Great little gem in East Nashville area. Super easy check in. Consistent and timely communication. Super cool decor. Very quiet & restful. Lots of attention to little details throughout property & online to enhance traveler experience. Clean. Easy drive to areas around town for sightseeing. Added bonus is supporting their misson in the Nashville area. Check out The Gallatin!

Room was clean and cute. Had what was needed and exactly as pictured. I was after a simple room and got it. There were little extras that were appreciated. Colorful and artsy. Which I loved. A good mission behind it. Cute Photo Booth and a luggage elevator! There was no service to be rated. No person to check in with. There were several emails/texts and reminders. I felt they were unnecessary and could have been done in 1-2. There is always room for improvement. Location was very busy day and night. Parking lot was hidden which was cool. This place was beautiful and I would like to visit when I can stay longer and enjoy the art and location a little more.

Found this delightful gem of a hotel! Super easy check in, GREAT communication with host, comfortable, clean, affordable, in a quirky fun neighborhood, easy drives to sight see, quiet, fun retro decor. Fit all our needs for a short get away. Love that it supports a great cause for the community! Thanks Gallatin 😃👍

I recently stayed at The Gallatin Hotel in Nashville for a weekend getaway, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was seamless and stress-free, which set the tone for a relaxing stay. The property itself is absolutely beautiful—a vibrant, thoughtfully designed space with multiple photo opportunities around every corner. Whether you’re snapping a shot in the lobby or out on the colorful patios, it’s perfect for those who appreciate a bit of flair and creativity in their surroundings. One of the things I appreciated most is how conveniently located the hotel is—close enough to explore all that East Nashville has to offer, while still being tucked away in a peaceful area. What really sets The Gallatin apart is their mission: every stay gives back to the local community, and you can feel good knowing you're contributing to something meaningful just by being there. On top of that, there are so many perks and thoughtful touches throughout the hotel—from complimentary snacks and drinks to curated local guides. I would absolutely recommend The Gallatin for anyone looking for a stylish, feel-good place to stay in Nashville. I’ll definitely be returning!

Just checked out of an amazing stay at this property. It is self service, meaning you check in and check out on your own with door codes. For us, this was perfect. No hassle check in and honestly nice to just arrive and relax after a long travel day. The hotel is also funky and colorful which just made it super fun!||||The room was pretty spacious and had everything you may need, including a table and chair that I used to get some work done. Location-wise, it couldn't be anymore convenient - You have a CVS and a Walgreens right next door for any forgotten essentials or snacks, a cute coffee and a great live music bar shop across the street as well. As a NYer, walking a mile isn't a second thought, so it was super easy to walk to a bunch of different bars and restaurants during our stay. When we wanted to ride-share, it was like $5 give or take so everything was very accessible.||||We also took advantage of the luggage lockers so we could explore East Nash even after checking out of our room. Overall the area and hotel felt safe, was quiet and easy to navigate. I also love their give-back mission to the community. Would highly recommend staying here for that reason alone, but also because it is so convenient. We loved East Nashville and will definitely be back!!

The hotel is so cute! The decor is so happy and bright! We rented a king-size room, and we loved it. It was the perfect size, it was immaculate, and I loved getting to try the Dyson hair dryer! The bed was comfy, and we enjoyed the treats provided in our room. The location was fantastic - everything we wanted to see was only a short Uber ride away! Actually, there was a bar just across the road where were happened to see Jeremy Ivey and his wife, Margo Price perform for free! We never wander into opportunities like that! There is a CVS on one side and a Walgreen's on the other side of the hotel. The hotel was quite, and I loved the coffee station near the entrance. We felt safe in this area. I would definitely stay here again!

This was the coolest hotel ever! I stayed three nights and had the best sleep of my life! Its East Nashville location was a great alternative to staying and parking downtown- a rideshare to and from Nashville was about $12. The decor is bright and lively and the luggage lift is cool! ||A neat little bonus? They have those hugely popular and (pricey!) Dyson hair dryers. I don’t know about you but where else was I gonna try that! ||Check in and out is easy. Hosts are super responsive. I will stay here again. Highly recommend!

This place is absolutely nothing like the reviews make it seem. The Gallatin Hotel is a complete nightmare to stay in. There is no real staff on-site to assist with anything, and the overall setup feels incredibly cheap and tacky. The decor looks thrown together without any care for comfort or quality, and the experience feels more like a poorly run hostel than a hotel. For the price they charge, this is a total rip-off. You’re essentially paying for a flashy online listing with no substance behind it. Guests should be very cautious before booking here—there are far better options in Nashville that actually deliver service, professionalism, and value. Save yourself the headache and stay anywhere else. This place is a living hell hole, and it is beyond me how they manage to get such positive reviews.
