The French Pharmacy

A gem! Shopping at the French Pharmacy whisks me away to France. I feel like I am in Paris — the staff hail from La France, and this indicates the authenticity of the boutique. All manner of French medicines, beauty products, fragrances and cosmetics can be found here alongside choice specialities from Europe. From Rogé Cavailles, Vichy Homme, Nuxe and Roger & Gallet — all my favourites are well stocked at The French Pharmacy. During my last visit to choose special Christmas gifts, I was so grateful to be ably assisted by Candy who was as knowledgable as she was charmingly professional; she made the shopping experience an absolute delight. I thoroughly recommend this enterprise as an oasis of Gallic charm in London. I have also benefitted from the advice of the French Pharmacist in past visits and whose recommendations were as welcome as they were beneficial.

I stumbled across this hidden gem as I was looking around London, I’m so glad I did, the team were very kind and understanding, especially Alice who took her time to explain the different products properly, it made a huge difference thank you for a lovely service. I was so happy by the amount of different stuff they sell and will continue to come back!

This was the most unexpected delight to find this on a slightly miserable Monday evening in Jan. It’s like an Aladin’s Cave of beauty brands that you would mainly only find in France. I could have spent a very long time in there. The staff are so kind and lovely and were so knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend stopping by, you won’t be disappointed.

They are SO nice and so knowledgeable!!!! I bought a lot from them, and got some samples as extra. Female led. Highly recommend, they really inspired me to shop more offline. ❤️

I discovered The French Pharmacy a few years ago and was instantly in love! The staff are lovely and so helpful. I had some issues with my skin and Dr Marine was so caring and helped me find products to me get my skin back to normal. Can't recommend the pharmacy enough. Thank you to everyone xx

I have never felt the need to leave a review on services received at an establishment until today. The therapist that offers facial treatments and is based at your pharmacy Oksana has very disappointingly led to this review now being posted because she has continued to ignore my emails. I paid for a course of 3 exosomes microneedling sessions on the 30th August 2025 that was my first treatment. I then had my 2nd treatment on 27th September. We then scheduled in my final treatment of the course for the 1st November 2025 however as she was aware I was travelling abroad in October and unfortunately as I returned I was unwell and informed her that we need to reschedule via email which I said I could do the following weekend (after the 1st November 2025). She said she was going to work on her schedule and let me know about a Saturday availability. I left it to her but didn’t hear back then I was away again in December break and contacted her in January to try schedule in the remaining treatment. It’s now been weeks and well over a month since I have sent emails and received no reply and now out of pocket by £200. Very disappointing, scamming and very unprofessional service from Oksana do not book her at The French Pharmacy!

I absolutely love their candles and skin care collection, such a variety of brands to choose from; Caudilie is my favourite! I was also served by Alice and she delivered excellent customer service.

I am so grateful for all the help that was provided for me today, I went in with a skin irritation and spoke to the lovely pharmacist and the rest of the staff Alice and Laetitia for taking their lovely time to tend to my needs… I will be back to purchase more items soon. Best pharmacy in London
