What can I say? Well the manager with the glasses Dan is an absolute zero! My wife and I walked in before closing and one of the young kids ran out of chocolate ice cream. He started scraping out the melted leftovers from the old tub. When I told him that I didn't want the old melted stuff, they brought out a tub that couldn't even be scooped because it was too hard. They looked at me as if to say "oh well" Then "Dan" came over with an attitude, charged us for my wife's ice cream and said Carvel is around the block. We walked out and they immediately shut off the lights. For a place that charges $12 for two scoops, the owner needs to invest in a manager that gives a hoot about their customers. Thank you to Carvel around the corner for the amazing ice cream and very nice staff. Update.... After reading your response to my review, you know exactly the situation I was referring to. And you nor your staff were willing to do anything, matter of fact like I stated you just starred at us as if you wanted us to just leave because you were closing up. No curses were made, that's your way of making up an excuse for poor customer service and treatment. By the way, we weren't the only ones to notice. The only reason why I posted a review at all was because the ladies behind us stated how rood you were outside. But its ok, because after losing us as a customer in the future, I'm sure the other ladies who were there won't be coming in again.

The peanut butter chocolate fudge is my go to. I love that they hire young kids to get some work experience behind the counter.

Their fudge is $28.00 a pound!! I've had rare cheeses with black truffle that cost less! Give me a break. I bought a half pound of the vanilla fudge and it was pretty bad -- really, really bad if you think about how much you just spent. It tasted like melted white chocolate chips. I should have sampled it first, but I've never had a bad vanilla fudge...until now. The clerk said they never sell any vanilla fudge and now I know why. We sampled the chocolate, as we were told this is their best seller, and that wasn't great either. It was just ok. Tasted closer to a tootsie roll or a ganache, not a classic chocolate fudge. I have made better fudge from the recipe on the side of a can of carnation condensed milk. It's getting 2 stars because the staff was very nice and helpful. Save your money and go to the fudge place in Montauk, or better yet, a Delaware beach.

If fudge is your thing (I find it too sweet) then you will love this place. They have all kind of classics (chocolate, walnut, etc.) and some others more original (Oreo, peanut butter, cheesecake). You’ll also find plenty of candies and frozen yogurt on the back. The owner is very friendly and will answer every question you may have. Yes, it’s quite expensive but nothing seems to be cheap in the Hamptons.

Great except 1 thing. I love white chocolate breakup. Ita basically bricked white chocolate which is sold by the pound and they said they had it.. But only had remelted cheap white chocolate riddled with almonds. No other choice.they have milk and dark chocolate breakup i asked if they would order white for me as i would go for 1/2 -1 lb a week for me my gf and family but they woulsnt even consider carrying it for me. #never #going #back except if grandma wants a white frozen yogart pretzel or a small soft serve frozen yogart. #anything #for #grandma

Quick service. Ice cream is good and refreshing. Chocolate is nice, as well.
