Had a really lovely experience here. I ordered online to collect in store, and the item was ready the very next day. When I went to pick it up, the member of staff at the till was very friendly and helpful, and my package even had a couple skincare freebies in it! Highly reccomend the french pharmacy, and will definitely be returning here again in the future ☺️

The item is decent but the poor delivery policy push you to cover the very expensive cost and the irresponsible attitude make this place less attractive

All staff members are lovely, approachable, communicative, positive and extremely HELPFUL! Had a great experience at The French Pharmacy. Walked in with a nasty face burn that was developing a rash and was instantly greeted with helpful recommendations. They did a great job of explaining what each of the products I purchased did, how often I should apply them, and other considerations for treatment. Would highly recommend!

Walking into the store feels like a trip to Paris. The pharmacy offers a wide selection of high quality French beauty products. The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful too. Every purchase comes with samples allowing to discover new brands and launches. A must-visit when in London!!

Best service I ever had!! I live abroad, during my vacation in London the stuff of the French Pharmacy was so kind to order some special products for me from France, when it came late, to send it to EU, after some misunderstanding of the Danish post to receive it back, keep it awaiting for my relative to be picked up, and at the end to send it to the address of my relative in London! Such a long and full of obstacles way of the product to the customer! Great performance! Highly recommend! 👍👍👍
