We had dinner and a lovely time. The food and service were great. I particularly enjoyed the raw mahi mahi and the beet salad. The ingredients were fresh and delicious. We sat outside just after sunset and the mist machine made it comfortable. Great location too!

Mandy Draper

Google
We had a delicious lunch here. Carlos the bartender and server made delicious craft cocktails. The other server was also wonderful on 9/10/25 and attentive. The ambience was perfect with delightful seating and decorations. The food was delicious and highly recommend them.

Thad Walsh

Google
We really wanted this place to meet our expectations. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend it. Maybe we ordered the wrong thing but how hard is it to make a good pancake?! The menu is limited and most of the other selections were huge portions and way overpriced. So, we went with the blueberry pancakes. They were very dry and bland. And of course they skimp on the syrup! You would think $15 for two small pancakes you'd at least get plenty of syrup. When we asked for more the waiter disappeared and we had to force down half a cake with nothing but water. We never saw that waiter again. Not even for the check. They did try and make it up to us by reserving a table for another day at their main dining area but we decided it wasn't worth it. The prices are really outrageous.

Enjoyed a perfect brunch at The Front Porch. The avocado toast was delicious, the coffee was lovely, and hit the spot, and the watermelon lemonade was refreshing on a hot day. The service was wonderful and attentive. All of this enjoyed in their intimate and charming setting.

Google
I went here for brunch with my sister in law! We were craving something light and semi-healthy. My ratings for the following food we ordered: watermelon lemonade (10/10 - so refreshing), avocado toast (9/10) with arugula salad (8/10), strawberry crepe (10/10), and cauliflower ceviche (9/10). We sat at the bar so there was no wait time and service was timely.

Google
We were told by a bartender at our hotel to go to The Front Porch and wow did we love it. We enjoyed the signature bubble drink and the presentation was beautiful. We had the hummus, caprese salad, beef carpaccio and the sesame crusted ahi. Everything was fresh and of the highest quality and presentation. The service was personable with Joe as our Bartender/server and The “real” Joe engaged in some fun conversation. We sat at the bar and just really enjoyed ourselves. Definitely a must if your in Downtown Palm Springs and looking for light healthy fare.

Google
I can see why this cute little place is highly rated. They use very fresh ingredients. We had the meat and cheese platter and the chopped salad.

Google
Great lil cafe in front of Farm that served a limited menu of the brunch hits indoors and outdoors. Service was lovely! Everything came out quick and we were checked on regularly. The food was fresh and vibrant and played well with reasonable portions. The coffee was fabulous!! Seating is first come, first served (no rezzies) but you’ll need to check in w a server before getting seated.

Yelp
Great experience here overall from the moment we sat down and were made to feel welcomed. Truly inventive cocktails - and artistic as well. The food was really delicious - a define favorite. I had the baked Brie which was plentiful and flavorful. Loved it. The tuna tostados was also delicious and fresh. This will become a go to when in PS. Tables go quickly.

Yelp
You're telling me, I can order a drink AND get my dog's face on it?! Sign me up and take my money! But for real, the drinks here weekends awesome and perfectly balanced. I enjoyed the Botanical Berry. My husband tried the Hope Floats, and though having a bourbon drink with a red wine float sounds odd, it was actually really good. We finished by ordering a whiskey sour and added our dog's face to it. SO fun! It was simple to do, and didn't cost anything extra. The ambiance here was very cute. I liked the artwork on the walls, and the patio area.

Yelp
We had a very lively breakfast at Front Porch! We sat outside and enjoyed the morning sun. The restaurant is small but has a nice ambience overall. Our table was a bit slanted on the cobblestone patio and a glass slid right off! Oops. Coffee was a French press pot and was very good. We enjoyed some pancakes, avocado toast, and crepes!

Yelp
Went here for some happy hour drinks and they were so delicious and beautifully presented. On the Yellow Butterfly drink you can get one of your personal pictures printed on there or designs they have on there for free!

Yelp
So good. My mom and I stopped by for a light bite and drinks before dinner. Service was exceptional by every single person we encountered- I can't stress that enough! Sitting outside watching the sunset was perfect. My Le Mure was beautiful and so tasty and my mom loved her margarita. The beet salad and our turkey sandwich were heaven. Can't wait to come back!
google avatar

DeAnna L.

Yelp
Fresh salad and sandwiches, excellent and attentive service, lovely curated flowers lining the patio with a great view of the mountain. Plus who could resist a drink with your dog's face on it?!!

Yelp
Ringing in the holidays with something old and new--a trendy coffee-martini with selfie foam and a cheese board straight out of an old masters painting. Thank you Front Porch at the FARM for a festive experience, as always. .
google avatar

Sunil R.

Yelp
Since we enjoyed the sister restaurant next door, we decided to come back here for a meal. This is much smaller than the Farm and the menu is similar. We had some sandwiches and cocktails which were good. Service felt a bit rushed and not as friendly as the Farm, I am guessing that is just luck of the draw and who we got on our visits.

Yelp
I absolutely love this place. It's a tiny spot seating is mostly outside and it's hard to get into. It was a gorgeous day, but they provided tons of shade. The two guys working were kind and great waiters. Let's talk about the food, we ordered a ton of appetizers. First the stuffed dates by far my favorite absolutely delicious. I can't say enough about how good these were. We ordered the charcuterie board, which was good, but it was a charcuterie board nothing fancy. We also ordered the baked brie with the Asian pears and the date paste. Oh my gosh, outstanding loved every bite. Finished the whole thing! We had such a lovely visit. I ordered the turkey sandwich for lunch and it was different but so delicious and fresh. I will be returning for sure!

Yelp
Area is small, and depending on the time of year the wait could be a bit. Once seated, service is quick to attend. Their food is pretty good, I've only had their bites. I would say they have one of the best hummuses I've ever had. Their Bloody Mary is pretty decent, too.
google avatar

Luciano C.

Yelp
Cute little space. Cozy spot for date night. Limited food options but understandable as it's not meant to be a full restaurant. We both had the chopped salad which was feeling and tasty. The dressing was a little too tart for my palate but my partner loved it. Cocktails were amazing! Creative, beautiful presentation and delicious. The level of service was the only thing lacking. Not horrible but server use a little coaching. I would still recommend.

Yelp
Front Porch is a must try when in Palm Springs! My hubby and I drove into town on our last stay in PS, we were looking for something fresh and light to eat for our late breakfast. Their menu gives you a great range that should appease everyone in your group but the group can't be too big because this place is quaint and maybe seats 10 inside, which is one of things I loved about it. The gentleman that served us was so awesome he describes everything in the menu perfectly and guides you in the right direction to find your perfect dish...and drink. I thought I wanted a salad but landed on the strawberry banana waffle LOL and my husband stuck to the plan and ordered the sesame ahi...both were delish! The waffle was fluffy yet had a slight crispiness and not cakey at all, they top it with fresh bananas, homemade strawberry jam and homemade whipped cream. The seafood was oh so fresh and the presentation was beautiful. For drinks we had the fresh watermelon lemonade which tasted exactly as you'd hope and the French press coffee (small) was perfect. Our server was very personable and friendly kept conversations going with all us in the place. And even (easily) convinced us to try one of his specialty cocktails, it was a smoked old fashioned with pistachio infused bourbon...I know right?! How could we say no... I'm very glad we stopped by The Front Porch because it will now be a must every time we come back into town.

Yelp
The Front Porch is in the center of La Plaza in the heart of downtown Palm Springs. Indoor and outdoor tables are available. Craft cocktails and a nice wine list offer something for all tastes. The menu has a nice selection of plates to go with your drinks. My wife is partial to the Key Lime Pie cocktail. I had a glass of SauvBlanc. We paired that with the baked brie and marinated olives. The bartender/waiter Ozzie was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. The drinks and food delicious.

Yelp
We were looking for a cute lunch place in Palm Spring. We found Front Porch on YELP and we decided to try it out. The place is small, but it has a cool vibes. There are no table for party larger than 4 people unless you want to sit at the bar. There are patio dining as well. The restaurant manager was our server and she was very efficient and pleasant. We ordered a Smoked Salmon Flat Bread, a Ham sandwich, a turkey sandwich and a plain pancake. All the sandwiches came with salad. The portion is just right for lunch. The Smoke Salmon Flat Bread was excellent. It has onion and capers on top. The flatbread was not hard, The sandwiches were tasty as well. Definitely will come back.

Yelp
Went for a post dinner drink and dessert around 8:30 on a Saturday night. We were seated quickly outside. We ordered cocktails, the chocolate crepe and the ice cream. The crepe was the worst crepe I ever had. The edges were like a quesadilla and the center was rubber. The chocolate Nutella wasn't melted enough. The ice cream was served without a spoon. The cocktails were great and the servers were indifferent. I wouldn't go back.

Yelp
After having the vegan wrap at the Farm, I thought to get the vegan wrap to go before heading back home (a few days later). Since The Farm does not do take out, it was suggested to order from their sister restaurant. The front porch is located in Palm Springs and right next door to the Farm. I ordered the Vegan Spinach wrap for a second time. It was so good the first time, I just could not wait to make it disappear. You will have to order one or three of these--I only ordered one, but next time I will have to hire a body double for extra stomach space. The vegan wrap had chickpeas, vegan sour cream, cucumbers, and fresh guacamole. The lettuce was nice and crisp; I would definitely order it for a third time. There is not a lot of room inside the restaurant, but they also have outdoor seating. Staff was friendly and customer service was wonderful. "Eat Well, Feel Good!" Tip: Parking lot

Yelp
Nice little bistro located right in downtown Palm Springs. They serve a light menu perfect for paring with wines. We enjoyed cocktails and the italian sandwiches and had some lemon cake for desert. Everything is delicious. Service is also very good. Overall, recommended.
google avatar

Brian D.

Yelp
We came to the front porch for drinks and sat at the bar. The bartender was super nice and talked with us throughout the experience. He was making every drink right there in front of us and each one was amazing. They change their menu every month too. The pistachio old fashioned was really good and had a fresh Smokey flavor. We will back back!

Yelp
The food and pick up time were awesome. It's a cute place in the heart of downtown Palm Springs

Yelp
Omg this was the freshest food I've ever eaten! The smoked salmon flatbread was SO delicious and the Brie appetizer was so so so good. The dates were so so, but they aren't in season, so not sure what I was expecting. I'm not from the area, but would come back just for this place.
google avatar

Debra R.

Yelp
My first visit was a visual delight from the outdoor tables surrounded by flowers, to the lovely cocktails and stunning caprese salad presentation. I hit a lull at 3 pm on Thursday so I had my choice of tables inside and out. Service was friendly and prompt. There are so many interesting choices, I will have to come back to try more, but I will definitely have the smooth and refreshing key lime pie cocktail again, with Graham cracker crumbs on the martini glass. Tucked away on a side street in front of Farm, it is a great place to enjoy the view and try something new and fresh.
google avatar

Manpreet B.

Yelp
Drinks are really upscale and delicious. Printed image on drink was fun too. All the drinks I tried were great!

Brandon L.

Yelp
I came to the restaurant with my parents for dinner. The food was overall very good, but the quality of service was very bad. Our waiter refused to make eye contact with us, had a short and curt attitude while we ordered, and dropped the check down onto the table when we were paying. He appeared to do this with only us and was perfectly polite and friendly with all the other patrons. I don't know why we received such poor service specifically, but it is important to know.
google avatar

Vicky K.

Yelp
I had reservations to take my friend who was visiting USA for the first time, we were excited to see each other and experience this new place. The food was delicious and our server was amazing, she had beautiful smile and checked on us several times. The music, the decor, the outside seating felt like we were in the Mediterranean. I would like to visit again.

Barb P.

Yelp
First visit was waiting for our reservation for Farm this weekend. Service and drinks were FANTASTIC. Today I came back for the same breakfast appetizer, melon and prosciutto plus their bread and fig jam with . As I sat at the bar today, another server overheard a family talking about something with their kid and brought out a surprise. It made the kid and family happy. I commend servers that pay attention and surprise and delight guests. Great job!

Yelp
Chose to have a birthday lunch here since there were rave reviews. Luckily the wait wasn't too long on a Tuesday at noon! Approximately 10 minutes after walking up and were seated. The place was packed. It looks like a backyard but I think there is another part of the restaurant we couldn't see from our view. It is located in DTPS, so a nice place to visit and explore before and after your meal. Staff was friendly, service was quick, food was good. A great choice.
google avatar

Dona S.

Yelp
Great crafty drinks and great food. Small but cute spot ! Only issue is not much seating so you may have to wait a while till you get seated
google avatar

Cindy W.

Yelp
RUN don't walk to go get a photo printed on your cocktail at the front porch. The cocktail was no only delicious but having my dog printed on made it probably the best cocktail i've ever had. We went here for post dinner drinks so can't comment much on the food, but the melon and prosciutto was good!
google avatar

Lawrence P.

Yelp
Came here for a quick bite while on a business trip. It was packed around mid day and there was about a 10 minute wait. I can only comment on the ahi tuna wrap but it was really great. Good flavor. Fresh fish. My only gripe is there were way too many fried wontons on top. I had to scrape off most of it. Good portions but I'm a big guy and I would not hesitate to get two orders. Service was quick and staff was very friendly. Good atmosphere. Definitely a cute little spot to have a bite. It's small so don't recommend large crowds.
google avatar

Jennifer N.

Yelp
Had a nice late lunch here on Saturday. It's a smaller space with a few tables indoors and some sidewalk and patio dining. Seated right away at 3 pm and chose the sidewalk table to people watch and enjoy the warm Palm Springs afternoon. Service was attentive and friendly. I got the Buddha bowl which was simple and filling with beans, chickpeas, corn, cherry tomato salad and guacamole. Really enjoyed it. This is down a side street and a cute relaxing spot for dining in downtown Palm Springs

Yelp
We were walking around Palm Springs, realized we never got to have lunch. Noticed The Front Porch has a 5-star rating. I wanted something light to eat but also wanted a great cocktail. Downtown Palm Springs has tons of tourist food and mediocrity. Was on Yelp, quickly realized these folks have a serious rating. We were close by so opted to come in. Fortunately, there were two open seats at the bar. Perfect. The bartenders and staff at The Front Porch were beyond helpful (nice). I ordered a pistachio old fashioned. It was delicious and clearly was what I describe as a craft cocktail. I then had a Bloody Mary. OMG! Look at my pics and you will realize this was no ordinary Bloody Mary. It had salami, pepperoncini, lemon, and the list goes on. I loved it. Ordered a dozen raw oysters. They were amazing and presented in a way I expect a world class establishment to present them. Look at my pics. Dan had a delicious sandwich. We were both beyond pleased. Will I be back? Definitely.

Juwairiah S.

Yelp
First time in Palm Springs and we stopped here for lunch before checking into our hotel. The service was great, I appreciated that the server came to check in on us a few times. We went around 1 pm on a Friday and it wasn't too packed. A little note about some inconveniences: the restaurant is part of La Plaza (the shopping center) so parking can take a little bit to find. Also, the restaurant itself doesn't have a restroom, it's shared with the Farm restaurant behind it so you have to walk around a bit to get there. Just as a heads up, but nothing against the restaurant itself! Food was great and very filling.

Mayuko H.

Yelp
Amazing food and cocktail quality! Thank you Carlos and Francisco for the great lunch time.
google avatar

Bebo G.

Yelp
This place is a hidden gem. Fantastic cocktails and one of the best cheese boards I've ever had. We went for lunch and found , It's an intimate space indoor.. Service was excellent, shout out to the bartender! I wish I'd gotten his name and the name of the drinks.... This is a Must visit spot .
google avatar

Lyn S.

Yelp
Great food and much more accessible than ( my Ab/Fab) Farm. I will stop here anytime, but especially if I'm solo. It's comfortable like that.
google avatar

Addison C.

Yelp
We picked the Front Porch out of a plethora of charming sidewalk cafes in downtown Palm Springs. It's tiny and cute, and outdoor seating was the only thing they had open during a Friday lunch. We ordered beef carpaccio, hummus, oysters, caviar, and ceviche. The beef carpaccio dish was fresh and delicious, aromatic with truffle. The hummus was nice, too, although the pita was a little skimpy for the portion of hummus. The caviar was a huge disappointment. It was a very cheap paddlefish caviar - not worth the $72 price tag. The ceviche and the oysters were both bland and in desperate need of acid and spice. The service was definitely subpar for such a cozy and limited number of seats - the food timing was off, causing us to be overwhelmed with all of our dishes at once and left to race against the Palm Spring desert heat when eating the chilled and raw dishes.
google avatar

Ashley D.

Yelp
What a great place. Small and quaint. Could even be a little romantic. Such a nice place for brunch. The food was fabulous. Oysters were fresh and they were topped with a pickled cucumber pieces that is a little sweet and spicy. It was a perfect flavor explosion. The lox dish was good. I think it needed a hard boiled egg to accompany the onions, tomatoes and capers. The service was great too. This place is awesome.
google avatar

Dakota D.

Yelp
Great little spot in Palm Springs. Came here with my partner for a drink and a bite to eat for dinner. Pistachio Old Fashioned: 5 star cocktail. Pistachio bourbon with orange bitters and smoke. Very yummy, very unique. Bloody Mary: 5 stars. House infused jalapeno vodka. Garnished with a small salad (pepperoncini, olive, salami, pickle) Tajin rimmed. Quite good, but the pistachio old fashioned is slightly better. Turkey sandwich: 5 stars Perfect-sized sandwich for a light dinner, thick slices of turkey, fresh avocado, tomato, slivered red onions, fresh lettuce in a delicious pita bread. Served with a fresh side salad and house dressing. Small, modern, clean spot in the heart of downtown Palm Springs. I look forward to coming back.
google avatar

Tina B.

Yelp
Good spot for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They have good craft cocktails. The service is fast and friendly. This is the sister restaurant to the Farm and same owners as TaQuila and Cladestino.
google avatar

James J.

Yelp
Sister restaurant to FARM, out front, side of building and on sidewalk. Great food, limited food menu but there's plenty to choose from. A great place to people watch, very colourful ambiance, flowers and plants everywhere. Very happy and helpful staff, excellent drink options at the right price. We come here regularly, never disappointed. FOOD, SERVICE, AMBIANCE, PRICE, all spot on!
google avatar

P B.

Yelp
The food was meh, the service wasn't great either. My water glass was dirty with something floating in it and it took a while for them to get me a different glass of water...
google avatar

Robert C.

Yelp
There's limited seating inside, but they have some outdoor seating as well. We got the oysters, Italian sandwich, and smoked salmon flatbread. The oysters come with a slightly spicy marinated cucumbers. The smoked salmon flat bread and Italian Sandwhich each come with a salad. They were all delicious.
google avatar

Jordan S.

Yelp
I thought many dishes at this place were good enough to go back again but the parking and the prices are bad. The parking lot does get full even when there is no one at the restaurant. The prices are kind of up there as well. The baked brie and beet salad were the best things I got here! Definitely try those if you come here! I also ordered the veggie sandwich but I was not that big of a fan. I preferred the vegan wrap more. Overall, I sadly don't think I would be coming back anytime soon but this was a good place to try. Also to note: The workers are very accommodating as well.
google avatar

Jim C.

Yelp
I stopped in here with a friend for a pre-dinner cocktail. The place is very tiny, but we grabbed two seats at the bar. I had the "Tropic Thunder," which is a gin-based drink, and while I am a fan of pretty much all things gin, this drink was not $16 good. The bartender was friendly enough and checked on us occasionally while we were sipping our beverages.

Yelp
We were looking for a late lunch on a weekday and finally had a chance to try The Front Porch. It's a cute spot. There is some bar seating and a few tables inside. Outside seating is available and would be great if it weren't so hot. We ordered the stuffed dates, beet salad and chopped salad. The dates were huge and a meal on its own. They were stuffed with smoky blue cheese and pecans. The blue cheese was subtle and the pecan gave it a nice crunch. The beet salad was okay. We weren't sure if the beets were fresh or canned. However, it was nicely presented and it was garnished with goat cheese, pistachios and balsamic which enhanced the dish. I really enjoyed the Cobb salad. All the ingredients meshed well. Sweet, salty, tangy, crunchy, creamy and fresh. The dressing started off a bit tangy, but I finished every last bite and would definitely order it again. The menu has several other dishes that we would want to come back to try. Service was friendly and efficient. Would probably give 4 1/2 stars because of the beets, but rounded up.

Luciano P.

Yelp
I'm a bit shocked that I'm doing this, but I'm about to gush over avocado toast. Staying in PSP with friends for a few days and stumbled into this place footsteps from my hotel. I know Farm has a reputation for ultra fresh food. The Front Porch is technically a separate restaurant but it's from the same folks. The space is cute. Small and you more or less seat yourself. The outside tables were popular. I grabbed a bar stool inside. The menu is clearly meant to be light. No hollandaise sauce to be found. The only thing with eggs was the avocado toast, so I ordered that. And a crepe citron, because, why not? I'm on vacation. I have had fresh food all over the world. I once walked out to a private garden at an 800-year-old olive farm in Italy, picked a bunch of veggies and cooked a spectacular meal. The food at Front Porch food was the freshest I've even had. I'm not sure how you make such a simple dish as toast with avocado and eggs so bright. Clearly it involves a lot of lemon. Maybe they put a ton in the avocado spread or something. I don't know. What I do know is that I had goosebumps and that's frankly a little embarrassing over avocado toast but I make no apologies. The crepe citron was also awesome. Perhaps not as transcendent, but still delicious. Not too sweet and very lemon forward. In terms of service, I imagine it's not hard to serve someone who is enjoying their food so much, but still a high five to the bar staff. They were friendly and helpful to me and all around. I was too hungry for photos but I'll be back.

Yelp
Daniel made me a drink that I really love! Amazing service and even better drinks! If you're in Palm Springs, go see him and grab a drink (OR TWO)!
google avatar

Joe H.

Yelp
I can't pick a favorite category to start!!! Omg the cocktails!!! The cocktails! The Cocktails! Engaged excellent service and the Ambiance is classy yet not pretentious which is the ultimate cocktail experience!

Yelp
What a wonderful little surprise. I found the restaurant on Yelp and it was everything and more that I would've imagined. My husband, old fashion was amazing as was my bloody Mary. But our main courses were amazing. Tasty and beautifully presented. I highly recommend this restaurant. Oh my God, you should go there.
