I truly wish I could support The Frankie Shop, the designs are trendy and there are pieces I genuinely wanted to purchase. Unfortunately, my experience has been repeatedly overshadowed by the in-store service.
Several employees have been consistently rude and unwelcoming. A few team members (who I assume are upper management, as many have non-American accents) are lovely and professional, but the behavior of others completely cancels that out. In particular, my interactions with Quianna and Neal were noticeably standoffish, dismissive, and made me feel uncomfortable shopping in the store.
It’s disappointing, because the clothing is stylish, but I can’t in good conscience support a store where the customer service leaves such a negative impression.
To upper management: thank you to the members of your team who do provide warm, helpful service. However, it may be worth addressing the inconsistency and ensuring all staff reflect the level of professionalism expected from a brand of this caliber.
