The Forest Lodge Resort Pemberton WA

This was a lovely place to stay. Excellent service from staff. I would recommend for a couple or family stay. The room was clean and neat with coffee machine, microwave and toaster more than I expected in just a king room. The resturant food was excellent and priced accordingly. Breakfast was a not as good as most places but it was also off season so understandable. I would stay here again and will tell my friends and family. We look forward to a return visit.

Our group enjoyed an excellent stay here. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. All the rooms were very well equipped. |Our group dinner was superb and all credit to the great staff both waiting and chefs. Breakfast next morning was one of the most extensive buffets ever and was delicious. |We enjoyed the grounds and walk around the lake. Also enjoyed watching the kangaroos!|A great stay.

Lovely setting very comfortable room. Booked dinner and was not disappointed, food was excellent. Staff extremely polite and helpful. Wandered round the grounds and saw the kangaroos - brilliant. Then the heavens opened, just liking being back in the UK! Had a very comfortable nights sleep and booked for breakfast. Not usually a fan of continental breakfasts, but this was lovely, hot food and a good spread of fruit and savoury eats as well as the usual toast etc. would definitely recommend.

A very beautiful location reminded us very much of our time spent living in Germany. We enjoyed the quietness of the low tourist season. The lake is stunning. Adjustments could be made to the map of the accommodation and surrounds as we found ourselves walking through private land.

We had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable . The bed was super comfortable. A very peaceful place with lots of wildlife to watch. I enjoyed the walk through to gardens to the beautiful lake. The onsite restaurant has the best cooked breakfast we have ever eaten!

This is a well presented and well located country style stay on the edge of town. A large property hosted by Ingo. The hospitality is very good, the buffet breakfast has plenty to choose from, Dinner was very tasty with generous portions. Would recommend.

Such a beautiful spot. Location in forest next to a lake where you can see and hear wildlife, so many flowers and beautiful garden all over the property, beautiful views from restaurant. Rooms and restaurant are wonderfully decorated with so much nice detail and warmth, it's cosy and clean. Breakfast buffet was phenomenal, used bbq area in the evening. Absolutely loved it here.

Set in the forest a few kilometres out of Pemberton, Forest Lodge Resort is in a beautiful location. We first visited this hotel 28 years ago and, sadly, our room was still furnished with the same items. It looked a little tired and dated but had everything we needed and an extremely comfortable bed.|Regarding the food; I thought that the breakfast offering was poor and didn’t represent good value for money. Dinner on the first night (lady chef apparently) was delicious but on the second night (different chef) we had to wait about an hour for food to arrive (we just ordered mains) and the food was disappointing.|All in all it’s a comfortable hotel and our room was very spacious.The highlight of our visit was that a kangaroo came to help himself to some figs from the tree in our garden while we were enjoying an alfresco cup of tea. He wasn’t phased and stayed with us for 20 minutes or so.
