It's a nice place to go with friends and family to chill and relax. During winter you can go ice skating which I did for the first time this season. I had fun going ice skating although I had a huge fall. I will advise anyone going ice skating for the first time to put on a helmet for protection. Talking from experience.

I recently visited The Forks Market in Winnipeg and had a fantastic experience! I tried the pizza from Red Amber, and it was absolutely delicious—crispy, flavorful, and topped just right. The market offers plenty of seating, so it's easy to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. With a wide variety of food options to choose from, there's something for everyone. The overall ambience was lively and welcoming, making it a great place to spend time with friends or family. Highly recommend a visit!

The Forks Market in Winnipeg stands as an exemplary fusion of urban vitality and culinary diversity. Situated at the confluence of the Red and Assiniboine Rivers, this vibrant hub encapsulates a quintessential Winnipeg experience. A remarkable facet of the market is its eclectic selection of locally sourced food options, where the myriad of artisanal fare—from fresh produce to gourmet delicacies—perfectly reflects the city’s dynamic cultural landscape. The venue itself is architecturally inviting, featuring expansive, modern seating areas that allow for both intimate dining and communal gatherings. The aesthetic blend of rustic charm and contemporary design makes it an ideal setting for a leisurely lunch or an evening out. Whether you’re savoring locally crafted cheeses, handpicked vegetables, or the best of Winnipeg’s street food, the atmosphere fosters an enjoyable and relaxed experience. Parking, a critical consideration in any urban market, is readily available and well-organized, adding to the convenience and accessibility of the location. With both surface parking and ample spaces in nearby structures, visitors are spared the usual hassles of city-center parking. In essence, The Forks Market is a culinary and cultural sanctuary. It provides an authentic taste of Winnipeg’s local flavor, offering both residents and tourists an opportunity to indulge in the city’s rich gastronomic offerings, all while basking in an environment that is both welcoming and thoughtfully designed.

I liked this place over a decade ago the last time I visited Winnipeg and I still like it now. Lots of changes since then. Much more selection of food from what I remember, lots of seating, more shops to explore, and very clean. Definitely worth a visit.

Google
Went here during a layover. It's amazing with the skating trail (and skate rentals), food (we had some amazing fish and chips!), and little shops to visit. Lots of seating to relax too.

Google
Amazing experience for a quick visit. Clean and well-maintained market across Canada. A lot of selection of food from different continents and a clean and well-organized seating place to enjoy your meal inside the marketplace. Will visit again to spend some more time and try different foods.

Google
It's a fantastic space by itself but when you include the outdoor patio and seating options (with QR codes!) it really makes it incredible. I wish I were able to spend time there more often. It's worth a visit in any season.

Google
It sure has changed. Love the new Lounge spot upstairs. Lots of custom shops and food choices to fill you up. It was my spot back in my younger days. When they had The Market And my old friend worked there... you should bring it back.. it was Nice getting local produce. It was a meeting point for my friends alike as the bike trails led to it or started from it. They definitely ruined The old trail in Whittier Park For new development. Why Bridge still off limits.?

Yelp
This is probably the coolest place in the city hands down. This area is connected to the museum and offers a park, food market and retail shops. There is also a beer garden by the river so you can enjoy the outdoors while it lasts. The market is two stories with the food on the bottom and retail on top. There are a ton of options so you will definitely find something for everyone. I recommend Fergies fish and chips and the common for a beer sampler. For dessert, my go tos are Fro-gurts and neon cone. Each one of these places offers great service and their food is delicious. If you come to Winnipeg, you should definitely explore this area!

Yelp
I love the Fork Market. The main floor is like a food hall, but established decades before the term became trendy. The second floor consists of artisan products and retail merchandise that make great gift ideas for special folks in your life or yourself as a souvenir being in Winnipeg. This market is located at The Forks, where the Assiniboine and Red rivers meet. It's also known as the meeting place for this reason and the fact that it's a nice place to dine, shop, and meet up with folks. The Forks Market is located in a building that once housed horse stables and haylofts when railways were vital to Winnipeg's economy and more. Don't worry if you think that you'll find stable scents and hay all over the place when you visit. It was eons ago and you wouldn't really be able to tell what purpose this building used to serve. If you are from Toronto, the first floor is kind of like St. Lawrence Market. You can find everything at various food stalls and eateries, from silog from BASTA!, to Tall Grass Prairie Bread Co. for cinnamon buns and more. It's enjoyable sampling world eats without hopping on a plane. The two main eateries at this market are The Old Spaghetti Factory and The Original Pancake House. The former used to be in the Exchange District and moved over to the Forks Market. I last dined in the latter location several years ago and had a great meal. There are several entrances into this building. I have always taken the stairs up to the second floor and back down. I can't recall if there's an elevator. The second floor has cool stores to get souvenirs and unique gifts. I first learned about mukluks (slippers) from Manitobah. You can find locally made jams and maple syrups, jewellery, handmade soap, and more on this floor. I came here often when I lived in the city. I like to return and check it out now as a tourist. There are washrooms on the main floor. I don't think I've ever used them on the second floor. The former were clean and in decent condition. Parking can get a bit crazy, especially on weekends. I tend to park further away and walk over. I also used to take the bus to get here, which eliminates parking headaches. However, if you have bought a lot of items, lugging them on and off the bus can be a pain. It's a nice place to spend some time shopping, eating, and relaxing, with the rivers as a backdrop. (110)

Yelp
Wow! Such a fantastic must-see place in Winnipeg. It was packed with folks doing last-minute Christmas shopping and nibbling. The selection of places to eat should satisfy almost everyone. I've been back twice and I'll definitely fit in a few more visits.

Yelp
We really enjoyed our time at the Forks market, and would definitely come back if we were in town again. The space was modern and exciting. We stayed on the lower level, but we could see lots of shops upstairs. We walked around a bit, and sat at the bar at Passerby for drinks. They had delicious cocktails, and we enjoyed some olives as well. It was a shame we weren't hungry, because the sights and smells of the wide food selection throughout the market were very tempting. After our drinks, we went skating outside which was great. We appreciated the skate rentals with sticks and pucks available, and it was very nice that a water dispenser was available when we came inside.

Yelp
Super cool industrial space that has been converted into a food hall and shopping space for people of all ages- a little something for everyone. That's honestly all you need to know about The Forks Market. But if you care to keep reading here ya go: -The space: large parking lot that is always full, find the garage right away and accept defeat on the weekends. Once inside you'll find a gorgeous building that has been divided up to make different stores / stalls. -Food stalls: lots of choices to choose from in terms of where to eat. We visited three different stalls and the bar. Everything we had was great and really offered something for everyone. The bar could use more options in terms of ciders/sparkling options but if you like beer/wine you wont have an issue. -Shopping: upstairs is almost entirely stores. Each shop provides different options depending on what you're looking for, a book store, candy shop (down stairs), Canada themed items, etc. If you're looking for a gift you've come to the right spot. I enjoyed our time there and would love to see it grow. There are a ton of open food stalls that I would like to see filled. We'll be back and I can't wait to see what they do!

Yelp
This place will always have a special place within my boyfriend and I. We drove up here from Grand Forks, ND and had an absolute blast. The area is beautifully landscaped with a relaxed, vacation-like atmosphere. There are so, so many stores available to you for shopping, sweet tooth cravings, breakfast, lunch, dinner, souvenirs, you name it! My personal favorite is the fish and chips place, that was to die for! Prices were a tad bit expensive, but we came prepared to spend money considering we were in Winnipeg for a weekend vacation. Throughout the market, there are clean, always-stocked stations to grab a glass (yes, real glass and not a plastic cup!) of water which we really appreciated! Outside, you will find plenty of seating overlooking the river and paths winding up and down the area, some taking you to local bars, hotels, and restaurants, and others taking you around statues, art exhibits, and of course, right up to the Human Rights Museum. Down by the river is more walking paths along with a boat tour. I can't comment on how good or bad that tour is because I've never gone. I've been here twice, once in the winter and once in the summer, both seasons are great times to come here, and my boyfriend and I will definitely be returning. Not too sure how appealing this place is for the locals, but if you're coming from out of town/country, you need to visit this place!!

Daniel K.

Yelp
Really nice food hall. Clean modern atmosphere. Decent amount of seating. Nice mix of variety in stalls. Beer bar has wide variety of taps. Prices were reasonable. Food came out reasonably fast. Parking is a bit of a mess. Not a bad place to check out.

Manbir R.

Yelp
It's a one stop shop for everyone. Family friendly, youngsters hub and shopping lovers can all come to one place here. Oh how can I miss foodies. This place has so many food options from kiosks to full fledge restaurants. Let's begin with the layout of "The forks market" It has multiple entrances with ample parking but still it gets hard to find parking on weekends and some evenings in-spite of the snowfall. I am sure summer would be more vibrant here but a heavy snow day was not less. Inside the layout is very open with high ceilings and all shops on the side and seating area in the middle. Arch's in the wall will allow you to go in each section. Upstairs is also a big seating area which is more private and used mostly for self study or internet use as there is a bookshop next to it. Interesting local boutique stores are full of all sorts of stuff from crocheting, crockery, plants, clothes, jewellery, wine , candy shop and much more. Full fledge liquor store and local artisan bakery offer exquisite items on menu. I bought local souvenirs, ate at the kiosk of Mexican and Sri Lankan food. How could anyone miss the ice skating either as a spectator which was me or as a participant which was mostly little kids. Ice skates and helmets are available to rent. It's not only a tourist place but locals favourite activity location.

Mike M.

Yelp
Highly recommend this spot. When we are in Winnipeg on business this is a must stop. We really enjoy the beer spot!

keairra m.

Yelp
Love the concept of this place. Whatever your cravings are you can satisfy them all in one place. Tacos, soup, sushi, pizza, ice cream, coffee, beer,.. you name it! There's shops to purchase candy, books and soap. It's like a tiny mall and I love it, Can't wait for my next visit.

Vincent C.

Yelp
WOOOOHOOOO! This is as good as it gets! That's forreal when you are in the Winnipeg area. This area and market is the place to be. It is similar to a food hall with different cuisines and beverages everywhere. We came here on New Years Eve and it was packed! While it was freezing outside, we spent most of our time inside. It was nice that they had fires outside for people to stand around and keep warm. They also have ice skates available for rent so you can skate around the ice path, something I've never seen before. This area is the main attraction when you are downtown in Winnipeg. Parking might get a bit tough on certain days for events. During the new years, they had fireworks and that's what we stayed for. Overall we had a good time.

Mia A.

Yelp
Visited Winnipeg for a day and the forks was one of the main attractions. So off we go, but I thought it was gonna be this big market that has a lot of vendors, but sadly It was not. The whole first floor was just food places, more like a food court. The second floor had maybe 3 vendors which none interests me. Dissaponting. The outside area was really nice. You have a great view of the river and a park. Perfect for pic taking!

Cyndi K.

Yelp
For years, I've always enjoyed visiting Winnipeg and the Forks was always one of those destination local spots we would come to see. During the summers it was always great to be by the riverfront and walking around the ground, however I felt like there was something lacking. That is seemed more like a park than anything. Fast forward at least a decade and some odd years (yes, it's been that long since I was back in Winnipeg), and imagine my surprise in how they have totally revamped and stepped up their game to make this area a true, local destination in Winnipeg. This is what I've been waiting for to see at the Forks Market. It has truly become that beautiful, rustic, location with various market vendors and delightful food fare for visitors. Great job Winnipeg!! I am so happy to see how the area has evolved and what the Forks offer. It makes me so excited to return to Winnipeg (and hopefully it won't be too long) and enjoy every wonderful thing the beautiful city and its people offer!

Matt K.

Yelp
Cozy little market place with surrounding artwork and trails. The ice skating trail was fun! But since it was getting a little bit warmer there were parts of the ice that were slushy and sunk so you could fall. Totally worth the $6 for skate rental. There are also a lot of small shops to buy random things and souvenirs

Michelle Z.

Yelp
A super cute place, with a lot of little stores. It was pretty packed, but was worth it

Calvin S.

Yelp
For a city the size of Winnipeg, The Forks Market offers a wealth of activities that rivals many larger cities. In the past year, many new food and refreshment stalls opened in the market, increasing the wealth of options available to dine (Red Ember, Fools and Horses, Passero, etc). More importantly, the common has been a huge hit in offering alcohol options for the yuppies. I also love how the place is environmentally conscious. The lights dim out by sunset to save on energy costs, which provides a cool intimate feel if you're out with friends. If anything, the upper level could use a bit more love. Aside from the souvenir shop, there's not much to offer. Nonetheless, it's still a great place to visit every so often, whether it's for beer or a food from a local joint.

Richard F.

Yelp
We were visiting Winnipeg and wanted to experience some of the local activities. The Forks was recommended as a nice place to see some nice shops and restaurants. It was Saturday morning so it was jammed packed with people especially in the Pancake House restaurant. Wish we had skipped breakfast earlier. There are some very nice shops and we picked up a few locally made souvenirs.

Violeta P.

Yelp
Cute little shopping center. I was expecting to see more of veggies and fruits but it's more of small mall with lots of eateries. Walked around and bought some souvenirs. Nice location. Didn't eat anything. There is a great selection of foods, something for everyone! Great please for families or a day date.

Jeff H.

Yelp
This is a really neat place! Beautiful and interesting. Lots of shops and eateries and places for a cocktail. Walking distance to the waterfront.

Helio D.

Yelp
What a place! We used to live nearby and would fairly often visit. Totally worth the visit. Fair parking availability, great restaurants, coffee, bakery, fish and chips, and other shops. Don't forget to go up the elevator to see the city skyline.

Katherine A.

Yelp
LOVE THIS PLACE. Visited from Toronto during the summer and fell in love. Not only is there the market, but the Esplanade Riel bridge is just a walk away! It hovers over the water and has a French restaurant called Mon Ami Louis. If you plan to try it out, make reservations!! Back to the market, you pretty much can satisfy all cravings from sweet and savoury to Asian and Italian... and everything in between! I tried; - Asian Fusion (4.5/5: flavour was insanely good) - Fish and Chips (4/5: served in a classic newspaper wrap and everything tasted delicious *good for sharing*) - Pancake House (4/5: underrated due to the lack of presentation, but the pancakes and crepes were spot on) Aside from that, the experience in itself was amazing! Definitely a tourist attraction - great for families, friends, dates and pretty much anything. Heck, I'd go here alone and have a me-day! Note: If you're visiting from Toronto, this is pretty much St.Lawrence Market but with a park, cool bridge, and art!

Arlene L.

Yelp
My cousin brought me here on a recent trip to Winnipeg. I loved the look of the place and thought it has a great variety of food and drink establishments. We got a bag of delicious mini donuts and also grabbed the Mango Chicken Heroshima skewer sandwich by Kyu Grill. That sandwich was amazing! The flavors danced on my tongue and made me so happy and I will definitely get another when I visit Winnipeg again. The second floor had a few shops with gemstones, home goods, stationery, and lots of other locally made items. I really loved looking around at all the neat items and the employees were friendly and helpful. I think it would be great if there were more shops with local goods here, then it would really be a great destination for food and shopping. Coupled with the river, the park, and the event venue, I think this place is a must for visitors/tourists. Overall, I'm really glad my cousin suggested we come here. It's my kind of place, for sure.

Anton W.

Yelp
I been here a lot and enjoyed the place. There are lots of venues, I really enjoyed stopping in at the antique place in the basement of the Johnson Terminal. I will never go back as ALL the parking is metered now so no more free parking. There are better places to go and enjoy in Winnipeg where you can still park at no charge.

John M.

Yelp
I highly recommend this as a place to get food in Winnipeg, unless you need to be at a sit-down restaurant. While you do order at a counter at the Market and then sit in the communal food court type seating, the quality and local-ness of the food is not your typical "food court". They also have the beer & wine vendor (Common I believe) near the seating that has a tremendous selection of wine, cider and craft beer.

Marje B.

Yelp
Great Tourist Spot and local too. Its a must see if you're in the city, I love coming here great little market, food court and shops. In the winter you can ice skate, summer you can walk along the river or just grab some mini donuts and coffee and people watch. Lots of options and fun family activities.

Kristina P.

Yelp
Cute little place to just bum around. During the winter when they have the ice skating is the best time to stop by. The lines get long to rent skates, so plan accordingly. As for the shops and eats, they're not really that great, but it'll do. For the Forks, you really just want to soak up the culture and friendliness the place has to offer..

Shelby O.

Yelp
Crokacurl!! I will get to try crokacurl some day! In the mean time we come here for the park strolls, beer drinking, and knick knack shopping in the antique mall. I love what the forks has done outside with the skating paths and river trails. I can't imagine the maintenance effort that goes into making the skating trails that wind through the park. They are very pretty and the lights are a great touch. Indoors has some nice stores with potential to loose a couple hours just discovering what you didn't know you wanted. There is a newer beer and wine vendor in the food court that is killer for afternoon cocktails! We've been here many times and will keep coming as long as it's around and they don't develop away the parking:)

Jannies L.

Yelp
I'll agree with other users, definitely reminds me of Oxbow Market in Napa or St.Lawrence in Toronto. Ranging from Spanish to Caribbean to Chinese to Japanese to Italian and lots of dessert choices to famous fish and chips along with a 2 floor whiskey, wine and cigar shop. Everyone can definitely find something they like here! Great communal dining areas for families. An upscale and diverse food court I'll call it. With nice little shops upstairs that features Chinese souvenirs to vegan purses! Close by the Forks park and the Human Rights Museum.

Connie C.

Yelp
This is always a stop for me whenever I come home. It's a great tourist attraction in this city. Located right on the Red River, close to downtown and St. Boniface area, this place offers something for everyone. I personally enjoy the "taste of the world" restaurants in the main terminal. There's Chilian, Chinese, Ukrainian, Sri Lankan, American and Jamaican, just to name a few. I like that I can sample a bit from each restaurant to make a great meal. The shops have been the same for a few years. There's a lot of good souvenir stores that have all things Winnipeg and Canada. You can buy cheap to expensive souvenirs to your taste. Another great shopping area is the antique mall in the Johnson terminal. You can get lost in this lower level mall looking at antique everything! Parking can be annoying. I recommend parking in the parkade because it's free for the first 3 hours. Other outdoor spots charge $2 an hour, up to 3 hours.

Savanna M.

Yelp
Cute spot that reminded me a bit of Oxbow Market in Napa. We stopped by here around 4:30pm on a Friday to kill an hour or so and found it fairly dead (not sure if the weather played a part). The shops were mostly touristy crap and we didn't buy anything, but the food spots all looked awesome and we grabbed a small bite to eat to hold us over til dinner. We would have bought some specialty food items (we were eyeing the honey) but couldn't find anything that would be TSA carry on approved. We walked around the outside area a bit too so I could see the actual fork in the rivers.

Eric B.

Yelp
I had a few hours to kill before my Hudson Bay Train left for Churchill on this one glorious Indian summer day a few years ago. I spent most of that time outside walking around the historic Forks itself and across the Esplanade Riel into and into St. Boniface (French Quarter) and back. The Forks is a pretty place to experience history and is located at the intersection of the Red and Assiniboine Rivers. For thousands of years, the Forks has been the meeting place for early First Nations peoples. Since colonization this has also been a meeting place for European fur traders, Métis buffalo hunters, Scottish settlers, riverboat workers, railway pioneers and thousands of immigrants. The nearby Forks Market has a nice observation tower that helps you put the area into a higher perspective. The Market itself is fun to walk around to browse, to nosh, and to just watch interesting people and hang out. I ended up with a nice bottle of wine for my train ride and a few souvenir gifts for friends and family at home.

Patty L.

Yelp
The Forks Market is like a mix of a Farmer's Market, flea market stalls and a Harbourfront area. It's at the junction where the Assiniboine River flows into the Red - hence the name and it is a lovely spot to check out in the summertime. In the open atrium there are usually music performers, and in the main building there is an international food court and farmer's market-ish gourmet shops selling meat, wine, cheese, etc., and upstairs are individual little shops selling everything from clothing, jewelry to local souvenirs. All of it is a bit kitschy and isn't really indicative of Winnipeg or Manitoba (e.g. Chinese "kimonos"?). In the adjacent building there is a Christmas store, an Olde Spaghetti Factory restaurant and a toy store (on the 2nd floor). The area is being renovated at them moment because they are building a new museum.

D'Arcy L.

Yelp
The Forks is one of Winnipeg's definite "Must visit" places in any season! The story goes that Native people have been meeting at the fork of the Assiniboine and Red River for hundreds if not a thousands of years! I believe the market was modelled after Granville Island in Vancouver but keep in mind it's a much smaller version! Quite awesome none the less! What awaits you is an eclectic mix of different ethnic shops, food court style restaurants and a few other great full service restaurants (Muddy Waters, Sushi Train, Sydney's or Beachcomber). Enjoy sitting in the main area under the flags listening to a busker play guitar, sax or some other instrument on the weekend. Go for a skate on the river or in the main circle in the winter! Climb the stairs or take the elevator to the observation deck for a great view of the forks from up high or a great panorama of downtown Winnipeg! If you are a serious Cognac or Armagnac you must visit the upstairs at Fenton's. Serious selection of fine sipping liquor or some cigars! Hope over to the other building Johnson terminal for some more shops! I love coming here and will continue to do so on my future visits!

Kimberly P.

Yelp
2 stars? Seriously? Tough customers... This place is a must-see Winnipeg landmark. No matter what the season, there will be something going on; ice skating, sun bathing, fruit and veg shopping, good eats. There are more shops here now that they have opened up more of the other side upstairs. Some shops come and go, but there are some ol' faithfuls. This time I bought some postcards, a t-shirt, native jewellery, and maple walnut fudge. Had a good browse and chat with a few stall keepers. I only had a few hours, otherwise I would have chewed down on some authentic ethnic eats and mini doughnuts!

Roanna Z.

Yelp
We really enjoyed walking around in this market. Lots of goodies to eat and drink, and nice things to buy for gifts or the home. Winnipeg is such a great place to visit, and this market is not to be missed on the itinerary. Pix to follow! This is a very photogenic place.

Nicole H.

Yelp
The Forks are a must-stop in Winnipeg. Sure, the market here is on the touristy side, but there's some great gems to be found. I could have happily stayed and tried every offering from the bakery, with their own grain silo inside the market. The tea shop employees were so friendly in the face of masses of Americans in town for the World Cup and were offering suggestions and help in addition to morning caffeine. I haven't yet tried my ice wine or maple tea bags, but I loved that I could buy a small pack of 3 bags of each for under $2 CAN each. In addition to food and the typical tourist stores, there were some great local artisan-type stores. Gorgeous art, jewelry and leather craft could be found in many locations. There's so much history on the grounds and when you step away from the bustle of the Market towards the riverfront, it's easy to forget you're just blocks from downtown. There's tons of outdoor seating, so grab your food to go. We spent a full morning around the Forks and were happy to have down so.

Effe B.

Yelp
I absolutely love the new food court! Love the choice to be able to have a flight of beer or wine too! Of course, my favourite is the pickerel at Fergie's but there are so many great options to choose from now.

Rose L.

Yelp
We are from Los Angeles visiting relatives in WPG. After touring the Canadian Museum for Human Rights, we went to the Forks to have lunch and we walked in not expecting the food variety and casual open atmosphere. Service was quick and easy and food was great. Liked the aura and the food options-greek,chinese,seafood,burgers,italian,coffee bars etc. There were shops around the restos with interesting stuff. Loved the place, the options and the ambiance. Minus one star for the parking fees.

Brandon L.

Yelp
Such a great place to visit. Picked up some gifts for my family back in Ontario. And a book.

Ethan G.

Yelp
Not a place I find to be visually or commercially appealing, would not recommend unless you have nothing better to do with your afternoon...

John R.

Yelp
Been a few times since they reworked the courtyard area. One word is wow a great destination area for beer wine and food.

Kenji D.

Yelp
didn't come here with high expectations and I was not disappointed seemed to me like a tourist trap the food that was being sold and what I had was underwhelming to say the least. I would recommend bringing your own food and hanging out around the forks. pizza - not enough dough to hold the sauce and was a bit soggy. maybe increase the amount of dough per pie. mozzarella was not great quality lacked flavor and texture. 5.5/10 bison stew - tasted like a bad beef Stroganoff 4/10 value - 5/10 food - 5-6/10

Avery C.

Yelp
The Forks Market is a very cool indoor market in downtown winnipeg. Lots of fun shops and tons of options for food. Don't miss out on a trip up the viewing tower for a great view of downtown winnipeg. The river level was high during our visit so the river walk was flooded but I expect when the waters are are normal level is is a fun walk!

Meemo W.

Yelp
Not a bad place to hang out. Inside, there's a marketplace and various eateries. There's a beer place that takes up a good amount of real estate, forgot the name though. But it's worth a try for their flights, and is a little pricey. So are most other food stalls here. There are also a bunch of other different kinds of stores that sell things, like a vintage store on the very bottom floor iirc. Other things to do can be walking along the river #romantic, or visit the museum adjacent to the entrance. There's a lot for parking which half of which isn't free, or parking can be had within the structure.

Sarah E.

Yelp
Always a joy hanging at the Forks Commons. Many awesome tasty treats to eat and the outdoor bar with view of the river is excellent! Top notch place for a pint and a pizza from Red Ember.

Dave K.

Yelp
Great place to grab a bite to eat while in Winnipeg. Love the Fish and Chips restaurant inside and also the geo-thermal heating and cooling of the building. This is a great place for tourist.

Paul D.

Yelp
Amazing place to hang out! Lots of cool local stores and products! Most of all, The Forks has a lot of food choices! The Common has a variety of wines and craft beers.

Tina S.

Yelp
Love coming to spend time at the forks, great for get togethers of all types. The common really brought the game and I am loving all the new updates. The only reason I give it a 4 star and not a 5 is due to having to pay for parking.

Yelp
The best place ever! You can go ice skating in the winter or get a beer or a cup of wine. The food is really good and that's a really good place if you only want to go for a walk.
