My recent stay at the Gant was extraordinary! The location is only about 2 blocks from the main downtown area. They provided reliable, convenient, on-time, free transportation to and from the airport. The concierge, Marty, was so helpful in booking reservations to amazing restaurants and activities. The amenities were great, including a wonderful outdoor pool and hot-tub area. The room was very clean and well-serviced. The on-site restaurant was outstanding and super convenient, especially for breakfast. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. Everyone was willing to go out of their way to make sure I had an awesome experience. Everyone made me feel so welcome and they were excited to recommend fun things to do in town. This is hospitality at it's finest. From now on, the Gant will be the only place I'll ever stay when I visit. Thank you for such a pleasant time in Aspen.

As an older woman who has traveled quite a bit over the years, I must say The Gant is one of the loveliest places I’ve ever stayed. The condo was cozy, clean, and felt just like home What really touched me was the kindness of the staff. The bellmen were so helpful with my bags and always greeted me with a smile. The front desk ladies and gentlemen were just as warm and made sure I had everything I needed. It’s peaceful, beautifully kept, and very easy to get around thanks to their shuttle service. I felt truly cared for and at my age, that means everything. I hope to return again soon.

Stayed at The Gant recently and had a great experience. The front office team, especially Alex, was super helpful with check-in and answering questions throughout the stay. The bell staff was very friendly. They helped with bags and gave us great advice on getting around. One of the highlights was a horseback riding spot they recommended nearby, which was absolutely beautiful and ended up being one of the best parts of the trip. The shuttle service they provided was super easy to get to and from the airport. This spot is perfect for walking to and from town. Will definitely stay again!

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but The Gant in Aspen truly deserves the praise. From the moment I arrived, I felt taken care of in the best way possible. It’s not just the location (which is amazing) or the beautiful property it’s the people that really made this place stand out for me.||Let me start with the bellman team they were on point. Every time I pulled up or needed help, someone was there instantly with a smile, ready to assist without hesitation. They handled my bags, gave great local tips, and honestly just made everything feel effortless. It's clear they take pride in what they do, and it made a huge impression on me.||The front desk staff were equally wonderful. Super warm, genuinely friendly, and very accommodating. Check-in was smooth, they answered every random question I had with patience, and even helped me make last-minute dinner reservations. It didn’t feel transactional it felt like they actually cared that I was enjoying my stay.||The condo itself was immaculate. I stayed in a one-bedroom unit that was more like a luxury home than a hotel room. Full kitchen, fireplace, comfy bed, private balcony all spotless and well-maintained. It had that cozy, mountain-lodge feel with all the modern comforts I could ask for.||The location couldn’t be better you’re tucked away just enough to enjoy the quiet, but still just a short walk or ride to downtown Aspen. Speaking of rides, the on-demand shuttle service was a total win. I never had to wait long, and the drivers were just as friendly and professional as the rest of the staff.||Honestly, The Gant has become one of those rare places that I’m already looking forward to returning to. It’s not just where you stay it’s how you're treated, and here, that treatment is five-star all the way.

Staff were amazing shoutout to the bell team, very friendly and helpful too. Great rooms, great service, what more could we ask for. We can’t wait to come back on winter for sure!

This was our second time staying at the Gant and we were as thrilled as the first time around. Spacious, updated apartment with everything you may need on vacation. Warm and welcoming staff. We love the proximity to the gondola, restaurants and shops and very much appreciate the shuttle service Gant provides. Will be back again next year!

The service was lovely. The team was happy and helpful. The room was clean and cozy. This was perfect for our family. we would recommend this to anyone who wants to stay in Aspen and enjoy the skiing. The shuttle was the absolute best and you could tip online!

I can't recommend this place enough. I spent six days there beginning December 7th. I was with a group of 60 people. When we arrived the staff took all luggage to each individual room-nice when you have a week's worth of clothes, ski clothes, skis boots and poles and some food. We had a three bedroom unit, the third was a private room. Everything was perfect. The condo was built well and solid. Good sound suppression, stays warm, keeps heat on. We had a sunken living room, kitchen although its was a little small, fireplace, the bedrooms and the full baths. Maid service was daily. There were multiple buses to take and pick you up at all times of the day, never waited more than three minutes to be picked up. Staff were all attentive and professional. Front desk always had two desk people and one guest assistant. They recommended great places to go. Sheets and towels thick and clean, medium softness beds. Never did try the fireplace. Six blocks from Aspen Mountain base. Six minute walk with ski boots or one minute on one of the shuttles. They run every five minutes. Enjoyed one of the three hot tubs. It also had heated towels for during and after the experience. Trick: put you your clothes in there while bathing-nice and warm when you leave. The management also has a ski storage system for overnight so you didn't have to carry then to and from your unit. Would definitely recommend to anyone. I'm already reserved for next year. Note: great powder this year.

Beware of devious practices! I would give 0 stars but wouldn't let me! This place has the worst possible customer service in all of Aspen!!!!! While there, we had multiple issues. They are also extremely unethical. When we first arrived, we found a sink full of white chunky material that had filled half of the sink! It included chunks of old food and and standing water. We also saw a note from the cleaning crew that you room had been cleaned. I found this very hard to believe that you room was cleaned with all of the standing water and pungent smell in the kitchen sink. The odor was horrific. They sent someone to fix the sink backup no but the smell continued. They said they would give us a gift card to Clark's, but did not bring it to us. We had to track them down. When we did , they said they didn't have anymore Clark's Oyster bar gift cards but had an Amex. My 3 year old daughter was injured while in one of their condos. She slipped and hit her face hard on the coffee table. She had a dental emergency. This caused one of her teeth to get moved back in her mouth. We consulted a local dentist and were told it was best to see her pediatric dentist at home. We contacted the Gant staff and asked if we would get a refund if we left early. We said we may need to leave for a medical emergency. They said we would not get any of our money returned to us , if we left. They said the room would go unoccupied until our reservation was over. A day later we received an email asking about our stay. We were confused because we did not check out. They took it upon themselves to check us out. We did not say we were leaving, nor did we say we weren't coming back, if we had to leave. They did not give us a refund at all , although they checked us out and prepped the condo to rent to someone else. This is a legal issue in terms of occupancy laws and collecting double rent. We did not check out and we have paid for the condo for 5 more days. Yet, they have cleaned the room and have it prepped to book to someone else. When I called about this, the girl said she knows she left. I asked her how she came to this conclusion, she said a manager said she checked the room and didn't see our luggage. I asked what this has to do with anything. We have rented this condo and have paid for it. You can't check us out of a room that we have paid for until the 7th. Another reservation manager, Kathy, called us back and said the room goes back into the pool to be rented to someone else. They will not give us a refund , yet they are going to collect money from someone else. Legally they are not able to do this. They said they didn't see our luggage , so they can check us out ! This is preposterous. She said they checked us out of the condo for liability reasons. She claimed if no one is in the unit for the night, the unit is at risk for liability issues. This is insane. They were caught trying to collect money from two different tenants and now they don't know what to say!!!! We told them it's a legal issue and suddenly Kathy said she is no longer a manager. She was a manager when she called a few days ago and she was a manager at the beginning of the call. Suddenly, she has lost her manager status!

Not the best experience. I had problem after problem in the first few days which was actually resolved well with the GM. But then when I was packing to leave, I had an expensive pair of shoes that went missing. The manager on duty that day didn't really care and told me since I had signed a waiver releasing them from any liability if something went missing, there was nothing she could do. That there was a safe for that reason....so I should be putting all my shoes in a safe to protect them from theft? Not ok.

Awwww my heaven! Such a wonderful condo resort- I can't wait to go back! Besides Aspen being the best place on earth, The Gant offered such a comfortable and safe environment during our stay. Obviously times are different now with covid, but The Gant ensures safety and health precaution. You are able to vacation without concerns or worries. Each condo comes with your own kitchen too in case you prefer to cook. Some also include in unit washer and dryers which come in handy when working out in the mountains. I felt the comfort of my own residence, with the luxuries of a hotel and resort. The two swimming pools and jacuzzi were open and so gorgeous with the scenic background. The gym was super clean and equipped with sanitizers. There are city bikes nearby for a quick ride to town. Perfectly located short walk to town. The remodeled condos are absolutely stunning and have a fireplace to feel cozy at night. Not to mention a complimentary shuttle for the airport and to town. I cannot say enough about this experience. Flawless from start to finish. The staff was all friendly and helpful. I cannot wait for my return.

This is a a pre-arrival complaint. We booked 4 nights for Sept. 2023 but our plans changed and we only needed the first 3 nights. When we called to cancel the last night we were told that we were outside the 30 day cancellation window. The last night was not outside the window but the hotel counts the window from the first night of the reservation. We understand that hotels need to make money but it seems both unfair and not very customer friendly to stick it to the customer. We are hoping our stay is better than our reservation experience!

I don't recommend doing business with this property. I had a reservation booked and four days before arriving I was diagnosed with COVID. I called the hotel and they said they could not cancel the reservation or use the credit in the future after symptoms were clear. I asked them if they would rather I come there while infected and put their guest at risk, and they told me "You need to do what is best for you." She also told me that no hotels in Aspen are making considerations for travel cancellation/reschedules due to Covid. That is simply not true.

I Celebrated my 40th birthday in Aspen with my twin sister, March 2022. The Gant hands down was the best place I've ever stayed. The service was incredible. All the staff from the desk, the shuttle drivers, on-site Cafe/restaurant staff, and others were all super friendly and helpful. It felt like we were a part of this small town during our stay. The room!! Omg. The view of the slope and the pool that was heated in surrounding snow was breathtaking. We booked a 2 bedroom and it comes with two full bathrooms and a kitchen. There's also a large dining area and living area with a fireplace and a beautiful balcony. We truly could have stayed inside the condo style hotel the entire time. We went out quite a bit for dinner and excursions, and the free shuttle service was very convenient and helpful getting around town. I highly recommend this place. Peaceful, comfortable, relaxing, and beautifully decorated. A great way to celebrate our milestone birthday.

I can't imagine a more perfect place to stay in Aspen then The Gant. The reviews of this place were good, but my experience far surpassed good and was perfect. The hotel is walking distance to the main part of town and is located on a secluded corner. It goes slightly up a hill and is a set of small buildings where all the rooms are located. There is plenty of parking for each building and the view of the property itself is beautiful. The rooms are full of character and have about as cozy a feel as any room I've ever stayed in. We stayed in a two bedroom suite which was rustic, spacious and just overall beautiful. Bedrooms were large and the kitchen was huge with a separate dining area. It was complete with fireplace and a large balcony overlooking the hills. It was fall when we came here, so the site was even more beautiful. The rustic look is truly the draw of the room. It had a very log cabin feel that makes this place perfect for the winter months of snow season. It's more of a condo than a hotel, which when coupled with the decor, makes this a home away from home.

Sometimes when you stay as a hotel guest in a timeshare property, it feels like you're renting an Airbnb. That's definitely NOT the case for The Gant. The front desk is amazingly well service trained. They have a concierge to setup reservations and transportation. The rooms feel like 5 star suites (though, I was upgraded, so mine had better finishings I hear). Really like the Gant. Reasonable pricing for the expensive Aspen market. Will stay again!

GUESTS BEWARE! I wish I could give ZERO stars! Our experience with The Gant Aspen was beyond disappointing! Horrible customer service, the room was not clean (extremely concerning, especially during covid), the entire complex looked nothing like the photos, staff members yelling at each other in front of guests, bugs all over the room, mascara on the pillow cases, and to get the resort manager to return calls seems next to impossible. My family and I are extremely unsatisfied and would not consider this hotel anywhere close to "luxury". Extremely high prices for extremely disappointing experiences!

This is a great place if you are traveling with a large group. We were able to fit (comfortably) 10 adults in their 4 bedroom 4 bathroom condo. Pricing vise it was way cheaper than renting a house plus they were kind enough to supply our room with groceries so we can make daily breakfasts. The shuttle took us to town every night and during the day we made the short walk. Very convenient! The only downside was the construction noise that started very early in the AM.

Me and my boyfriend had a reservation that was booked weeks in advance for valentines day. We used his moms card to book the reservation and when we got to the hotel were told that if the card isn't physically with us then they would have to cancel our reservation. We had a picture of the card, his mom on the phone and everything, but nothing was enough. They were worried about fraud but they have the same last name and like I stated previously she was on the phone ready to vouch for us. We ended up having to stay in a different hotel and when we called the gant back to try to reserve a room two days out, as per their policy, we were told that we are being suspicious. The feeling that I got when I was told that was shitty and all our plans were canceled. I will be escalating the matter further.

1-Your room will be ready at 4 PM. Even if you ask for early check in. Upon reservation they will promise it will be ready for your arrival. Arrived at 2 PM. Had to wait until 4 to get a room. 2-NOT pet friendly even for service dogs 3-No air conditioning in condos. Trust me they will not mention it when you are reserving. It is currently 85 degrees in there. They will offer to move you to a another non air conditioned first floor unit. A dangerous location for a single woman and the only thing they will do for you. 4-Smells so heavy of cleaning supplies in here. Getting a headache. 5-You can hear your neighbors sneeze and when they walk it trembles like an elephant is running for his life up there. For the price: go somewhere else !!!

Good location just a few blocks away from the heart of downtown Aspen. Not fancy- but very nice and has good pool area with 2 large hot tubs and a great little cafe for quick bites or grab and go. Pretty solid breakfast there and full bar as well tho limited hours. Regular shuttles if you're too tired to walk a few blocks in to town. Would definitely stay again.

The staff at the Gant went out of their way to ensure we had a memorable stay for our honeymoon. We were greeted as we drove up to the lobby by a friendly smile and eagerness to help us with our luggage. There was a bottle of champagne waiting for us in the counter of the kitchen in our beautiful room, with a fun gift and a nice note from the staff congratulating us for our marriage. The hotel is located just a few minutes from some of the best dining in Aspen, leaving us no need for our car as we could walk to everything. Our stay at the Gant was a fantastic one, we look forward to returning very soon!

This is a lovey, luxurious place to stay in Aspen. Condos are perfectly appointed with features like steam showers, auto shades, amazing lighting with dimmers for everything, wood burning fireplace with perfect crackly, romantic wood provided, full kitchen with induction stove, luxury bed linens and pillows, a heated pool and hot tub close by, excellent housekeeping service and their extensive, well-staffed multiple shuttle bus system that runs 7am to 11pm and will take you anywhere in town you'd want to go. Our condo was recently updated and had amazing art throughout. Such a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed here for a leg of our Colorado honeymoon road trip. We came on shoulder season so it wasn't super busy in the hotel or in town, but the Gant was kind enough to upgrade us to a 2 bedroom suite, and they had a bottle of good champagne on the counter for us with a handwritten note! The working fireplace in the condo was perfect. Jesse was awesome helping us find the good spots to go out in town. Robert helped us figure out if we would be able to drive up to Maroon Bells, and everyone that was behind the front desk was more than pleasant and helpful. The hot tubs were incredible. Everyone there made this part of our honeymoon extra special, and next time we're out in Colorado we will absolutely be staying at the Gant again!

Cute place to stay if you want the cozy Aspen feel! Had the one bedroom condo. Loved the condo/ hotel suite combo. The only thing I wish they had is room service and more food options after 7pm. (They have a cafe on site - but it closes at 7pm.)

This review is only based on the in town shuttle service I observed!! I did not stay there but certainly after seeing their shuttles run like three times for every one of the other hotels I think by convenience I will look into staying there next time! Yes the shuttle runs more than anyone else's so it's practically like your own car service there. No freezing toes after you're done for the day when staying at the gant!

Summer stay- Great place in many ways unless you have unit 201B. It is directly over the boiler and laundry room so 1 of the 3 bedrooms was over 85 degrees at night in the summer. I called the front desk and they suggested I turn on the fan. They sent maintenance up and he suggested I open the window for the cool summer air. Problem is the window is directly over the boiler vent so it makes it worse. The floor is even warm in the unit and that isn't from floor heaters. I think this unit might want some air conditioning. My last visit to The Gant however the staff is very good and the shuttle service is perfect. The best part is the unit is for sale for $1.99 million, $1100 per square foot! I wonder what the units go for that are 100% usable?

I stayed at the Gant for the second time in February 2009 with my 24-person ski club group. Our club is based in San Diego. Every year, we run five 50-person bus trips to Mammoth Mountain and one or two air trips to destination ski resorts. Usually we go to different destination resorts each year. But our February 2008 trip to Aspen and The Gant was so wonderful that we came right back to Aspen and The Gant this year. The best thing about The Gant is their wonderful, friendly, helpful staff. They had our group's keys and informational handouts ready in envelopes when we arrived, and they had several people ready to take credit card imprints. They gave us luggage tags to put onto our bags, and immediately delivered our bags to our rooms (within 15 minutes!) They threw our group a free party including wine, beer, soup, and hors d'oeuvres, at which a ski instructor gave us information to Aspen's four mountains while gently promoting Aspen's ski instructor services. The condos were very nice, spacious, comfortable, well furnished including flat screen TVs and premium appliances, excellent daily maid service, self-service washers/dryers available in complex. The Gant has several shuttle vans that each hold 12 people. They happily shuttle guests back and forth to Aspen Mountain (aka Ajax) and/or to the transfer point where guests can step onto large buses for free rides to Snowmass, Aspen Highlands, or Buttermilk. They will also happily drive you anywhere in the town of Aspen, including to restaurants or to the supermarket or liquor store. Their signs gently suggest tipping the shuttle drivers but they never ask at all (which makes me want to tip more!) They have two outdoor heated jacuzzis, an outdoor heated pool, and men's and women's saunas. Overall, 4+ star facility/service at a 3 star price.Their wonderful staff and attitude make all the difference. They always have friendly people available to help you, and they are genuinely friendly, not at all snobby or tip-oriented as in many other places that charge a lot more money.

The Gant was one of the best things about my stay in Aspen. So great! Six of my friends and I had the opportunity to stay in a three bedroom, three bath condo and it was just great. It fit us all perfectly. We took advantage of the amenties, such as the washer/dryer in the room, wood-burning fire place, fully stocked kitchen, and two hot tubs and swimming pool. I wanted to check out the fitness center, but wasn't able to find the time. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to check out the Aspen Club and Spa, which guests of the Gant are able to have access to during their stay, but what a great amenity! What was super amazing was the free shuttle that take you around Aspen. It makes stops at the Transit Center every 15 minutes, I believe, during peak hours, and if you would like to go somewhere else, you can just call the front desk and a shuttle can drop you off at a restaurant or wherever you would like to go! Awesome!

Great condos, perfect size, comfy beds, pools are warm and clean, and the shuttle to town is a bonus. You can walk to the base of the gondola and to many restaurants. The front desk staff was very friendly and the concierge had great ideas for hiking and different sights to see around town. My only complaint (I would have done 4.5 stars if I could) is that they allow smoking on balconies, which means if your neighbor smokes, you get all that smoke too. Unfortunately we had one neighbor smoking cigars (ick!!!) and another indulging in Colorado's new legal pastime. It would be nice if they had a designated area for that far from anyone's windows.

Great location. Great facilities. Very pleasant staff. I booked it through Hotwire.com for a pretty good price (4 stars) and there was only a $11/night resort fee that I had to pony up once I got there. We also got upgraded to a two bedroom condo which was nice. I'd certainly stay there again.

This place has a great location, but it ends there. The staff have no clue. I asked if I could wash my ski jacked at check in and they offered me a tide pod and directions to the laundry room. So I put my jacket in the wash and come up to the room. I look in the closet and find washer and dryer. I call the front desk and the lady says "some units have it and some don't". I ask her if it changes frequently, as if it possible that washers jump from room to room, and she says yes. Never stay here.

I have never been to Aspen before so we decided to go for a belated birthday present for me and a Valentine's Day celebration at the end of February. We were trying to decide between here and Hotel Jerome and choose The Gant because of the fireplace in the room. It was a bit more than Hotel Jerome a night but seemed like it would be worth it. Upon arrival we checked in and it was pretty quick and easy; we were told we had been upgraded which was a surprise and seemed great, little did I know at the time. We walked over to the room to check it out which was close to the lobby, pool and cafe. Walked in and it kind of threw us off as the bed was in the living room and the living room was this little area off the main room. When I had looked at pictures online I hadn't seen that configuration. We dropped off our bags then went out to go grocery shopping, check out the city and grab dinner. When we got back to our room that night 1. It smelled AWFUL and I had to figure out the problem, which turned out to be the disposal. I called front desk let them know, they said they would send someone over. I ended up doing exactly what the maintenance guy would have done before he got there so he did nothing and told me to have the front desk in the morning write up a service request. 2. Went to throw some laundry in and there weren't any laundry detergent tabs or soap. I have Airbnb'd my house before and having laundry detergent is a basic considering this is a luxury condominium rental you would have thought they would have something for you to use inside the rental. So I had to call the front desk again to ask for that and go get them in 15 degree weather. When we had checked in and walked to our room there were wagons with snowboards and skis for rental near our room and I thought that was convenient for everyone staying there. Yet every morning very early, we would be woken up by the banging and such of them putting those wagons out for people to get their equipment to go ski or snowboard. The first morning we woke up I went to make coffee and breakfast. I couldn't find the salt and pepper and there was no liquid creamer for the coffee. So again I had to go to front desk to get salt and pepper and walk to cafe to get creamer. The last day we were there was the worst; the day before, after they had cleaned we couldn't find our little sign for privacy to try and sleep in. So Sunday around 11am they knocked on the door for housekeeping. I told them we were in the room and thought they would leave. They knocked again and I repeated myself. They knocked again so I went closer to the door and talked quite loudly telling them we were in there and I would call for service if we left (because we had planned to have a lazy day) and I figured they left. 5 minutes later they called me asking if I wanted service and by this point I'm really irritated because I've repeated myself 3 times and now they are calling me. I told them that I didn't have a sign on the door for privacy because it was missing and that I'd call for service when I wanted it. I then get a call an hour later from the housekeeping manager disturbing me to tell me that they put a do not disturb sign on my door which seemed kind of dumb. I'm finally relaxing and the front desk calls. So literally in the past few hours I'd had 3 knocks on the door, 2 calls and the wagons waking me up early. I ended up laying down for a nap later that afternoon and was almost asleep when another knock on the door comes (even though I have my privacy sign up) to drop off towels; which I appreciate yet I didn't need any and I was trying to nap. My relaxing weekend in Aspen seemed to not really happen as I wanted it to. I don't recommend The Gant but if you do stay there make sure you have the basics you'll need and if I end up in Aspen again you know I'll choose Hotel Jerome.

Well...check in was nice, however, after that, let's just say things were just okay. The Gant has a parking problem. They have valet, but your building could be a hike during a rain storm (I suppose they would shuttle you to your building). We were upgraded upon arrival, which was a plus, but oh my...the walls are so thin. Big downer. We were on the second floor of a three story building and heard every move of people above us who arrived at 2:30 am with no consideration of others. Throughout our stay, we knew when they were occupying unit. Our unit was nicely updated, but has some design issues. Would not choose to stay here again.

Let's see how to describe this hotel. Outside of the complete and utter useless and incompetent individuals working the desk, the real talent is at the reservations desk. I will start this by saying, I booked through Travelocity (that was my first mistake because those chimps make the Gant employees seem like Rhodes Scholars). When I tried to cancel my reservation with plenty of notice, I was jerked around like a 5 year old on a Merry go round (or a grown man at a special place in New York). I was lied to repeatedly and was told that I could not cancel a (refundable) reservation until the travelocity people cancelled through the hotel. Naturally the reservations department stopped answering when Travelocity called. I don't want to say that's outright fraud, but it's certainly a brilliant episode in employee incompetence and stupidity. Well done Gant, I'll stay with y'all again soon.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! I booked a deluxe 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo for us but requested a complimentary upgrade if available. They upgraded us to the 3 bedroom/3 bathroom premier condo that was tucked in the mountains. It was absolutely amazing. The condo was beautiful and spacious. The staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous. Upon check-in, we asked for good places to dance. After pointing out a few spots on the map, she also offered us late check-out the following day since we were going to have a late night. That is amazing customer service! Talk about anticipating guests' needs. Everyone staff member we interacted with was so nice and helpful. I would recommend this place to ANYONE going to Aspen, and I will definitely be back!

We stayed here on our honeymoon-it was mindblowing! We had a 2 bedroom/2 bath with a fireplace with plenty of wood, full kitchen (granite counter tops, high end appliances), a big balcony overlooking a huge mountain...it was perfect. And we hit City Market and were able to make a few meals in like breakfast and even Thanksgiving dinner! The staff is VERY sweet and the shuttle is fantastic. I would stay here again in a heartbeat-right in town, perfect for couples OR families!!!

The Gant is one of the best condos in Aspen by far. The service is first rate. The beds are so comfortable that it will be hard to leave. The location is good, and their shuttle will run you anywhere, including to/from Aspen Airport.

I really liked the shuttle service they were a big help getting us around and were always quick to come pick you up. A little disappointed that it only runs until 11 pm, puts a damper if you want to do some late night drinking but honestly its so close to down town its not a big deal. Place was very nice, couldn't really find anything to fault it on, loved the big bathroom and shower and a big plus was the super strong water pressure although this does cause water to leak all over the floor through the gap in the door. Our view was just ok but we were on the first floor so cant really complain, loved the fire place, cant be in Aspen without having a fire. Cleaning service was a little weird, we noticed they started skipping some things (empty glasses on the tv stand, dirty sinks, etc) when we called to complain they said they only do a complete condo clean once every 3 days the rest of the time is basically just bed and bathroom cleaning. Not really seeing the point in that, id say do it all or don't bother but not a big deal. I was a guest and not paying so I cant comment on the price but I did enjoy our stay.

Our second time staying at The Gant. We love the location and spacious accomodations. We are in a 2 bedroom that overlooks the pool. It's an easy few blocks to walk to town. Staff at The Gant couldn't be more friendly or helpful. We're looking forward to trying the new restaurant during our stay.

As soon as my boyfriend and I had arrived at The Gant, we were greeted by the extremely friendly and helpful staff. They had informed us that we had been upgraded to a much larger condo for no additional charge. We were thrilled. The second we walked into the condo, we fell in love. It was absolutely beautiful. Everything was cleaned to perfection, and it honestly felt like a home and not a hotel. The kitchen, the bathrooms, the bedrooms, the living room.. It was all so beautiful! I couldn't help but to brag to all my friends and family. However, once we got settled in, we decided to hit up the hot pools that The Gant is so famous for. As a matter of fact, that was the only reason I reserved a room at The Gant and drove almost four hours to get too. Unfortunately, both pools were CLOSED, even after I had been told by multiple staff members that they were going to be open. I headed up front immediately and the friendly staff that helped me when I first arrived were still working. They were extremely apologetic and helpful. In fact, the gentleman working there actually walked my boyfriend and I to the hotel next door so we could swim in their hot pool. We were so thankful! The next morning, the manager Meg had actually called our room and gave us a complementary stay for another night. I was overwhelmed with happiness! We got another night and the pool, which completely exceeded our expectations. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE AT THE GANT! We will definitely be back, and we will definitely be recommending you guys!

Fantastic! Upon arrival they had a packet with all of our ski rentals, lift cards and maps galore! They upgraded us to a 2 br, 2 ba condo that was incredibly comfortable with many amenities including washer/dryer, wood burning fireplace, dishwasher. Customer service was A+. Front desk and concierge were extremely helpful, friendly and happy. The Gant Vans run constantly and will take you around at no extra cost. One of our drivers, Zach, was excellent at giving us ideas for day trips, restaurants, etc... The conference center was in the process of being refurbished so we had to run back to our condo after our aprés hot tub in 20 degree temps, but the water was so hot it kept us warm en route. Lots of families - the heated pool is perfect year round for a dip or a game of Marco Polo with the kids. As a consolation prize for the conference center being closed, we had access to The Aspen Club. We didn't end up using it, but it was a wonderful amenity if you want additional work out/steam/hot tub/massage. Unfortunately, no bar or cafe in lobby or anywhere on premises. Would be even more amazing if they had a little place for people to gather to have a glass of wine, beer or hot chocolate. It was a little confusing as to whether it was a hotel or a group of individually owned condos - it sometimes didn't know what it wanted to be. Pros: location, comfort, accessibility, transportation, customer service size of unit, bedding, wifi, firewood, views gallore, warm, cozy, stainless steel appliances, friendly and happy staff. Cons: no pets allowed (unfortunately we were set to make a reservation for next year for the entire family including our little dog, but will have to book somewhere else, sadly), no robes in the rooms (but they provide shampoo, conditioner, lotion) so bring your own! thin walls and floors - could hear pretty much everything in the unit below us. Overall, The Gant was a BEAUTIFUL property and if they allowed pets, we'd be back yearly! Great for couples, families, groups, girls/guys weekends!

Best lodging Aspen has to offer!! Stayed for Shortsfest 2015 and am so glad I stay at the Gant. Front desk = INCREDIBLE. Location = tucked away, but close enough to walk to town and the ski hill. Pool and hot tub = awesome with a fire pit. Shuttle service = great. Rooms = exceptional. I would recommend the Gant to anyone coming to visit Aspen!

Great value for Aspen! Fantastic location- you can walk anywhere in town within minutes. Nice heated pool and spa. Roomy condos with fireplace. We had the two bedroom/two bathroom and there was more than enough space for everyone. Clean and beds were comfy. We took the kids and had a fantastic weekend. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout the weekend.

This quiet condo/hotel is top notch and right in the town of Aspen. The price (in early September) was great for the amount of space and service we got. The hotel upgraded us from a 2- to a 3- bedroom condo, complete with a kitchen that had just about everything we needed. We had a nice little porch that had a fairly good view of the mountain and we were just on the edge of town very near the bottom of the gondola. The hotel has two little buses that will drive you places on demand, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and our condo was well-furnished, clean, and lovely. We'll definitely be back.
