The Gantry London, Curio Collection by Hilton

The Gantry was one of my favorite hotel stays. Eight nights around the holidays. The hotel is chic and convenient. Our room was very well appointed. We started in the King and got Honors upgrade to a suite 3 days later when it was available. Staff was welcoming and made sure we had Hilton Honors privileges as it is a Curio collection hotel. Perfect for any West Ham matches or going to ABBA Arena. Stratford and Stratford International tube stations were a short walk away. Huge Westfield mall across the street for any needs. Sadek was a great host at Union Social restaurant. Everyone was lovely all week for the breakfast. Plenty of choices. Omelette station, full English, juices, fruit, breads and so one. The cappuccino maker was always busy!! It was a hit. Will be back again.

Wonderful stay at the Gantry! The hotel is new and stylish, with comfortable, spotless rooms. It’s in a great location — less than 10 minutes from King’s Cross and right next to a large shopping complex with plenty of stores and restaurants. Breakfast was excellent — great selection, fresh and beautifully presented, and an egg station where you can have your eggs just the way you like them 🍳. We had a lovely chat with the host Edita, who was friendly and made our mornings extra pleasant. The rooftop bar is a very nice bonus too! Highly recommended!

We stay at this hotel every time we’re in Stratford and it’s always great. The rooms are clean, spacious and have a lovely view. The service is excellent and all the staff are polite and friendly, especially Mr. Sadek from the breakfast team. He was incredibly welcoming and helpful and made my breakfast experience much easier while I was dealing with my 2 year old. He really took care of us. Thank you Mr. Sadek and all the staff! Definitely recommend this place!

The breakfast was well done. Seating could be faster but the food was good and the omelet chef and Sadek the server did a great job. I tried to reach the front desk via phone about 4 times during my stay and they didn’t pic up once! Crazy. Elevator bank has one lift that doesn’t go to the room floors which is difficult when there are so many guest in the hotel which results in delays. The room temperature was too hot and even though there is a control in the room it resets back to hot almost immediately. The hotel is too warm…

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant in London. The food was outstanding, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a great meal. A special mention goes to Davide, who made the evening exceptional. He was attentive, professional, and genuinely friendly from start to finish. His recommendations were spot on and he made us feel very well looked after. Highly recommended. I will definitely return.

Two day stay on a leisure trip to London - hotel perfectly placed for our visits to ABBA Voyage & Camden Town. Great ambience in the hotel, pleasing decor throughout. Room very spacious and exceptionally quiet - virtually no disturbance from either internal corridor noise or external city noise. All staff were polite, pleasant and welcoming. Special mention to Sadek (Union Social breakfast)….attentive, offering service with a smile. What could be improved???…. for me, the food served at breakfast. Fabulous choice, however the temperature was lacking. Barely warm would be the best way to describe the eggs, bacon, hash browns and tomato. Such as shame as otherwise would have been a 5* review.

Absolutely loved my stay here. I stayed as it was convenient to get to an event at the O2 (a 15 min walk to Stratford station and just a couple of stops to the O2). Service: everyone was super super friendly and helpful. Everyone went out of their way to give amazing customer service. Room: really clean, stylish, and comfortable. My room was next to the lifts but I couldn’t hear them at all. Hotel: I used the coffee shop for breakfast in the morning, the coffee was amazing and the pistachio croissant is my strong recommendation. Only two downsides: the gym is super small. There were already two people in there when I went so I couldn’t use everything I wanted to. There is a water machine downstairs to fill your ice bucket and water jug for your kettle. This was kind of annoying but not a huge issue. Even without an event to go to, I will be staying again as it was a joy to be there.

The Hotel Overall was quite comfortable. I enjoyed a weekend stay with my daughter. The service on the first night was truly lovely, making us feel welcomed. However, on the second day, the cleaning service didn't tidy our room, which was a bit disappointing after a long day exploring the city—you just really want to relax in your room. On a positive note, the breakfast and staff in the restaurants were fantastic. The location was convenient, making it easy to get to downtown and explore.
