A Memorable Seafood Night at The Foundry, Abu Dhabi 🐚🦐🦑🦞 We visited The Foundry for their Seafood Night, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish! The selection was generous, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. From fresh scallops and sushi to perfectly grilled lobster, prawns, and calamari — every bite was delicious and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. To make the evening even more special, there was a live guitarist performing throughout dinner. His music was unbelievable — smooth, soulful, and perfectly matched the atmosphere. It added such a warm and elegant touch to the whole experience. We could’ve listened to him play all night. The atmosphere was elegant yet relaxed, and the service was outstanding — attentive, kind, and professional. The variety of seafood dishes was impressive, and everything was refilled promptly, ensuring a truly indulgent experience. Highly recommend this place if you’re in Abu Dhabi and want to enjoy a seafood feast that leaves you full and happy. We'll definitely be back!

Closest I can compare to a real Japanese Experience. We had a great sushi night here last Thursday. Thinking of going back already!

We love the spread and variety and the fantastic service. Suresh was always helpful and attentive to all the tables. We can feel his enthusiasm for what he’s doing. It was a great experience!

I visited The Foundry on a Friday night, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The restaurant is spacious with plenty of tables, and they host themed nights—mine happened to be seafood night. The staff were exceptionally polite, welcoming, and always smiling, which added to the pleasant atmosphere. The service was quick, and the food didn’t disappoint. I sampled all the seafood dishes, and the quality was impressive, especially the shell pasta with seafood and the grilled prawns, which were outstanding. The only dish that fell slightly short was the lobster, as its flavor wasn’t as fresh or intense as expected. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’d definitely return for another great evening at The Foundry!

Best service! Esp from the chefs at the tepanyaki station. Shuresh is the best server. He is amazing! Great food options available for sushi night and buffet.

Went for Japanese night and the food is amazing there’s lot of sushi varieties. Also great service from thiri.. will be coming back soon.

We did the Saturday brunch here. Food was superb. Very nice Tomohawk steak and many live stations serving a wide variety of great food. Service was excellent from our waitress Thiri. She was super friendly and fast and helped make it a great afternoon
