The Gabriel Hotel

Marvelous place. Booked this place cause I’m afraid I’ll get scammed. Good place. Entrance is easy to find, dedicated entrance. Staff is friendly. Didn’t tip them, still helped me. Left my luggage with hotel for a day. Good, still intact. Room is decent, old but function able with nice shower gels. I like it.

My first stay at this beautiful 5 star hotel in Cairo, Egypt. The Gabriel Hotel is outstanding in service and beauty. I highly recommend this luxury hotel to anyone traveling to Cairo. Located near the airport grounds, I could not have chosen a better location to wait for my flight home.

Amazing hotel and Amazing people, the services are extraordinary from house keeping till the staff in the hotel and the young security men ensuring Amazing level of service.

A 5 star hotel doesn’t even have hot water for shower.

The hotel is near the airport and we can get to the airport in early morning as we had an early flight. We had a welcoming drinks when we arrived and it was very good. The room is large and comfortable and the staff is helpful too. We paid an extra fee for early check in the morning for cleaning ourselves and it is acceptable for that.

The hotel is very nice and quiet. The hotel is close to the airport. Thank you to all the staff for their service and good treatment.

my mistake for not reading more reviews before booking. like most reviewed, it's a dated hotel beside an abandoned mall. loud music everyday from morning till wee morning, not for sound sensitive sleeper. cleanliness is questionable, the 2 drinking cups were dirty - 1 with hair, 1 with very visible stain. the staffs were the only commendable ones, with expectable service and friendliness, nothing beyond.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was big and quiet, but the hygiene standards were far way from five star hotels. The bed linens smelled bad had stains and body hair on them. Apparently they were not removed and replaced between guests.
