Very nice place to enjoy a craft beer. We went for the Tap Takeover “ yesterday. Bartender took time to answer all our questions and provided great service! Highly recommend.

Funky little space, with exceptionally friendly staff. Very comfortable room, with a free mini bar and tea and coffee facilities in the room. A lovely balcony to enjoy and the bar menu was delicious. I would definitely recommend the steak sandwich from the menu. Great all round experience

Exceptional, independently-owned, real ale pub. We found this on UnTapped, and found it easily. We were served by both of the owners, who were friendly, warm hosts. There was an excellent selection of local and international draft, bottle and can beers available. The Frank Dogs (loaded hot dogs) were great too. Highly recommended . Wish we lived here - we’d visit regularly.

What a little gem of a place! Friendly bar staff, great location, great playlist in the bar on the day we were there. Excellent drinks choices and a lovely ambience. Our room was also great, spotless, spacious, and a comfy bed! An easy walk into the east end or other parts of the city. Will definitely be back again!

I’ve been here many times for food and drink, it’s time to review. The food is fantastic, best schnitzel I know of in the CBD. There’s always a good craft beer selection here too, which is a big plus for me. No complaints, I can only recommend it.

Good old fashioned Aussie pub with great service, food and atmosphere. Free mini bar and in room snacks. Funky room and so central to everything in Adelaide. Will definitely make this my go to Adelaide accommodation base.

Came to the Franklin Hotel for a dinner on a holiday to Adelaide with my Dad and brother. Cannot recommend it highly enough. The food is fantastic. Excellent service. Great range of craft beers and spirits too. Lovely bar and well located. This is a really top option for an Adelaide pub dinner.

Hotel rooms are 2 flights of stairs above a pub and there is no elevator. Although above a pub, it wasn’t too noisy, rooms were clean, the bed/pillow was comfy. There’s no reception or any assistance if needed out of the bar’s operating hours. Overall feels very much like a hip luxury hostel.
