Absolutely delicious! Had the Brie Benedict croissant sandwich for breakfast (daughter had the breakfast croissant) and it was exactly what I'd hoped for. Delicious creamy Brie with the tang of the béarnaíse sauce perfectly balanced the ham and tomato. The croissant was amazingly delicate, buttery yet airy, and flakey-exactly how a croissant should be. I had mine warmed at the shop - it could have used just a tad bit more warming for the Brie in the middle of the sandwich. Had a queenet with lemon curd for dessert... Next time I'd like to try the cinnamon creme inside. Thursdays look like some delicious breakfast deals. So many things I'd like to try and this will definitely be an object of my craving in the future. Update: continue to visit and everything is always delicious leaving me craving more. Most recently had the TDR...brie Benedict is still my favorite. The pineapple upside down queenette was my favorite thus far!

Omg!!! So much fun to be in their cooking class. I made dumplings and more. Those place is a most . Look them up online. Take a class or 2. ANNE DO** is a wonderful Instructor.

Google
This place is adorably decorated. 🙂 There are grab and go items in coolers when you first walk in so you can take stuff home and have it for later. The guy behind the counter was partially knowledgeable, but he admitted as much when I asked a question. I went with the queenet 🤔 with cinnamon cream filling. My friend got a chocolate, almond croissant. My pastry was alright, I didn't ask about hers. A cute little place to get French style pastries. They also offer French cooking classes

I've taken a few classes here over the years and have always enjoyed the experience, but I had never actually tried the food from the café side—until now. I arrived a bit early for a cake decorating class last night and decided it was finally time to see what the menu had to offer. I'm so glad I did, because everything I ordered was absolutely delicious! The flavors were vibrant, the ingredients tasted fresh, and the presentation was beautiful. You can really tell the food is crafted with care. As for the class itself, this was my first time learning from Chef Nate, and he was fantastic. He brought such great energy to the room and was not only knowledgeable but also really encouraging and approachable. He explained everything clearly and made the class fun for everyone, regardless of skill level. Overall, it was such a wonderful evening—from the amazing food to the engaging class. Whether you're looking to sharpen your culinary skills or just enjoy a great meal, this place never disappoints. I can't wait to come back again soon!

Been to this place quite a few times, mostly takeout. Love their pastries like queenets with different fillings, mouse cranberry chocolatine, coconut soup, and the king cake. Quiche and mushroom friand are OK. I can make the same type of crêpe at home. Yule logs are Ok. I tried it once. Maybe because I'm used to a different type of yule logs before so they might taste good to you. I don't like the fact that they make customers bring their own bags when picking up togo orders or else you have to pay for the bags. I have never seen any restaurants/bakeries do that granted CO has the law for shoppers at groceries and departmemt stores to bring own bags. I like the owner's (Bladine) frequent emails so I can see special food products they introduce each month and special events they have. These pics are the king cake and little porcelain trinket inside.

Google
I wish the Springs had more places like that. We come here for European-style desserts on a regular basis since we miss them a lot. I like the variety and taste of pretty much everything that we tried. The best part is that you can buy a bunch of frozen treats and defrost them when you feel like it. Yummy!

Google
Super cute place! All decked out in French theme! Then you get to the pastry case! Those croissants look do fluffy and just delicious. Hats off to their chef! I got the breakfast croissant and it was so flaky and hit the spot taking the first bite! Best croissant I've ever had! The workers work great as well! Even heard a few jokes that made me and my fiancé laugh for a few minutes! 10/10 would recommend!

Google
Had a chocolate croissant from here. At $5.90 all in, a little pricey! It was pretty good, would’ve loved if it had an option to be warmed up. Friendly staff

Yelp
The food is still very good - love the TDF and the Royal Cake, my favorites! But the service and the ambiance are sorely lacking for such upscale prices, and unique French dining experience. For example - if you are dining in, you will have to enjoy your gourmet delights with paper plates and the cheapest plastic ware available from China; while listening to weird music. Hopefully they get your order right - but if they don't there will only be attitude and no apologies. Also - if you choose to splurge on offerings from the freezer section, you must ask for a bag and pack it yourself if you are not up to juggling your fancy foods.

Yelp
Absolutely phenomenal food and beverages! All of the staff were wonderful! Will definitely be returning!

Yelp
Although I have not attended a cooking class, I often stop by and pick up something to go or an item they sell from their refrigerated coolers. It can expensive, but worth it. I especially like their vanilla for cooking.

Yelp
Today was the first day of Crepe Thursdays. It did not disappoint! The crepes were delicious, and took me back to France with a big smile on my face. I love this bakery/restaurant/cooking school, and recommend it to all my friends!

Yelp
If I could've given a No Star rating I would have. Walked into the place and many employees scurrying about. No one talked to me while I was at the counter for almost 5 minutes before I was noticed. Spoke to another customer behind me and she said they always are sooooo slow to help people at the counter. Not good. Will not go back. *Was not looking for fast food. The lady behind me said she is there often, waits every time, but she thinks the food is worth it. I don't think so.

Yelp
Everything is delicious at The French Kitchen. It's such a treat to enjoy a cappuccino and a queenette pastry or a quiche there. And that is only the beginning. In addition to all of their other fresh menu items (to include sandwiches), they have a long / tall freezer section full of baked goods and premade meals you can buy and take home for later. They also have a little shopping area stocked with various syrups and cooking accessories. The only negative I have experienced at FK is that they do not serve gluten-free food even though their menu implies that they do (see bottom footer). The only item that is gluten-free at this time is a cheesecake they offer. There is literally nothing you can order there if you are on a gluten-free diet. Also, note that the salads on the menu are mixtures, and not lettuce/greens-based salads. I would definitely call them in advance if you have dietary restrictions.

Yelp
Delicious food and a cool place to visit. Highly recommend! Took my daughters for breakfast and they loved it!

Yelp
We really enjoyed this little restaurant. I had a breakfast croissant. It was really tasty. Flakey croissant with eggs and bacon. The Babe had the green chili quiche. She really liked it and the bite she shared with me was excellent! Really good chili flavor. We both had iced mocha with caramel; also very good. They were slammed while we were there but the service was good, friendly and knew the menu wepl. It's very casual with some sidewalk seating. We recommend!

Yelp
Love love love this neighborhood spot for coffee and French pastries! I highly recommend taking a French cooking class! The croissant class was a BLAST!

Yelp
This place was such a jewel to discover while on vacation! My daughter-in-love and I hung out for over an hour chatting and enjoying coffee, quiche, and a caprese sandwich on a baguette. The food and bevies were delicious and the women at the counter who served us were so friendly and helpful as we made our choices. I took frozen broccoli cheddar soup back to my husband and we had that for dinner. Probably the most delicious broccoli cheddar soup I have ever had! There were some grated carrots in it that really complemented the savory goodness of the soup. We visit Colorado Springs pretty often, so I will probably visit this place every time!
google avatar

Yelp
Très bien! Their croissants and breakfast sandwiches are excellent. I also get their champagne vinaigrette for my salads, and homemade tomato soup that pairs nicely with a gourmet grilled cheese sandwich I make at home.
google avatar

Yelp
I love the French kitchen and wish that it was closer to me. I always try to grab a little treat whenever I am in town. They have the most delicious pastries. The queenet is a newer addition and wow it is amazing. I haven't had anything there that I haven't liked
google avatar

Yelp
Why does the Croque Monsieur at The French Kitchen taste so good? Is it because they make their own bread? Is it because the fillings, like the gruyere and the ham, are carefully selected to be true to what you would find in France? Is it the copious amounts of butter used? Is it because I didn't have to make it myself? Who cares! As long as this humble sandwich, with it's delicate ham, bold gruyere and soft bread is made to perfection, I will continue to stop and grab one for breakfast or lunch. But not dinner, because they close at 3pm. If you haven't tried this sandwich, you have been severely denied and should rectify that oversight as soon as possible. Ask for it to be heated and get an Orangina to go with it. And make sure you grab some napkins, cause I wasn't kidding about the butter.

Yelp
Oh my goodness, I can't wait to come back! I signed up for the chocolate desserts class, and it was amazing beyond belief. When you first get there, you are offered a choice of coffee or tea to enjoy during your class. The plain coffee was just the boost I needed to be attentive for class! The class teaches several recipes and skills. Every person has their own station, so you're not making everything, but the teaching chef (Blandine today!) will pause everyone when it is time to show off a particular skill. I was at the chocolate cake station, and the recipe was very straight-forward and easy to follow. Once we were down with stations, we all got a chance to make our own mousse, we made lava cake together. I was very proud that my mousse was the most successful! At the end, we divided up all of the treats and were sent home with chocolate heaven! I had enough desserts for the rest of the week.... or at least night with the rate I eat chocolate! And of course I bought extra chocolate chip cookies to take home - they are the best! I'm so excited to take another class soon!

Yelp
Not impressed. Stood there for a while as the owner and a couple employees talked and another employee was scrambling to help/pack/serve other customers by herself. The pastry I had was cold and felt like it had been sitting there for a hot minute. Absolutely not worth the price I was charged. Don't think I'll be going back
google avatar

Yelp
Wow this place is amazing. A traditional French bakery, cooking classes and a little boutique. I was lucky enough to take a class here, which was such a blast! I am so excited to take more classes here! They offer 80 different classes, including kids classes! Such a variety of classes to suite everyone! They have a bakery, the goodies are made fresh every day! And they also have frozen goods for you to take for later. I was just in France and really missed the pastries, this place is just like being back! I love everything about the French kitchen! The owner, the chef and all of the employees went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time here. I highly recommend this wonderful place!

Yelp
Knowing that every restaurant is short staffed, don't expect to run in and out unless you've pre-ordered. Give them a break! The food is well worth it. I have a piece of leftover prime rib and am running to the FK for a delicious baguette for a French dip! Can't wait!

Yelp
Wow - amazing place, amazing experience! Tonight, my wife, son and I joined a group of fun people for a Yelp event at The French Kitchen. What an amazing evening. We were welcomed by our Yelp Community Manager, Mara and the staff of The French Kitchen. After we checked in, we were offered fresh-baked warm chocolate chip cookies. Wow were these good! Then we went over to the meat, cheese and bread boards. So many great French cheeses and a really cool bread bowl that had mini sandwiches hidden inside. Never seen anything like it - very cool. With our complimentary glass of wine, we headed into the teaching kitchen to socialize with other Yelpers for a bit - some who are becoming friends :) The owner, Blandine introduced herself and her business to us. Wow, they do dozens of different cooking classes here. They teach kids and adults. They have group classes and date-night classes. The classes are on all types of foods and from a few different regions of the world. After that, we got right into cooking. We were given some knife skills instructions and then we all began to prepare various vegetables and dessert for tonight's meal. Most of were also involved in the cooking. So much fun. When the meal was cooked, the staff there plated the food and served us. They really went all out for us! After dinner, most of us shopped in their boutique. Lots of interesting and useful cooking items. Many also shopped from the foods they sell here too. And some of us even signed up for classes. Nancy signed us up for a Baguette cooking class. What a great evening. Mara, our Community Manager did good. Thank you too to Yelper Kara Z for finding this gem of a place.

Yelp
A dream come true! I can finally have a little gluten after 12 years of denial and I saved my treat as a yearned-for French made croissant with a generous portion of unsalted butter. TFK is a lovely and clean shop, cafe and school with a friendly staff. I couldn't wait to get home to serve up our croissant and pain au chocolat! I had made some rhubarb sauce the day before and I paired that with my treat. The croissant was delicious, all that I dreamed, and worth the wait. My husband is also looking forward to the baguette we purchased to accompany our soup this evening. I loved biting into the flaky and buttery croissant and it took me back to memorable moments in Paris! Merci!

Yelp
The French Kitchen is a fantastic spot that singly handedly, along with Nightingale Bread, putting the Springs on the map in the bakery department. Star 1: How were the service and atmosphere? The French Kitchen has adapted nicely to social distancing, and while the lines can grow long they move through it pretty quickly given many of the items for sale require some combination of heating up or filling or what have you. Star. Star 2: How were the portions relative to the cost? The French Kitchen is expensive. Full stop. Yes, these are premium, high quality ingredients, but after ordering six eclairs, two dozen cookies, and two or three small pastries I was surprised to see a $70 bill. It's not a disqualifier by any stretch, but keep it in mind. Star. Stars 3 and 4: How was the food? Everything was very good. The breakfast croissant sandwich checked all of the right boxes, and the queenettes were excellent especially when filled with cinnamon or caramel. Single Star. Star 5: Would you be excited to go back? Nightingale is still my favorite, but The French Kitchen is a fantastic addition to Colorado Springs. Star.

Yelp
The people in it are always disrespectful. The owner as well. The food quality is mid asl. You can probably make better pastries from walmart products than here. Definitely not recommended. Ill say the place does look nice but the rest is a no from me.

Yelp
I absolutely love this bakery. The pastries and bread are so delicious. They remind me of the pastries and bread that I had in Paris. I spoke with Blandine the owner and she is very sweet and genuine. She takes all concerns/issues very seriously. I did have a little issue this morning and she went above and beyond to make it right. I will be a customer for life. Thank you Blandine for giving us the experience to enjoy authentic French pastries/bread/food. :)

Yelp
Wanted to update my review and let everyone know about the outstanding customer service I received from this business. Last week I received a call from whom I assume is the owner, Heidi. She had read my review here on yelp (posted below) and wanted to apologize (which she certainly didn't have to do) for my disappointment with the Queenet. She explained that it was hard to keep up with quality due to the influx in demand after advertising. Stated it is now under control. Stated pictures are not enhanced, but close ups may appear larger. Heidi graciously offered me two free Queenets, which I certainly was not expecting. The taste was even better than before with a generous fill of nutella. Will definitely be back. Thank you kindly. FIRST REVIEW: Ordered 2 Queenets online early this week for pick up today. Online ordering was simple as well as pick up. I was so excited to try these with all the hype I have read about them via FB. Disappointed in the size, they look so much bigger in the pictures posted on their website. The taste was good, buttery and flaky and you can't go wrong with a nutella filling.

Michell W.

Yelp
Great food, however the products and management need a reality check. Bought a recipe holder, not only did this not come in different colors as advertised on their website (they changed this after I brought it up to them and accused me of lying...) but it fell apart within a week of getting it. Needless to say I will not be purchasing from this establishment again.

Yelp
I totally forgot to write a review for this amazing bakery! The pastries were so yummy. I'm glad I found this place at the end of my trip and not the beginning. I say this because I definitely would have made it a regular stop and probably would have gained 30 pounds in doing so. Great place definitely 10 out of ten, I recommend!
google avatar

Elizabeth N.

Yelp
My second experience here was impressive! First of all their customer service is and always has been exceptional! They make ordering online very convenient and easy. The queenets I received were baked to perfection and the taste is sweet but not overwhelming. You can definitely taste the flavor in the pastry and it's important to take your time while you eat it to truly enjoy it (although this might be very difficult cause they are so good). I can't wait to go and try something else here.

Yelp
We stopped in this morning on our way home from the Denver area. Raz was getting a mite peckish, but I wasn't really hungry yet, so we opted to stop into the first place on a local search with "bakery" in the description. We are definitely glad we did, since we found a pretty decent selection of pret-a-manger foods that could be packaged fairly quickly for the road. We each had a warmed up Mushroom Friand before hopping back out on the road. Raz declared after that he should have had it cold, but I disagree, that warm, savory, mushroomy filling with just the most subtle hints remaining of the wine used in the cooking was just what I needed to break my fast this morning. We did take a Green Chile Quiche, and a Quiche Lorraine for the road, and we polished off a Chocolatine between the shop door and the car. All-in-all, a very worthwhile morning bakery stop. I'm fairly certain that if we were local to the area, I would be chomping at the bit to take part in the cooking classes they offer, as the kitchen classroom looked very inviting and the everyone working in the store was both patient and warm. I'm pretty sure I would give my eye-teeth to be able to make that delicate, buttery, flaky pastry that was part of my morning friand today...
google avatar

Alyssa W.

Yelp
I absolutely adore this place and the staff, they are passionate and it shows the moment you walk through the door and smell the fresh baguettes. Everything is fresh and delicious I absolutely love the take home options as well - just as amazing as having it fresh! Can't wait to try one of the cooking classes this year too!
google avatar

Marika F.

Yelp
I like the grab-and-go, choose-and-heat-up, casual concept of this bakery. Everything was pretty. Extra attention was tipped in where other places try to cut corners: nicer plastic silverware, fancier branded mustard packets, better boxes. I love the brightness of the space and the wall mural made me smile. The service is efficient and all business. Seemed there were regulars in line, but it was hard to tell if staff engage in much banter. They're too busy making sure your food is perfectly prepped and quickly delivered, which is what I want when my time between meetings is preciously limited. I grabbed a list of classes. There's an adjacent teaching area and a small areas with frozen goods, select ingredients (go here if you need a jar of duck fat!) and kitchen goods. This is a gem in the middle of Academy Blvd. and I hope they stay there.

Nicholas P.

Yelp
This place is amazing!!! If you're in Colorado Springs this is a must visit and must try! I haven't done any of the cooking classes but plan to. The French Kitchen has amazing service, and amazing workers! My party of 2 always gets the ham and butter sandwich it is magnificent, we have tried to replicate it but can't unless we use The French Kitchens Ingredients, you can truly tell they use high quality ingredients! We look forward to going back! We had a short wait but the employees were super apologetic, what I believe to be the owner even stepped in and opened another till, The French kitchen should be treated as a national treasure!

Jesi J.

Yelp
Love this place. It truly is special. Everything I've ever had is good!! The staff is so kind and helpful. It's some of the best coffee I've ever had. Every pastry I've had (and I've had most) is amazing and made fresh daily. I'll list favorites if you need recommendations: apricot bow tie, pain au chocolat, thé baklava roll, Napoléon, the TDF croissant, the sausage and cheese friand, and the best baguette you will find anywhere!!!!!!! Also they have a huge selection of frozen entrees and desserts as Wel as pre made doughs for you convenience. We always have pizza dough in our freezer as it's the best. Also the chicken pot pie is so good!!!! And the tortue cheesecake and tiramisu are too notch.

Cyril G.

Yelp
Amazing pastries and cakes, made and taste just like the ones i get when i travel back to France. What a delight! I am just bummed that they only have one location! I recommend the queenet, something i never had before! I will definitely visit every time i am in COS!
google avatar

Devon L.

Yelp
First and last time here today. I asked for a tea latte with lavender syrup. They can't make tea lattes because the tea needs to steep for 10 minutes...ok can I have tea with lavender syrup and a side of steamed milk...no we can't do that...ummm what!?! Anyway,I was so taken aback at their lack of reasonable accommodations I decided not to order anything. My son ordered the Croque monsieur and the Brie Benedict croissant, we shared what was edible. The bottom half of the croissant was total sog, like it had been soaked in water sog. Both, but especially the croque Monsieur, we're so greasy we both ended up with upset stomachs and the doo doos.

Nicole B.

Yelp
I've actually never had their food but I took a cooking class here and it was so engaging and fun! I can't wait to come back for a class or to come in for lunch!

Debbie F.

Yelp
Fantastic French cuisine in a great atmosphere! Love everything I have tasted. Try it!
google avatar

Serene G.

Yelp
They make the ABSOLUTE BEST FRENCH BREAD aka baguette, IN TOWN!! It's the ONLY bread I've eaten that doesn't give me brain fog. The pastries are amazing, and the family sized entrees are a nice splurge. The ham and butter sandwich is AMAZING and surprisingly complex for something so simple. Friendly store staff and wonderful delivery people. Do yourself a favor and stock up on baguettes, they go down a little too smooth, meaning I can each a whole one and not feel bloated or gross. They freeze and reheat PERFECTLY!
google avatar

Yelp
Yes...yes...a thousand times YES! This place is so good. Everything they have is delicious. Every time I am in the springs, I swing by for a treat and a box of goodies to take home.

Yelp
Great place for quick lunch, and definitely take home some pastries for later. The seedless strawberry jam, great.

Yelp
Colorado Springs loves the French Kitchen, and understandably so. Their Queenets are one of their most popular items and can sell out, so I recommend ordering online the day before pick up if you have a larger order for a special occasion. I stopped in to tried the Salted Butter Caramel Queenet and Pain au Chocolat. Both were amazing! If you love authentic French pastries this is the place in town to get them. The pastries were both buttery, light, and flaky. Exactly how they should be. It was hard to refrain from buying a whole box of the buttery sugary Queenets. They feature other flavors including Nutella, Cinnamon Cream, or plain. It might seem a bit pricey but they are a local shop and offer authentic options. Definitely recommend!

Yelp
Was so happy to find this place before leaving Colorado Springs. Quality pastries. Lovely staf

Yelp
Menu gives the perception that the "savory" food will be served prepared. I ordered the Cordon Bleu ($13.99). When I arrived to pick up my order, it was served in a plastic bag, frozen. I had to go home, let it thaw then cook it for an hour in the oven. This was quite disappointing & expensive for a meal I could've purchased in the frozen foods section at the grocery store. The service was outstanding & the baked goods were fresh.
google avatar

Joy B.

Yelp
Sophisticated, friendly, amazingly delicious. Highly recommended :) We ordered breakfast croissant and wow! The croissant was flaky, crispy but still pretty chewy. Highly highly recommended the Napoleon for your dessert mmmmmm
google avatar

Josh M.

Yelp
The authenticity of this place is amazing. I often come here just to buy ingredients. But they have so many premade meals that are out of this world. I've never attended one of their cooking classes, but would like to try. But I also know that I can just come in and sample some of the amazing food any day of the week.
google avatar

Diane K B.

Yelp
I had the ham and Brie sandwich. The bread was perfect, not tough, a little crunchy and very tasty. The cheese wasn't too strong, overall it was well-balanced and flavorful. The French onion soup was good, but it came with grated cheese I had to add the croutons and pour the cheese on top. The cheese melted ok, but it wasn't browned on top. I look forward to coming back for more baked goods and taking some classes. Bought a quart of the chicken soup. Not what I expected, creamy with peppers, but quite good. A nice, unexpected change.

Yelp
One of my friends recommended this place, and I'm so glad I listened to her recommendation. I went for breakfast and got a cappuccino and green chili quiche - both were AMAZING! We also got croissants and chocolate chip cookies to go. I would highly recommend ANY of their pastries. Not only is this a french bakery, but The French Kitchen also offers tons of cooking classes right there on site in their large kitchen. They also have a boutique in the back filled with fun cooking goodies. I will definitely be back for more - hopefully next time for a cooking class!

Yelp
It is definitely time for me to update my review! The French Kitchen is one of my very favorite places in the Springs. I started taking their cooking classes (previously held in the owner's home) a few years ago when I first moved here and I have learned so many awesome recipes and had wonderful experiences in the classes. I adore Blandine, the owner, and have the utmost respect for her and how she does things in such a quality and smart way. Kristi is also really fantastic and a great addition (she's positive, funny, a great teacher, and down to earth). I am SO EXCITED that they now have a storefront location that is a culinary center- it includes a huge kitchen for classes as well as a bakery and cafe and a boutique. The French Kitchen has incredible food and they are adding new things every day. Follow their Facebook page for updates! It's a traditional French/European bakery/cafe in that they will have some standard items but then try new things each day for you to grab and go (or eat in the cute cafe) and once they are gone, they are gone for the day (I think that's how they explained it). Their baked goods are addictive. I especially love their croissants, their chocolate croissants (pain au chocolat- they even have a mini size), their ham and butter baguette, their Napoleon, their cinnamon twists (YUM) and my absolute favorite is the chocolatine which is a chocolate croissant with a little bit of pastry cream inside- heaven! They also have a really yummy passion fruit mousse cake. They offer other cake slices like their decadent chocolate royal cake. They have whole cakes and tarts too! They have quiche lorraine that my friend says is the best in town (high praise) and cheesy croissants and sandwiches (like the croque monsieur). They have adorable mini tarts and eclairs too. There are also containers of soup you can take home and heat up (try the carrot- you can learn how to make it in the Soups 1 class) and they have loaves of various breads to take home too (which you can also learn how to make in the baguettes class or the bread and jam class). They freeze their breads and some pastries at the end of each day and you can buy them at a discount the next few days! They also have yummy coffee. They have a special classroom where the classes are now taught that is separate from the cafe (but sound proof through a garage door type window which is neat) and they teach tons of classes for adults and now also for children (taught by the delightful Kristi- I adore her- she teaches adult classes too) and they even have quick lunch and quick dinner classes now too! Check out their website for information on all of the classes. The classes are a good way to meet people (especially the Fix and Feast classes where you eat together). With almost all of the classes you end up with food to take home and also of course the recipes which are practical, delicious and fun. I make the recipes I've learned in the classes so frequently because they work! I think you can also rent the place for private parties and classes too- that would be really cool. They are closed on Sundays and Mondays and they also close at 5:00 pm so aren't open for dinner. Some of the prices might feel a little bit high, but it's important to know that Blandine has researched (and at times fought for) the best possible quality ingredients for each menu item- some even straight from France. Everything is made fully from scratch in their kitchen. The boutique has items and ingredients that you learn to use in the classes- I have never had better results from cake pans or cookie sheets than the ones I purchased at The French Kitchen. I know I'm going on an on (and I could say more)! I highly recommend you stop in and visit the French Kitchen for their delicious food, awesome cooking products, and to meet their wonderful staff. And sign up for a cooking class- it's one of my favorite experiences in the Springs but I'm warning you that you might get addicted! :)

Yelp
It was our first time there! Older lady was super rude! She is very snobby like the ladies in Downton Abby. We looked at the screen like it was order then the food is made but the food are premade. If the sandwich are gone then tough luck. You're not getting it. We did not know. It'll be cool if she explained it to us. We looked so dumb and embarrassed!

Yelp
I've been looking for a place for authentic french bread, this is it! So good, served with awesome butter. Another must-the chocolate chip cookie (oh my!). We attended a group class today, very fun and informative. And we were able to eat the food we made. Wine is offered for $5.50 per glass. My husband and I have signed up for one of their bread making classes. They have an extensive list of cooking classes available. They also have a cafe, bakery and a nice shop with many cooking gadgets.
