This place is HUGE and such a nice retreat from the heat outdoors. There are two distinctive sides filled with restaurants and a couple shops including a few bars. Service at each restaurant I tried was phenomenal. I went on a weekday (Monday) so it wasn't terribly busy, but there were people inside eating. I tried the Hot Honey Fried Lobster sandwich from J's Lobster & Fish Market. It was $24. Although the bun was soggy at the bottom, it was a tasty morsel if you like lobster. I couldn't taste the hot honey, but the lobster was enjoyable. They served it with cole slaw and a mixture of two different potato chips. I would have enjoyed the cole slaw more on the side than in the basket alongside the lobster roll since it became warm. Service was quick and it was a large portion. I also tried the Greek Style Fries from Mama Fofo's for $9.95. It was a generous portion and some of the best fries I've ever had actually. Covered with a lemon-type of dressing drizzled over the top along with feta cheese, it was exactly what I had hoped for. I enjoyed every last french fry! I also tried the pork/leek dumplings from Lil' Dumplings Noodle Bar. I got about 4 large dumplings covered in chili sauce, onions, and a few other fun toppings. It was medium heat, it says 2 out of 10 on the board. I found them to be a bit spicier, but very tasty and filling. $14.88 for a serving. There are plenty of tables, long ones, tall tables, and other areas to sit for individuals, couples or groups. There are also a set of restrooms, ATM, and a parking pay station inside. Plenty of parking right on site - $6 for up to 3 hours.

First time being here. It is worth the trip. There are so many food options. The food is very good at every place we visited. If you have a group of people that all want something different, this is the place for you!

This place is such a cool idea. I love the variety of food options. My husband and I walked around when we first arrived to just see everything they had. I went with a delicious Venezuelan place called Azucar Morena. I appreciated that they could accommodate my dairy allergy along with my gluten allergy. I had the most delicious chicken corn pancake sandwich. It was so flavorful. The guy working there who could be on of the owners was fantastic. Super friendly and helped with my allergy question. Also helped me pronounce some of Venezulan words correctly. My husband went with pizza from Abbiocco Pizzeria. He really enjoyed it, but a medium is a pretty large pizza for one person. The Garage Food Hall is a cool idea and I'd definitely come back.

Google
This place was So Good!! My daughter and I were looking for somewhere to have lunch and her fiance suggested The Garage. I got the Pig Pen and she got Mexican style food. I loved that there was an array of options as she wanted something different than I did however it met both of our accommodations in a fun vibrant atmosphere! The food was amazing and huge huge portions!! We will definitely return when in the area! 😋

Google
THIS IS THE SPOT!!! Great food options for all, and not your standard food court chains. We’re talking about grade a local cuisine and drinks. I had the papusas and my girlfriend had the poke bowl! Soooo good. We’re going to try and come back for some Cuban coffee 🤩

Google
We were in town for the Indy 500 and was looking for somewhere to grab food and drinks when we saw the Garage. So glad we made the stop to check it out, such a variety of food/drinks to choose from that would satisfy everyone in your group, there was a sweet shop to snoop with some fun gifts to bring home, and we were there on the right day to enjoy the live music outside on the patio area, and we tried our driving skills with a little family race simulators. So much fun, when we visit again we’ll be hitting the Garage for sure.

Google
This is a food court for adults: a moodier atmosphere, much wider gourmet selection, and grown-up drinks. I had a shrimp roll on toasted bun. So many shrimp it took two hands to keep them in place--they kept trying to fall out all over the place. Delicious! Theroll came with one of the best cole slaws I've ever had and a bunch of chips, both regular and BBQ. Everyone at the table scattered to buy at the place of their choice. We meet back at the table to eat together. I think only one out of the four of us was able to finish the meal we got, so the servings are generous all around. My server was excellent.

Google
This place is amazing. So many choices for food, you can please everyone in a group outing. From English food to New England to Mexico and Asian, there is a variety to choose from. The atmosphere is amazing. Warm, hip and welcoming. The BBQ was very good, except the Mac and cheese was a bit bland. The English food was delish and the Mac and cheese from the New England booth was creamy, very good with a paprika topping. Highly recommend this place, especially on a date night or group outing.

Yelp
This place is great! Theres a plethora of options, truly something for everyone. Out baby lost her shoe ans even though it wasn't found the staff were really nice and put an alert over their walkie talkies to look for it and we appreciated that. It is really crowded, loud. A little hard to find a table. If the weather is nice I think better to grab food and go for a walk. But we had a great time looking at all the options and trying a little here a little there!

Yelp
LOTS OF DINING OPTIONS IN INDIANAPOLIS ================================================ Food Halls are great when you have more than one person who is isn't in the mood for the same type of food that you are. My husband and I parked near The Garage Food Hall before walking down Mass Avenue all the way to the Downtown Indianapolis area, but it was too early for lunch. We knew we wanted to go back for lunch one day. We visited on August 8, 2025 and I picked La Chinita Poblana for my choice. I am used to really good Mexican food in L.A., but I was feeling daring. I ordered a canita taco and blood orange margarita. The onions as you can see from my photo should be cut up in smaller pieces, but that's just what I am used to when I want a taco in L.A.. The blood orange margarita was so good that I ordered a second one. Thankfully my husband doesn't drink so I always have a designated driver. I don't even recall what my husband chose, but I'd go back. It was about a half mile from my son's place. Parking was a bit of a pain when we were there. The automated parking machines were not working at all, but we called the Parking Company and they just said to just leave car and not worry about it.

Yelp
Something for everyone. Hit the Garage at 700 on a Friday night and it was expectedly noisy and crowded. Seemed to settle down around 800 and you could have an actual conversation. We tried the British fish and chips place and the Brazilian sandwich next door. Both were good if not great, but filled the need.

Yelp
Eat here at The Garage Food Hall and then bar hop Mass Ave all the way to 16-Bit Bar+Arcade (bar with a slide, free skiball, games, etc). They have vegan options too! Parking is metered.

Yelp
I really enjoy going to the Garage. I appreciate the options and the variety. There is always someone working to keep everything clean. I have bought some of the Herculean meals a few times, I had some really good ice-cream but I have a hard time time trying the other restaurants because I always end up getting the "works" from the lobster place. It's SOOO good! I think there is something here for everyone.
google avatar

Devon B.

Yelp
The selection here was really large! Our food was good and the workers were nice at the different restaurants. There was plenty of seating and it was clean. The look of the place was nice and there was parking close to the entrance. Would definitely recommend coming here for lunch or dinner!

Yelp
Truly amazed by this food hall! I've never seen so many options! We came with my family of 13 and everyone loved it and was stuffed. I got the Brazilian street food spot YUM! Would absolutely get the chicken sandwhich again and fries were cooked perfectly. Other got the Greek place and gave it about a 5/10 didn't love, others got açaí bowls and loved too. I was so tempted to try something from everywhere. So many bars, seats, stands, and definitely something for everyone. Parking was not free but lots of options and close. We also did the esports car racing and had a lot of fun with that too. Also a cute gift shop inside that was perfect for some funny trinket Christmas gifts. Would definitely go back!

Yelp
Took a group of teens and 40 year-olds up on a Saturday night. It was loud,it was busy and it was fun. Lots of food options, we were bummed so many places where out of their main food items at 7 on a Saturday night. We tried several places and I think the Brazilian place was our favorite. We enjoyed the environment and the live dj music.

Yelp
Great place with lots of options! Our family of five enjoyed food from Asian, to Italian, to seafood. All followed by some great ice cream from Lick.

Yelp
First time visiting Indy's food hall. The vibe and options are great but unfortunately, each of us were slightly underwhelmed by our food selections. The food just didn't taste fresh or very out-of-the box in flavor. We all left feeling slightly unsatisfied. The people are the venezuelan restaurant were super nice though. As for my beef Cachapa, the beef was very good and super well seasoned, it was the pancake that was offputting to me. Usually I would get these very hot and moist with melted queso fresco, but this was dry and lacking in that classic sweet corn flavor.

Yelp
We came here for dinner and really enjoyed it! We had a range of ages from 7 months to 60+, so it was a great way to satisfy everyone's palates. I went to Lil' Dumplings Noodle Bar and would definitely go again. I also got a glass of wine at Axel's. Hubby loved his Greek salad from the mediterranean restaurant. Our granddaughter got fish 'n chips. There was a pretty big crowd during dinner time, but it was easy to fine a table too. It's a great place to go to eat to make everyone happy!
google avatar

Yelp
I have to give The Garage Food Hall five stars because there is so much to enjoy here. There are a ton of food options. There is a place for wine, there is a place for cocktails and there is a place for beer. The food hall has a great vibe and it's clean. It has a lot to offer. I can tell you on the weekends in the evening this place is HOPPING! It's like a big party! Not only is it a great spot to check out this and that if you are staying across the way at Bottleworks, but clearly it's also a weekend party place for locals. I'm pleased to see food halls like this succeed. It seems The Garage Food Hall offers what folks are looking for during the day and into the evening.

Yelp
A group of nine of us stopped by GFH on a Saturday night to get some food and drinks before heading to karaoke, and I'm so glad we did. GFH has something for everyone, no matter how picky they are. Some of our party opted for bolder choices like Dan Dan noodles, while others went for classics like fish & chips. There are options ranging from Indian food, to American seafood, to Greek food, and more. All of us were happy with our choices, and the portions were all fairly generous for the price. If you're going out with a group in Indy, consider Garage Food Hall!

Yelp
The Garage Food hall never disappoints with the many different options on food restaurants all in one spot. I had decided to try some Thai food when I came this time and it was delicious and the price was great. They allowed me to get the lunch portion even though it was dinner time and it came with a lot for the price I paid. The service was great here. I love how it is a lot of seating in the garage hall and it gives off a calm atmosphere.
google avatar

Yelp
I'd say this is a pretty nice spot definitely a tourist spot. I think it is a great addition to the city and offers a lot of things for people to do like the variety actually for all ages. I do feel like the drinks and such were a little pricey, but that's usually expected in a popular tourist spot. Other than that, I don't have any complaints. It was not overcrowded and it was plenty of space to spray out and find other things to do. I think some nice arcade game editions would really set it off, but other than that, I would definitely be back!

Yelp
Had some family come into town and we all wanted something a bit different for lunch so we went to the Garage. Lots of great choices to be had. I tried J's lobster and fish market. I tried the ARROZ CON CAMARONES. It was different than expected as their queso was not at all what I had experienced before. The dish was good, but I probably would not order it again due to the queso. I'd definitely try J's again. Others in our party had everything from Asian food to Brazilian, as well as grilled chicken kabobs. I saw many restaurants I would like to try. One could go to the Garage many times and not eat at the same restaurant twice for quite some time, and then there are many different dishes at each. I saw someone with chicken tenders that looked outstanding. Open seating and a bit crowded but we found a table without much trouble. Parking was paid and for us visiting on the weekend it was $6. I think they may provide parking validation if one goes to the theater. I will definitely return. Great choice for folks who like different foods but want to have a meal together. Apologies no pics this time.

Yelp
Lots of different options. Great environment. Would go back to try something new. Vegan ice cream was amazing!

Yelp
So many different eateries to choose from. We took our family and each of us were able to find a meal that we were happy with. Clean and friendly workers, they even helped bring us a high chair! Loved the food that we ate and we will definitely return to taste more!

Yelp
Love, love, love. So many options for food and drink. Lively atmosphere and great people behind every booth. Highly recommend for lunch if you have a group with different preferences!

Yelp
Such a neat place! Came here with a group of friends to celebrate a birthday and it was so neat to see the diverse selections. As a table, we got Indian food, fish and chips, a cuban sandwich, poke, and BBQ. Most places take your phone number so you can get a text when your order is ready. Parking and tables to accommodate our group were a little tough to find, but it is expected on a Saturday night when the weather is nice. Can't wait to try some more new foods one day!
google avatar

Yelp
Fast and effective and lots of options . the food came out in less than 30 min we had a party of 5 . Everything was right server was friendly

Yelp
I know I know, everyone else thinks this place is great. Don't get me wrong, I love the concept, I love the variety of offerings, I love the ambiance... unfortunately, so far, the food has been quite disappointing. I was so excited to be able to try all kinds of food, but it has just been one mediocre to bad meal after the other. I guess the blame falls onto the individual vendors, but it just reflects badly. And I am about to give up on it completely. And of course that there is no free parking to be found in the entire area.
google avatar

Brian D.

Yelp
While researching dining spots in the Indy area, prior to our trip, The Garage came up a lot so we had to try it. This is a neat concept that would be great in our area. I liked the options of different walk up food spots and one open area to dine. my wife chose Just Chicken and I picked Gaucho's Fire. Our meals were good and service was great. If you are in the Indianapolis area this is a must try.
google avatar

Sylvia M. W.

Yelp
It's hard to rate a food hall because you can get great service and food at one spot, and the opposite at the place next to it. But generally, we enjoyed this food hall. I liked that all of their food counters weren't the same. There were multiple burger shops or taco shops, but they were all very different and unique. Any cuisine you're hungry for can probably be found here!
google avatar

Devona S.

Yelp
Perfect time is before 12:30pm on a Saturday, crowd doesn't start coming in until around then. Didn't have to wait in line at all. Very casual and rustic vibe with beer and drinks offered to walk around with. As for the food, tried the seafood place and wasn't a fan. The lobster hoagie had little to no lobster and completely lacked flavor, however the hushpuppies were some of the best hushpuppies I've ever tried. Also got a sandwich from yoke that was decent but nothing special. The fries were the star of the show from yoke. Lick ice cream was super cute, love the flavors and great surface.

Victoria G.

Yelp
Mama Fofo's Greek shop is always amazing. (5 stars) The gyro meal is great and the baklava is delish! I haven't tried anything but these two items but I'm sure everything you order from them would be fantastic! Super nice woman (the restaurant is named for her grandmother) always takes my order and asks how I've been and is the kind of cheerful, fun person I wished lived next door to me. On the other hand, The Harbour (fish and chips) was not so much. The "lump" crab cakes were so so. We ordered the steak fries because neither of us like crinkle cut fries and yet after announcing this as we ordered, they gave us crinkle cut which we threw away. My daughter and I were sharing a couple of fish tacos from one shop and the crab cakes from The Harbour. When I went back up to the order desk to ask for a second plastic fork, I was told I should go ask for one at the place I just ordered the tacos. I thought this was extremely rude. I'm not sure how much a plastic fork would cost (a quarter?) but he certainly lost me as a customer. By the way, the taco shop next door saw what happened and, with a smile, generously gave me a plastic fork before I even asked. The Harbour (2 stars maybe for the crab cakes zero stars for service.)

Yelp
What an incredible find, The Garage is a huge, multi cultural food hall with a very cool industrial look. It was so hard for me to pin down what I wanted, did I want seafood? Greek? Mexican? BBQ? The options seemed limitless but I finally decided on a tofu bowl from Poke Guru (miso sesame sauce, carrots, cucumber and avocado, soy, pickled red onion & wasabi peas). While I was waiting for that I looked over and saw garlic naan from Chapati Beta and had to get an order of that too. Everything was incredibly fresh, beautifully presented and delicious. I would definitely come back here to try other food stalls! Oh and one other thing, I dont know if it was the time of day I was there or what, but this is an introverts dream. You can choose to order with a person or do it all via phone/kiosk and just go pick up. It was wonderful.
google avatar

Stacie B.

Yelp
This was a fun spot to try a 'hipster' food court and check out various more unusual items. I loved the variety and the uniqueness and was able to try several foods that I can't get in other places. The atmosphere is fun although it is a typical food court meaning it is a lot of tables in the center with food around the edges, so it can get loud and not as great for conversation. But for a casual meet up it is great! There is parking all around and we were quick to find a spot, but do keep that in mind. I think this would be an excellent spot if you lived close to walk to for a casual meet up and meal! All enjoyed the outing and definitely something to check out.

Yelp
Downtown Mass Ave has changed so much since my last visit. There is so much to do and see. One of the best recent additions is The Garage Food Hall which is part of the historic Coca Cola bottle company. The buildings have been restored and converted to a hotel, restaurants, and much more. The facility was a little hard to find because there is no big sign, so we walked around the block before we found it. Wow! So many independent vendors make The Garage a true melting pot of international foods. I saw Greek, Mexican, Peruvian, Asian fusion, Indiana, pizza, burgers, seafood, a bar and so much more. There are many tables located throughout the center of the facility. This is a perfect place to bring family or a large group that all want different foods. Everybody can find what they want. Prices range from under $10 to $40 for lunch/dinner. A few of the vendors have kids menus, too. There is also a barber shop and gift shop in the complex. The facility is pristine, but casual, and attracts locals and tourists. During our visit, many people showed up for lunch. We had a hard time picking a vendor to try, but did and enjoys our lunch. I can't wait to go back. There is s parking lot behind the building or inexpensive street parking along Mass Ave.

Yelp
Is it a bit on the pricey side? Yes. You have to judge each eatery inside on its own merits... I have yet to find anything "cheap" per se. But this place has so many delicious choices and a great vibe. I haven't tried ALL the eateries inside yet but believe me, I'm going to try. It's a really cool place to go with friends so everyone can choose what they want and then grab a table and sleep comfortable talking and laughing and sharing.
google avatar

Brittany S.

Yelp
I love how diverse the food is. They have something for everyone. It's also a nice place to come and just hang out with friends or family.
google avatar

Nicole L.

Yelp
Super cool food hall! We grabbed some apps and poke bowls at Rolli. Looks like they host a game night social on Tuesday nights so a bunch of board games got set up around tables for everyone to play. Love that there are so many vendors under one roof. Awesome place to come hang out with friends or meet new ones on game night!
google avatar

Allen A.

Yelp
Great restaurants inside with a lot of selection and reasonable prices for what it is. It ia great for a group!!
google avatar

Katie P.

Yelp
Everyone needs to come here! This is such an awesome concept and the layout is huge with so much seating! They had so many different restaurants and ethic options that you cannot go hungry! The options are endless and we would love to try more restaurants next time! We definitely did try quite a few and they all were delicious!
google avatar

Yelp
We were just in town for a short get away! The garage is an awesome spot! We went for dinner here on our first night! Highly recommended this place.
google avatar

Monica M.

Yelp
Awesome spot with every type of cuisine you can think of! Huge selection, tons of seating. I had the Works lobster roll from the lobster spot and it was great. A little pricey for the portion but was still good. There is everything from a bar to ice cream here. Something for everyone!
google avatar

Allison B.

Yelp
I love places like this! Food vendors set up in an old Coca-Cola plant. We had a lobster roll, patty melt, and chicken ramen. Everything was very good and the building is beautiful. Parking in the lot is $6 and all food choices are around $15/$20. It can be a bit pricey, but the food and atmosphere are awesome! Highly recommend.
google avatar

Thama P.

Yelp
This place is a total vibe! I've eaten here several times and at different stands/restaurants! There are some I like more than others but that's just a preference thing, because it's all delicious eating! I've had dumplings, crab cakes, baklava all from different places and it's so good! The place is always clean even with all the people around. It is a little on the pricier side, but worth the deliciousness!
google avatar

Kate A.

Yelp
Ate at J's Lobster & Fish Market and the lobster roll was super delicious. Had lots of flavor and great roll text. The fries had a great seasoning on them. Friendly service.
google avatar

Alfredo C.

Yelp
Everything about this place was OUTSTANDING. I really enjoyed the hype atmosphere. It was packed, and we struggled to find a table, but it was worth it. Everyone I talked to was extremely nice and pleasant. We decided on the lobster roll for her and the Brazilian meat lover's fries for me. The lobster roll was bland and lacking in flavor; it was cooked well but just missing something. The chips were slightly stale, as if they were lying out. However, the steak fries were phenomenal, cooked perfectly with the chimichurri topping it off. They were so good that we got seconds after the lobster roll. The Garage was great!

Yelp
Absolutely a go-to when you are in Indianapolis. I was told multiple times to go here, so I am telling you the same. The Garage is centered amongst tons of other shops, bars, and hotels in downtown. It occupies a previous Coca Cola bottling plant; and all around on the buildings it says garage, so it makes sense why the entire area is called the garage! Inside is a mix of food and beverage spots. So many it could make your head spin a little bit. So once you've come back down to earth, breathe, and walk around and take in all the amazing and local places! I loved the variety of restaurants and I finally settled on Y social! Such a tucked in spot with a variety of salads and bowls. The people were so nice and I got the taco bowl with Spinach. Super filling and so good! Overall the garage and this area are a must go to in the area. Tons of seating, food, and good vibes!
google avatar

Alex B.

Yelp
YOU NEED TO CHECK THIS PLACE OUT! The atmosphere was vibrant, welcoming, and incredibly family-friendly. It's the perfect spot for a group outing, especially if everyone has different cravings. The food options were endless--from savory international dishes to classic comfort foods and creative desserts. Everyone in our group found something they loved, and the casual, open seating made it easy to relax and enjoy the time together. If you're looking for a place that combines variety, quality, and a fun (nearby movie theater and duck pin bowling), laid-back environment, this food hall is a must-visit!

Yelp
Great for a group meet up or a family dinner! Think food court on steroids with patio/hightop/lounge/bar type seating. After being in the car for hours it was a great find for weary travelers. Everyone can find something. It was actually hard to make a choice. Our crew spilt up. Greek and Seafood were on the menu. Both were good. The gyro had juice meat with soft pita and the right amount of veggies. I didn't actually get to try the falafel I ordered. The snatch of said falafel reported it was good! Kids were able to get their wiggles out in the green space. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. There is parking right next to the GARAGE with hourly parking.

Yelp
Good choice of food. Very clean. A lot of places to sit. A lot of things to do. Fun place to hang out.
google avatar

Yelp
We brought a toddler and baby here and it was surprisingly kid friendly. They had high chairs for regular tables and high tops. Lots of options kids would eat and we saw lots of other kids there. It's a bit loud, but it also hid if my kids were loud. The attendant cleaning tables was super polite, fast, and friendly too.

Yelp
There are so many different eateries to choose from in Garage Food Hall. If we lived closer, I think my family would go there a lot. The times we have been have been great. The last time was over Christmas break when my sister was also in town. I got a gigantic empanada, one of my daughters got a poke bowl, my sister got fried salmon, my husband got Greek food, my other child got sushi. On top of that, cocktails, wine, and beer are available for the adults! There aren't many choices out there where there is truly something for everyone, so I love Garage Food Hall for that.

Yelp
I had been to The Garage once before and didn't love it, but I wanted to give it another chance. I really like the fact that there are several restaurant options to choose from. I was really wanting a burger so we went to Clancy's burger and I was honestly not the biggest fan. There wasn't anything special with the bun and the meat was a little dry, but perhaps if I had tried something else it would've been more enjoyable. I'm definitely not a burger connoisseur but I've had better burgers. I do like the vibes of The Garage and because there are so many other restaurants I would be willing to try it again!
