The yoga studio has very good vibes. The high ceiling and plants add awesome energy to the class. Fabian was amazing! 45 minutes power yoga went by pretty swiftly. I had a great time. Hands down best yoga class I ever had.

Glamorous converted warehouse with a warm atmosphere. The studio is in a quiet street in Poble Sec. Teachers and staff speak English, classes might be in Spanish though, so check before booking! Veronica’s Vinyasa class is definitely recommended if you master basic Spanish!

Beautiful yoga studio. Veronica's vinyasa class is fantastic. I am familiar with vinyasa but don't speak Spanish, Veronica was very accommodating and welcoming. Wonderful experience.

Did 2 hatha classes with the multilingual Elise. Lots of emphasis on breathing and posture, good corrections and gives alternatives if injured. Great space too. I've been doing hatha, ashranga and yin yoga on and off since the 90s and this was one of the best. Merci !

El espacio es muy bonito y lleno de energía especial. Las clases de yoga son simplemente genial. Ir allí practicar sobre la esterilla es uno de mis mejores momentos durante la semana. Gracias a todo el equipo!
