The French Bastards is hands-down the best pastry shop in Paris — nothing else comes close. We tried several items and each one was exceptional. The sugar doughnut was on another level: soft, airy, perfectly coated, and honestly out of this world. The cinnamon roll was equally impressive — still delicious and tender even hours after we bought it, which says everything about their quality. A highlight was the chocolate babka, rich and beautifully made. It was gifted to us by the staff as a kind gesture, which made the experience even more memorable. Their team is warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. If you love pastries, this place is an absolute must. Exceptional products, outstanding taste, and genuinely lovely service.

Absolutely amazing bakery! The pastries not only look stunning but also taste incredible – truly some of the best I’ve ever had. On top of that, the two guys running the place are super friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. A real gem – highly recommended!

I loved their baked goodies. Very yummy and fresh. I tried other bakeries in paris but this is my favorite one. I bought from them everyday during my entire stay in the city. Lovely staff. They even gave me free croissant on my last day ❤️. If I ever visit paris again, this will be my first destination 🌹I wish they had seating area.

Really Excellent Patisserie, ranked as one of the 5 best Pain Au Chocolats in Paris by YouTubers Les Frenchies! They’re right! Excellent service from Charles and Charlotte give them a raise! Only 4 stars for Atmosphere since there’s no chairs!

I had one of the best French pastries there. It was absolutely delicious. It wasn’t busy I’m either when we went. If you can visit this patisserie, definitely do it! Nice staff and great location. It’s in the surrounding area of Paris but not inside near the busy moment which was great. It’s a bit pricey but worth it! My recommendations: the Lemon Meringue Tart is out of this world. Try also the Roule Pistachio chocolate and the caramel eclairs …. Just amazing.
