The Forest Lodge Resort Pemberton WA

Stayed for a night with 3 other adults. Had a wonderful time discovering the nature around the lodges, beautiful lake, garden, and even kangourous! The breakfast was also great, with many fresh options. Would go back anytime!

Very comfortable and clean, with beautiful surrounds. Our international guests enjoyed the kangaroos and the young boy we travelled with had fun at the playground. The dinner at the restaurant was DELICIOUS, there was quite a long wait but once the food arrived it was top notch quality.

My new favourite spot in the southern forests. Beautifully maintained facility with a rustic touch. The chalets are well placed in the resort with enough privacy and ample parking and kids playground across. Good sized rooms and well maintained. The owners were friendly and helpful. Did not get to try the food. The lake is a good touch to sit and relax in the evening or go for a couple walk. Close proximity to the town and Gloucester tree / Big brooke dam. Will definately be back again.

We loved our stay and would highly recommend. After 3 nights at the Albany Hilton Garden inn, Forest Lodge was a refreshing change. The grounds are beautiful and tranquil in a casual and uniquely Australian way. . |Once there you don’t need to leave as this place has all you need. Wonderful walking trails from the resort and for a respite we had wine in the gazebo in the middle of the lake.|The team at the lodge were super friendly and accommodating. From check in ( with Ingo the Chef Owner) to the restaurant and bar personnel. |Dinner was great and we highly recommend dining in house. Be sure to book as it gets busy.

It’s rare to still find such an authentic and beautifully rustic little slice of the south west that hasn’t been completely gentrified by the wine/wedding industry. The Forrest lodge is exactly what people come to the south west for, relaxing, clean, modern accomodation nestled away amongst enormous trees and untouched Australian wild life. My partner and I celebrated our engagement here and it’s hard to imagine a better place for it. The rooms feel like you get the best of both worlds with the modern clean feel of an expensive hotel, with the rustic and cozy feel of a cottage. You literally walk out of your balcony into a national park full of centuries old trees, kangaroos and birds. For the price this place is genuinely unmissable if you are looking to explore Pemberton

My partner and I had a beautiful stay here. The service was so friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate and we loved sitting outside in the morning and listening to the birds with a cup of coffee. Can't wait to come back here again and be nestled amongst the trees.. 💚

I called with a few queries prior to arriving and the wonderful assistance was very refreshing. The location is a great escape and the gardens simply ooze relaxation. Our room was warm and cosy with lovely amenities. Dinner at the restaurant on site was a complete delight. The service was terrific and the German style is outstanding value and a taste treat. If you are looking for a complete serene environment with a very comfortable stay, I would really recommend The Forrest Lodge Resort. Aside from having Pemberton as one my favourite places to visit, they offered room decorated with modern minimalist style. Finally, we really enjoyed the gazebo in the middle of the pond, spotted some splendid fairy wren and few kangaroos on watch. 🙂
