Love this hotel so much! Every room's design is so unique and fun and I felt like the quality was so much more than I expected when booking the room. The snacks from local small businesses and photo booth were such a nice touch! Also love that a portion of the profits go back to helping those experiencing homelessness in the area. Highly recommend and if I'm ever back in Nashville I'll definitely be staying again!

I had such a great stay at The Gallatin Hotel in Nashville! The hotel was super clean and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after exploring the city. It has the cutest little touches throughout from the vibrant décor to the thoughtful details in the rooms, everything felt so charming and unique. The vibe was fun, welcoming, and perfectly Nashville. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip!

Don’t think twice about staying here, just book it. Loved everything about our stay here. We stayed around Christmas, and it was so festive. Bonus, it’s accessible to so much, right down the road from Publix for pub subs, good coffee at Flora + Fauna, great Italian at Nicoletto’s. This will be our go to every time we are in Nashville.

Really great spot, everything is done remotely but quick to answer texts / calls. Huge parking lot in the back, rooms are clean and modern, although a bit small. Good location in East Nashville, not too far from downtown but away from the craziness. A bit expensive for the size of the room but the stay was great! Door had a bit of a problem with opening, and somehow, another person was able to walk into my room (I was inside it when they came in) - not sure how they were able to do that.

This place has everything you hope for in a stay. Clean, well stocked, comfortable rooms. Convenient location. Beautifully decorated. Their team was quick to respond to questions and keep us well informed of necessary information. Easy parking. And best of all, your rest feels better knowing you are helping the community with your stay.

Great little gem in East Nashville area. Super easy check in. Consistent and timely communication. Super cool decor. Very quiet & restful. Lots of attention to little details throughout property & online to enhance traveler experience. Clean. Easy drive to areas around town for sightseeing. Added bonus is supporting their misson in the Nashville area. Check out The Gallatin!

Room was clean and cute. Had what was needed and exactly as pictured. I was after a simple room and got it. There were little extras that were appreciated. Colorful and artsy. Which I loved. A good mission behind it. Cute Photo Booth and a luggage elevator! There was no service to be rated. No person to check in with. There were several emails/texts and reminders. I felt they were unnecessary and could have been done in 1-2. There is always room for improvement. Location was very busy day and night. Parking lot was hidden which was cool. This place was beautiful and I would like to visit when I can stay longer and enjoy the art and location a little more.

Google
This place is absolutely nothing like the reviews make it seem. The Gallatin Hotel is a complete nightmare to stay in. There is no real staff on-site to assist with anything, and the overall setup feels incredibly cheap and tacky. The decor looks thrown together without any care for comfort or quality, and the experience feels more like a poorly run hostel than a hotel.||||For the price they charge, this is a total rip-off. You’re essentially paying for a flashy online listing with no substance behind it. Guests should be very cautious before booking here—there are far better options in Nashville that actually deliver service, professionalism, and value.||||Save yourself the headache and stay anywhere else. This place is a living hell hole, and it is beyond me how they manage to get such positive reviews.

Yelp
We just stayed at The Gallatin for a second time but we brought friends with us so we stayed in one of the suite rooms (room 116). The room was spacious and had more than enough room for the five of us staying there. It had a kitchenette that was minimal but still stored our drinks and snacks. Each bedroom offered space and three showers. The Gallatin is very simple but functional as a hotel and it is a perfect place to get away from the busier areas and get some peace in the very quiet hotel environment. We spent a lot of time in East Nashville where the Gallatin is located but the hotel is still close to Broadway and other areas nearby. If we had any questions we were able to get ahold of someone very quickly so don't be afraid of the "concierge-less" concept. It felt nice to not feel bothered and we took advantage of the free coffee, sparkling water and after we checked out we were able to use their lockers to store our luggage before our flight out. This hotel is unique and its backstory is one of a kind. Just book it and you'll be so grateful that you did. We will absolutely be coming back very soon.

Yelp
An amazing concept and stay at the gallatin. Check in was online + a great space to hold luggage until the room was ready. A percent of the stay goes to proceeds for the houseless and essential supplies/meals. I highly recommend this to anyone traveling in the area.

Yelp
This place is clean, a Nashville twist with holiday vibe stay, there was a booklet in every room to tell you about what in the surrounding area, and must visit places in Nashville which was really helpful for first timer like myself. There was a drug store right across of the property so it was convenient if you forgot to bring your essentials or for some late night snacks. Checking in for the hotel is different since there was no one really work at the lobby, also the parking is kind of confusing since they use the cones to block off some lots during certain hour. I wouldn't say it's bad it's just different. There's a sport bar located on the side of the hotel and an outdoor seating area worth checking out.

Yelp
I had an exceptional experience at the Gallatin and through happenstance, its sister property the Russel. I booked the King Suite for my stop over in Nashville on my way to Dallas. I planned to order in and watch tv in the cozy bed. When I arrived, the property was experiencing a Comcast outage so no internet or tv. After checking out the super cute room and taking a bubble bath, I nixed my take out plan and found some dinner nearby. When I returned and texted the concierge for an update on the service, they were extremely apologetic and reported the service would not be remedied during my stay. She offered me a partial refund and to rebook me for the night at the sister property, The Russell. I happily took the offer and enjoyed my night stay in the penthouse!! I was so blown away by this gesture, completely above and beyond what I expected. I will definitely be back and recommend to all my friends!! Both properties were thoughtfully appointed, spotless, and included a complimentary snack box!

Yelp
Nashville was the destination for our annual girls trip and we had an amazing time! My sister and cousin hosted/coordinated our trip and we opted to stay at the Gallatin Hotel! Part of our decision stemmed from their connection with the community as some of the proceeds go to support the unhoused in their area, I simply loved that! The venue...was made for us! It's named a hotel but run more like an Airbnb which I enjoyed! There were 6 of us and we had the dorm style bedroom with two rooms of bunks that could sleep 8. The sleeping quarters were nice, beds spacious, comfy and clean! There were bathrooms in each room, to include a total of three showers and a toilet. There was a separate toilet as you near the sleeping quarters. Overall, I enjoyed the space and it's located 10-12 mins away from the city. They offer a coffee/tea bar in the common area (a Keurig in the room also which was spot on after a night of partying), a whole room dedicated for glam which my diva friends loved (and it frees up the bathroom ). My only concerns were that the separate bathroom didn't have a sink (Sis put sanitizing/hand wipes in there) so you would have to go to the kitchen to wash your hands, there were also no kitchen necessities or cleaning supplies (like a broom, kitchen towels, paper towels, plastic utensils, etc ) luckily the hotel is located between a CVS and Walgreens so we got some items to last through our trip and lastly there was no recycling bin that I saw (I'm a huge recycler). I would definitely return if ever in Nashville again.

Yelp
Stayed here for a work trip and really enjoyed it. It's very modern and hip and colorful af. Check in was easy and contactless, they just text you the door codes which is great cause I hate talking to anyone after a long flight. The bed was really comfy and the rest of the time was high quality. It came with a fancy Dyson hair dryer that is $350 MSRP but sadly my hair was too short to truly test it out. Also the Gallatin donates their profits to help house the homeless so another reason to stay at this hotel!

Yelp
I had a great stay! I felt very safe and the staff was attentive and quick to respond over text and email. The in-room and on-site amenities were great. I stopped for tea before bed at the coffee bar and a seltzer and thought that was a great touch. Room and hotel were clean. I stay in the cozy full which was small, but perfect for me traveling solo and not spending too much time in the room.

Yelp
We enjoyed our stay at The Gallatin. The coolest part to me was the Photo Booth! It sends the pictures right to your phone. I also like the little touches that boutique hotels often miss like local snacks, a free drink coin to the lounge next door. There was also a guide book of must see activities in the area. If you're into photos, this is your place as there's lots of Instaworthy spots throughout the hotel. Especially the makeup room!

Yelp
The gallatin hotel was an INCREDIBLE stay. It was my first time in Nashville and the Gallatin hotel couldn't be a better first hotel in Nashville for me to stay at. Walking into the hotel you can't help but smile and feel happy because of all the vibrant colors and amazing decor. It also makes you feel so nice that by staying there you are helping those in need! When i got into my room, i stayed in the classic king red room and it was PERFECT. So clean and the beds were SO BEYOND COMFY! I could have slept in those beds for the whole 2 days straight! I also thought the Gallatin staff went over and above to make sure i was okay with texting me daily to make sure i was good and if i needed anything. Also when I asked for a later check out they were more than happy to accommodate. Thank you so much Gallatin, i would 1000% recommend! I felt safe, clean and happy. What more should i ask for???

Yelp
We had the most amazing time at the Gallatin hotel. My favorite part about this spot was the gorgeous lobby filled with tons of fun photo ops (including a photo booth), luggage storage for after checkout and a well stocked coffee + tea bar. The rooms were beautifully decorated with touches of Nashville theming and the beds were insanely comfortable. I especially enjoyed the Dyson hair dryer & air purifier included in each room. The location was good with just a 10 min Uber into downtown and the contactless check in process was seamless. Another amazing part about this hotel is that they are family owned and they give back to their community with their rooms-for-rooms program. I truly couldn't recommend this place more, I will definitely be staying here again the next time I visit Nashville. Thank you for all your hospitality, Gallatin!!

Yelp
Super cute, clean, and easy to check in and out hotel. I also love that a portion of every stay goes to help the homeless. 10/10 for me.

Yelp
Super cute and comfy hotel! Love the concept and love all the amenities they added into the rooms, and in the common areas. We are staying in a bunk room, and the beds are incredibly comfortable! I was a little nervous that the room would be too small for 3, but it's surprisingly comfy and I like how the shower and toilet are separate. #thegallatinhotel #buzzybooth

Yelp
What an absolutely fun hotel stay we had here! We came to Nashville for a girls trip and needed a place to crash. It was clean, vibrant, AND THE BEDS WERE SO COMFORTABLE - OMG. I fell right asleep. I also loved the courtyard out front of the hotel (perfect place to take photos). We had a ton of Instagramable moments there lol. There are a couple of cute coffee shops close by and Walgreens is right next door. We felt safe and would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Yelp
We loved staying here. The concept of a concierge-less hotel is brilliant. The space has a cool, artsy vibe. The room was awesome & the bed was super comfy. The local snacks were yummy. Don't miss the photo booth! We'll definitely stay here again. And the best part is that each stay helps support the homeless community!

Yelp
We were beyond impressed with The Gallatin! From location, to convenience & style ... what an amazing concept. You can get anywhere with ease, due to it being right off Gallatin with easy access to Ellington Pkwy. Check in was smooth & easy, proving there is no need for a front desk. They responded to my questions via phone & text quickly and were extremely helpful. Their emailed instructions prior to our arrival laid out anything g & everything we would need. Lastly, the Gallatin has STYLE for days. The bright colors, the decor, and overall VIBE was so fun. It is exactly what Nashville needed in this area. We will definitely be staying here again!!!

Yelp
I can't rave about the Gallatin enough. Super easy checkin and checkout. Communication with staff thru email was fast and easy. Hotel is in a fantastic location - close to great restaurants and bars and a short drive downtown and beyond - nothing is really more than 15 mins away. Hotel was spotless and very quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the room had great little tech items throughout (dyson fan and hair dryer, a sound machine, netflix on the tv, and a refrigerator drawer inside the bedside table!). The one so-so thing about our room was the sliding barn door for the bathroom. Was heavy and didnt close entirely - kind of annoying even though it looks great. Still the room and hotel is a solid 5 stars. We will definitely be staying here again.

Yelp
I just stayed here and it's so great! The staff, hotel, grounds and area were perfect. I love the self check in / check out. I will definitely be back. Ty Gallatin!!

Yelp
The Gallatin Hotel was an amazing hotel for us during our son's wedding at the adjacent Emerson Hall. My wife and I booked a large 8 bunk 2 bedroom room for the groomsmen. That was so convenient for them. We booked a king room for ourselves. It was so easy to get all the work done for the wedding right next door. The information by the Gallatin staff was great. I didn't mind not having the normal hotel staff on site. The rooms were great. Read up on the Gallatin and book it with confidence.

Yelp
Easy check in! Clean hotel! Cute rooms and decor! Parking lot/Uber pick up is kind of tricky but manageable. CVS next door for any essentials you forget! #thegallatinhotel #buzzybooth

Yelp
This is my second time staying at The Gallatin and this place is a must when visiting Nashville especially for a girls trip! Not only were we greeted by the cutest lobby I've ever seen but our room was magical. It was stocked with yummy treats, the cutest mini fridge and even DYSON products! Traveling with 4 girls this was definitely the coolest perk. We loved the photo-booth and all the cute places to take pictures around the hotel. This place screams Nashville and we will certainly be back! Thanks for such an awesome stay.
