Great hostel if you’re backpacking, solo or with friends. Super affordable and I received breakfast vouchers. They have many activities like Angkor Wat Temple tour, Cooking class, Floating village tour, Country side tour and Free Khmer Lessons! and so on. The location is 10/10, and so is the price to value ratio. There are many good restaurants on the same street. The pizzeria next doors that is connected to the hostel and has 50% off on a few days, and I was positively surprised by how authentic the pizza tasted. There is also a turkish restaurant across the street, a japanese restaurant, a chicken wing place, a tacos place and many more. So location wise, it’s perfect.
I liked the music at the bar, it became more lively in the evening. The staff at the reception was so helpful in helping me book tours and advising me. They were always smiling and kind. On my day of departure, I was able to leave my backpack at the reception after checkout for a few hours, while I did a tour.
Only minor criticism I have is the bathroom, there was a huge spider web (it was later removed), and a gecko. I was a bit confused on how to turn the shower on. But warm water came out immediately which was nice.
Overall 5 stars, highly recommend. :)
