Amazing! Sticky chai latte really surprised me The ingredients smell so good and deep. The tart is really good and the pasta creamy and rich,the portion generous, and the meat was cooked beautifully. Wish I'd been here before 2.30pm I really like to have the meal here. The staff is friendly here,the vibe is great here tho,and the environment is clean and tidy. Highly recommended stay here for after tea time

Always a got to in Shepparton! Such an amazing selection of soups!! Totally worth it! One of the aesthetic cafe I have ever seen in Victoria. I am from Melbourne and whenever I visit Shepparton, this is my first choice!

Am thoroughly loving the coffee at The Foodstore. Yes it's different to what I usually like but I am loving it and highly recommend giving it a go! As a long black drinker, the crema is also great! The food is delicious and the customer service is great! Also, have had friends join me and give The Foodstore another go - and they have fallen back in love with the place again! So do yoursel favour and visit1

My husband and I enjoyed a delicious brunch. We were delighted with the efficiency of the staff and how quickly we received our food and drinks. The food was amazing with not a scrap left in our plates. Highly recommend this place for great dining, service and atmosphere.

Even if the food was good, which it wasn't, it was difficult to enjoy the experience due to the huge number of flies constantly annoying you. We spent several hours inside the RSL and didn't see a single fly inside. Cannot understand why there were so many inside the Food Store. Ordered the omelette and a toasted ham and cheese sandwich along with a coffee and OJ. The coffee and OJ came out after 5 mins then there was another 20 mins wait for the food. Had to send back the toastie because it was hardly toasted. Meanwhile the coffee was rather cold by then. When it arrived a second time it certainly wasn't filled with ingredients. A single thin slice of Coles ham and a thin slice of cheese. Disappointing. The omelette was ordinary but the flies were loving it and annoying other patrons also. Buy a big zapper!!

On a mission to get pancakes for brunch so off we go to Food Store,not a cheap place so we expect good food and service. Waiter was helpful but when she asked how my food was I let her know the pancakes were very dry and not very nice. She took my food (full plate) away and that was it no follow up from management or even an apology. The orange juice from a bottle not greasy was the bed thing. Neither me or my wife ate the food and they knew we weren’t happy. Went to pay with not a mention of the food took my money (waisted $50 for a couple of pancakes) and said see ya Sorry I’m happy to pay a lot of money for good food but when I play top dollar for 2 measly pancakes I expect them to be nice. My 8 yo cooks better pancakes at home. Don’t bother people go somewhere where they care.

Visited The Food Store for lunch on Sunday and ordered the Lamb Ragu off the menu and Chicken and Leek Pie from the specials and both were absolutely delicious. The meat was tender in both dished and lots of flavour. Thank you for a lovely lunch

My wife and I went to this Cafe on good Friday and what a treat was in store. my wife had a tomato and mustard Flan that the owner's mother had made for her to try on the menu, my wife loved it, I had the The Big Brekky Bash, which I think is the best I have ever had, except for the Breakfast's I prepared in my Cafe in St Kilda in the 90's. We will be back to this cafe' fabulous service and and brilliant Late's and I'am your true Coffee shop. Well done TheFood Store , you have won us, we will return. What a disappointment. Haven't been here in a while and and won't be returning any time soon either. Not only do they have a fly problem so that you spend half the time protecting your food from them. But the food has dropped in standard substantially. I got a crispy chicken burger that was supposed to have tonkatsu sauce and kewpie Mayo with crumbed chicken and lettuce. They forgot the tonkatsu sauce and was about a teaspoon of kewpie Mayo. The burger had been in the sandwich press so long that the lettuce was cooked and soggy and to top it off the chicken the size of two chicken nuggets and almost non existent. My friends meal had been microwaved and an un appealing blob of cold relish splashed on top of his gourmet pie. I told the staff about my burger and there lack of caring and concern was reflected in their attitudes. A pity really as it used to be a nice place to eat.

A beautiful addition to Shepparton. I'd recommend this place to any foodie. Set up with some style and pizazz it's certainly the next place to be. Great ideas for foods and presentation. Just to look at this store gets my juices going, and I want to taste everything I can see. Casual dining in a classy looking and trendy atmosphere.

Amazing coffee, home made brownies cakes, sticky date pudding and some other delicacies. They are amazing at what they make and so far as the customer service go. There could be some improvments.

ordered already prepared food (in the display cabinet) and coffee; received coffee after 5 minutes; waited half an hour for food ; finaly went and asked for it as i couldn't wait any longer. They have already filed the docket away! aparently that happens often. so paid for it to be a takeaway. while waiting for it to be heated in the microwave, another person came and asked me to poay again! very poorly run place; would not be going back again
