. -No son magos, son impresores por lo cual ellos no pueden adivinar, pero si lo explicas bien te dan solución a todo de manera muy rápida. -Tengo claro que para próximos trabajos los realizaré con ellos. Para mi ha sido una experiencia profesional muy buena y recomendable.

Atención al cliente pésima, tanto por teléfono (mujer maleducada con una actitud gratuitamente agresiva y fuera de lugar) como por email (no contestan, o si lo hacen tardan 15 días). Al final me siento como si les estuviera molestando sólo por el hecho de contactarles para pedir sus servicios de impresión. Curioso que elijan esta forma de promocionar y de llevar su negocio. En 2 meses no he conseguido, no sólo mi producto impreso final, sino ni siquiera he conseguido que me den un presupuesto aproximado. Pérdida de tiempo.

Estuve allí y me dieron consejos muy amables y detallados. Me dijeron que al día siguiente recibiría una oferta, que nunca se materializó. Incluso cuando volví a preguntar, nunca recibí la oferta. Qué pena! Me hubiera gustado trabajar con Folio Club, pero parece que no quieren ganar dinero...
