The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong

We had a nice start to our trip to Hong Kong at this hotel. The room was beautiful with a great ocean view. We had dinner at the lobby and the staff were super attentive and the food and drinks were delicious. We really enjoyed walking the grounds as well. That same night unfortunately we had a bad experience. The fire alarm went off in our floor (8th) at around midnight. This was of course quite scary, but what was even more troubling was the fact that none of the staff members seemed to know what to do. All the guests in our floor rushed through all the flights of stairs and into the lobby only to find out the staff didn’t even know the fire alarm was going off in our floor. We got told to just go back to our rooms with no explanation whatsoever as to what set off the alarm. We got a call to our room around 20 minutes later saying that the staff had checked the floor and that there was no danger, but again there was no explanation as to why the alarm was set off even after we repeatedly asked. The next morning it was as if nothing had happened at all. For a five star hotel I would’ve expected an explanation, and at least some sort of amenity to make up for being woken up at midnight, and having to run 8 flight of stairs for absolutely no reason. Please do better 🙂

We stayed two nights at The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong and had a truly relaxing family stay.||From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome. The lobby, Lighthouse Café and Lighthouse Lounge are beautiful, clean and comfortable, with a stunning sea view. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm and relaxing – you immediately feel like you are on holiday.||The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide selection and very high quality. Lunch and dinner, both buffet and à la carte, were also outstanding – varied, well prepared and suitable for both adults and children.||The service throughout our stay was exceptional. We arrived early in the morning and were pleasantly surprised to receive our room at 10:00 am, which made a big difference after a long journey. The room was spotless, comfortable and perfectly suited for a family stay.||The complimentary shuttle bus to the city is a great advantage – very convenient, reliable and extremely helpful for exploring Hong Kong.||What impressed us the most was the kindness and professionalism of all the staff, across all departments. We would especially like to thank Kim Wong, Assistant Manager at the Lighthouse Café and Lighthouse Lounge, for his warm hospitality and for accommodating our dining requests for both children and adults. Loved our stay at The Fullerton Park Hotel, Hong Kong. The staff were outstanding — genuinely warm, attentive and professional throughout. The buffet breakfast was exceptional, with an incredible choice and very high-quality food. The surroundings felt calm, luxurious and beautifully maintained, making it a real retreat from the city. The only negative was we arrived just as the infinity pool was closed for maintenance. The staff (Andrew) dealt with it very exceptionally well. A pleasant stay

Stayed in the Ocean Front room with 2 queen beds & the view couldn’t be beaten. An absolute pleasure to watch the ships coming and going. The breakfast at the hotel was awesome & had great Western options for the whole family. We also used the free shuttle to two MTR stations, making travel around very easy. Shuttles run every 30 minutes. While the hotel isn’t centrally located, the services they provide make up for it. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Paid HK 2000 for a night thru other platform. Got charged or so-called authorized with the same amout, and would not be refunded until 14 days later. I might have to absorb the currency differential myself. The room does not provide water, you need to use the provided bottle to refill at hallway. The bottle is only about 1L big. If the hotel is all about eco green, just install a RO water server inside the room, I felt like staying at hostel, having to gather water after shower with room key. The shower door does not fully prevent leakage, water pressure is only meh. New hotel huh? Amenity: Toothbrush and paste ONLY. You goggle with stainless cups. ALSO feels like hostel. Positive things: 1. Fairly nice breakfast buffet. 2. Free shuttle bus between hotel-metro-ocean park. 3. Nice view, thanks to nature. Recommend to enjoy the view from Ocean Park. Will not stay again.

My wife and I held our wedding ceremony at the Fullerton Hotel. Chloe and her team perfectly and professionally delivered everything we wanted. The sea view of the venue and hotel rooms was gorgeous and mesmerising. The food was delicious. The staff were quick in response to deal with unexpected moments. We highly recommend different entities to hold events at the Fullerton Hotel.

Stayed here for two nights because it’s close to the ocean park. Hotel provides shuttle bus to and from ocean park also nearby MTR station which is very convenient. The view in our room is amazing with over looking the ocean, so peaceful. The room size is big compared to the normal hotel in HongKong. The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Was very happy about our stay, will probably come back again in summer so that we could enjoy the pool as well.

Taxi drivers in HK will get confused between Marriott Ocean Park and Fullerton Ocean Park so you need to show them the address and translate to Chinese for them. It sits at a seaview and since I was ther during their winter period, the breeze and cold crisp air makes the outdoor walk very comfortable. I was there to dine at Jade Restaurant at L2. It has both halal and non halal kitchen. It's fine dining so if you're not interested in small servings, just go there for coffee and cakes at L1 and enjoy the view.
