Beautiful mall with some high-end and some mid range shops. The shopping mall is for anyone to enjoy or just window shop. The elegance the cleanliness and the options are great to enjoy if you’re visiting or live in the area. There is also other retail shops across the street so this is a great location and a great mall to visit. This is my first time and I will always remember coming here and enjoying the sites. We also ate at the restaurant that they have to offer.

The Gardens Mall is my go-to spot for a relaxed and enjoyable shopping day. The variety of stores is impressive, and the atmosphere feels upscale yet welcoming. I love the easy parking and friendly staff everywhere. My visit with my grandma felt special—makes shopping a real pleasure!

Visited from Vermont; went to Build A Bear with our children. The Mall itself is absolutely beautiful… the statues is what I love most about it.

Wow! Beautiful, clean and everything anyone could want under one roof (Tiffany’s to Macy’s) This is a truly beautiful, high-end mall that’s clearly thriving. Everything is super clean, well-maintained, and just feels upscale. There are water features and fountains inside and outside which really adds to the atmosphere. Tons of natural light, open spaces, and just an overall inviting vibe. The place is nearly fully occupied with top-tier retail stores and major department chains, including Saks Fifth Avenue, Nordstrom and numerous upscale brands. The landscaping around the property is also spot-on—very lush and well-kept. It wasn’t packed when I went on a weekday afternoon. There is plenty of seating scattered throughout, so it’s easy to kick back and enjoy the surroundings, especially with all the water features adding to the peaceful feel. It felt super safe, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. If you're in the southeastern Florida area, I’d definitely recommend checking it out. Honestly, even if you're not shopping, the fountains alone are worth the visit. This might be one of the most visually stunning malls not just in the country, but anywhere.

Google
This mall is absolutely beautiful with a great mix of high-end and mid-range shops, something for everyone! Whether you're looking to shop or just stroll and window shop, it’s a fun and relaxing spot. The place is super clean, elegant, and has tons of great options, perfect if you’re visiting or live nearby. There are even more stores right across the street, so the whole area’s a shopper’s dream. It was my first time visiting, and between the sights and the nice restaurant we ate at, it’s definitely a spot I’ll remember!

Yelp
The Gardens Mall is my go-to mall. In the age of online purchasing and retail, this mall has a lot of appeal between the food court, its roster of stores such as L'Occitaine and other high-end boutiques such as Gucci and Louis Vuton and large scale chains such as Nordstrom's and Macys and Bloomingdale's. Parking is easy and once you figure out what stores you want to check out, knowing the location for entry is better unless you are looking to get your steps. The overall look is modern and appealing, unlike many malls that can look quite dated and stuck in the 80s. The Gardens Mall is constantly full of retailers and foot traffic, making it a vibrant and dare I say fun mall when you need to pick up an item or just want to shoot the breeze.

Yelp
My husband, our 2 Service Dogs and I were shopping in the Mall last week, when I discovered that the pocket attached to my phone had fallen off. It had my drivers license, MC and AmEx in it, plus a few receipts. I tried to retrace my steps, but after the first stop, knew that I'd never be able to complete that task, so I called Mall Security. Sure enough, someone had found it and turned it in to Security‼ Thank you to that honest person, and to Mall Security, for your kindness and help in what could have turned into a hot mess for me.

Yelp
The Gardens Mall is pretty cool. Not as upscale as Boca Mall, but I do love visiting. I always find what I'm looking for. They have nice events often (the event pictured was a breast cancer awareness event partnered with Lily Pulitzer). I love the Nordstrom Cafe for lattes (if you're over Starbucks like me lol). I also love the food options! Chick-Fil-A, duh! Califormia Pizza Kitchen is a nice sit-down option. There's Brio, PF Changs, Tap 42, the Tommy Bahamas bar, etc. Shake Shack is a wonderful (although expensive) burger. Salads at the salad place are hearty and delicious. I also love the ice cream from H.D. I also appreciate the ample parking and the security. There is nothing that could make me go to Wellington Mall. lol I'll tell you that much. So Gardens Mall is the way to go. Another review giving it to you straight, no chaser! Enjoy! ;)

Yelp
Bloomies ... the death of retail. Good retail is part product and all experience. Bloomies used to be the gold standard. If you were an earnest shopper/buyer they made you feel special to be buying there. The departments were staffed by the best and most informed in the trade. Today I returned to the store a second time trying to replace all of our pots and pans (coated) with the safer stainless (non coated-healthier) kind. After a second frustrating visit I went up the Mall to Williams Sonoma and in 15 minutes had the entire order for All Clad cookware and a new friend in their staff. I wish the thousands went to Bloomies to make them better. It didn't.

Yelp
I love The Gardens Mall! Especially around the holidays. The mall has great food court options, with a wide variety ranging from Mexican food to salads to smoothies to Italian food and more. Around the holidays, they decorate the mall very beautifully and young kids can come take photos with Santa and beautiful decor. There are festive Christmas statues, trees and lights to be enjoyed. There is a good variety of both higher end stores as well as everyday type stores that can be enjoyed. I look forward to coming back to the mall soon for more shopping!

Yelp
The GARDENS MALL has completely changed. The vibe is completely different. Shorter mall hours assure safety though and that's nice. Service selection and value are four star.
google avatar

Leesa T.

Yelp
The Gardens Mall is still a solid five star. I visited during the holiday season and it was even more festive and fun than most malls. The mall offers a variety of shops. There is something for everyone from average to luxury prices. The Palm Beach police and mall security were located in the parking area during this visit. It felt extremely safe and comfortable walking to and from my car. Overall, if you don't want to shop online and are in the holiday spirit, check out the Gardens Mall. Santa is waiting in the center near the fountain.

Yelp
I'm not sure why this store was not listed at this location. It's in the Palm Beach Gardens mall with tons of other stores and this is one of the main entrances and larger stores. It's two stories, and if you park at the bottom, you get men's and ladies shoes, fragrancex, skin care, purses and jewelry. That's really all I need so I've never even been upstairs. Whenever you walk in you're usually greeted right away and sales associates are very eager to help you. To the point sometimes it could be annoying if you just wanna smell a few different scents but everyone works on commission, so I understand it. For skin care, they have Dior, Chanel, the La Prarie , and some more high-end skin care. They also have racks for their shoes on clearance. And I believe once a month they have specials where if you spend $250 you get a $50 gift card. And you could use that gift card on Chanel items which most places you cannot use any kind of discounts towards Chanel

Yelp
The Gardens Mall in Palm Beach Florida is the perfect place to shop and to dine. There are plenty of stores from inexpensive to high end. There are plenty of places to dine and relax.

Yelp
Such a beautiful mall. You have a large amount of stores. A lot of high end shops. There is a food court
google avatar

Veronica T.

Yelp
The mall is clean and well kept. The security guards are super friendly. I was surprised the stores were busy during the week. There are a lot of sales throughout the mall. The santa area is already set up and well decorated for the Christmas season. The Apple store was the busiest store as usual and it is highly recommended to have an appointment or you will have to wait hours before you can get assistance.
google avatar

Omlee C.

Yelp
This mall is huge and has a great selection of stores. The mall is very modern and super organized! It has the best food court even including a chick fil a that I haven't seen before in a food court! I will come back when I have the chance too, even if that's in a while.

Yelp
Had a Great Afternoon at the Gardens Mall while waiting for a Friend. Very nice and Clean. Wonderful stores and the information desk was very helpful. Wonderful place to wonder and explore. While getting your shop on. As always your Favorite Gay Realtor and Mobile Notary Mark Wootton.

Yelp
This two story mall is easy to navigate and the anchor stores are: Macy's, Nordstrom, Saks, Bloomingdale's & Sears. I thought Sears closed their stores but this one is open. Restaurants include: PF Chang's, California Pizza Kitchen, Brio and Cooper's Hawk. I didn't go into the food court but I know they have a Chipotle and Shake Shack along with the usual places that you can find in any mall. I didn't walk through the entire mall but I did spend some time (and money) in Nordstrom and I had lunch at PF Chang's. I will write separate reviews for both. This is a beautiful mall; it's not only clean but it's well maintained. Security guards patrol the parking lots and I saw quite a few walking around inside the mall as well. I have been advised by my police friends to stay far away from the Boca mall; not all the crime statistics are publicly reported as the mall has a PR team in place, but bad things are happening all the time; including shootings, muggings and multiple sex trafficking attempts. I went to the Wellington mall a few times and although I liked the mall; as a single woman shopping alone, I did not feel safe. In fact, I didn't see any security, inside the mall and definitely zero security in the parking lots. The Gardens mall has plenty of security in place; both in and out of the mall. Additionally, if you are uncomfortable, security will drive you to your car without any hassle. I don't enjoy malls, but I will be coming back here at some point since my three favorite stores have locations here; Kate Spade, Michael Kors and Bath and Body Works. This is a very nice mall and in my opinion, they offer the most security and that's important. Safety is key and always be aware of your surroundings.

Yelp
I had not been to this mall in years. We used to go all the time when visiting Jupiter and we loved it. It has completely changed. The stores are very upscale, high end. The prices were very high. Many of our favorite stores were gone replaced with some stores I never heard of. Although still very pretty, not at all what I expected.
google avatar

Andrew W.

Yelp
Very clean & safe place to shop. Has a good variety of quality stores along with the name brand stores that you trust & count in. Security is active throughout the mall, giving you a real sense of safety & security. Some might say that the stores are too high end for the everyday budget, you have to ask yourself, do I want to purchase the item once or several times. These so-called high end stores offer the hidden value & assurance that you are getting true quality & in reality, they are saving you money in the long term.

Yelp
PROS: very nice mall with a ton of upscale and semi-upscale stores. Everything is clean and people who work here are nice. Parking was easy to get and security is always buzzing around CONS: there were no bathrooms anywhere to be found in the mall. Even by the food court. Also 95% of stores opened at noon on the weekend which isn't good for early birds OVERALL: I would definitely go to this mall again if I'm in the area. Just go in the afternoon and use the bathroom at home
google avatar

Yelp
A 2 story mall that is definitely upscale. Anchored by MACY'S,NORDSTROM,SAKS FIFTH AVENUE, and BLOOMINGDALE'S plus a ton of additional stores. Also there is a Brio' s Italian Grill, Tap 42, P.F. Chang, and Cooper's Hawk restaurants..
google avatar

Yelp
It's cute it's a cute mall. I live in Loxahatchee and I make the drive over- they have a Hamilton, a Gucci, a Chanel, an omega a Nordstrom's its good for your essentials. I'm actually taking a star off cause the food court is not impressive - they do have a copper hawks though !

Yelp
Hard to find proper store directory Nobody to ask for help By the time I left mall 3 hours after party in a stuff, was very dark out. Had trouble finding my car and nobody in a cart to help. A lady can get harmed locating car in dark of night with bad lighting Should I'm price signage snd lighting in this mall

Erika S.

Yelp
the managers at this store is unprofessional Shane on Gucci. It is like shopping at Foot Pocker!
google avatar

Karen N.

Yelp
This is an absolutely beautiful mall. Lush greenery with flowing water fountains throughout. It looked a little odd seeing Sears amongst the high end stores. The food court had a nice selection, but I would have thought there would have been more restaurant choices.
google avatar

Cindy W.

Yelp
So very clean and well kept, fabulous stores, a very useful and welcoming indoor mall. Chanel, Gucci, Lois Vuitton, Vince! What a wonderful shopping experience!
google avatar

Jill M.

Yelp
The store is beautiful. Very neat and inviting. Upon entering I was greeted. That's it. The 3 ladies were discussing a visit or floor move. I took a tour of the store on my own. I found what I was looking for and walked out. The only conversation I was had was Hello. Perhaps the lack of customer service and engagement is not important for this brand and that's fine because I will buy what I want when I want it, but the lack of service is obvious.
google avatar

Meg A.

Yelp
With the indoor malls becoming a thing of the past, the gardens was a refreshing blast from the past. It took them off from a hustle bustle mad house to an upscale, even visually pleasing shopping experience. Very clean, spacious, and there are plenty of places to sit and people watch or catch you breath from lugging bags of goodies and walking a mile or so. The mall is very long but getting your steps in doesn't make you feel so bad for spending the night away. My favorite part was all of the flowers, the mall's namesake is in point. Great variety in stores ranging from GNC to Gucci.
google avatar

Lisa C.

Yelp
This is the place to kill time when one needs to entertain a small child. Not to mention, it's a great place to dine, shop or walk laps on a rainy day. In the event you didn't pack a stroller, complimentary strollers are available at the customer service counter; both single and double. A copy of one's credit card and DL will be scanned and the images are deleted once the stroller is returned. The strollers are spacious and easy to wipe down with a Lysol wipe so this convenient option is a win. On this particular visit, we enjoyed the grand opening of the new Hallmark store. Same great store, but with a new boutique vibe featuring some really great gift options. We also enjoyed ice cream at Godiva. I highly recommend trying it if you haven't yet indulged. Not only is it delicious, but it's surprisingly low in calories too. We picked up a much needed lip liner at the MAC counter in Nordstrom and spent lots of time by the fountains because what 2 year old isn't mesmerized by water! We visited Macy's because I wanted to smell a perfume in person I spotted in a magazine. I definitely recommend following up with an in person test because the magazine made it smell far better than in real life and on my flesh. All in all, it was a great few hours killed at the mall and they even made a few bucks off me. ;) I did take notice there were a decent amount of stores that closed. On a brighter note, there appears to be a new kitchen or some type of culinary action in the works across from Coopers Hawk.

Yelp
This is a lovely indoor mall. The selection of stores did not leave you wanting for anything. It is clean, well maintained, bright, with water features and places to sit and people watch. Some complain about the mask situation ~ it's Florida (and most other states) so if you want to wear a mask, go for it, but do not criticize people who don't. (This is not a political forum.) Others complain about the food options: I was here to shop, not eat, but I did pass one restaurant that also had a nice patio for outdoor seating. We did some wine tastng at Cooper's Hawk with a very knoweldgeable server, and the 4 of us walked out with 7 bottles of wine~ a most successful shopping trip!!

Yelp
The Gardens Mall is a clean and nicely designed mall that is pleasant to walk around. I've become so accustomed to shopping at individual stores and open plazas that I'd almost forgotten that a trip to a mall comprises its own unique experience. My son is enchanted by the mall's multiple fountains, which begin outside and continue all throughout the inside of the mall on the first floor. In the middle of the mall's lower level is a large hangout area with a ton of benches set around a large fountain with lights and movement; smaller little waterways emanate from it. This area does not have the second floor overhead; it's open up to the ceilings and skylights. The sound of all that running water very soothing! This is an appealing central space for people of all ages to rest or take a breather. During holidays, this area is also where celebrities such as Santa holds court. An elevator with top to bottom glass windows delivers people between floors; my sons and I rode this elevator about 10 times to satiate curiosity. The bathroom area on the lower east side houses water fountains, a payphone and a U.S. postal office! The mall is anchored by Macy's, Sears, Bloomingdales, Saks 5th Avenue and Nordstrom. Many stores have come and gone over the years. I miss the Disney Store, Waldenbooks and April Cornell, as well as the multiple nature, toy and music stores that used to exist here. Browsing all the 'new' stores is fun too though.

Yelp
Stop in to do some shopping, nice time with the family found want I was looking for.. the apple store is crazy but lots of high in shops and deals.
google avatar

Michelle L.

Yelp
I hadn't been to The Gardens Mall in about ten years. It looked pretty much the same as I remember it. They keep it up and the stores in it lean upscale. I didn't think the food court had a great selection but not really the mall's fault. My only real complaint is that in December 2021 there was no clear mask policy here. I get it. It's Florida. But shut up and wear a mask for the greater good.
google avatar

Sam D.

Yelp
Whew. AVOID if you are middle or lower class. This is the place for the rich or the people who pretend they are rich. If you care about how people think about you, this is the place for you. I am a middle class girl from Indiana and this was totally not the place for me... the mall was nice, clean, and orderly. But the people who shop here are clearly high-maintenance.. just didn't feel like I belonged there.
google avatar

Cheryl S.

Yelp
I am not a "mall person" but I have to say I enjoyed my mall outing at Gardens Mall. I was happy to see that the mall was more than just a selection of the traditional mall stores, but included some of my favorite high end selections such as Louis Vuitton (Happy Valentine's to me)! Dropped by the food court for a quick snack. Decent selection of choices that was more than just sugar fixes.
google avatar

Julie F.

Yelp
This is an extremely upscale mall. If you live on the north side of the county and are looking for a high end department store, this is where you'd come. I'd compare this to Boca Town Center on the south part of the County. In eastern Broward County, Galleria would be a runner up. The mall is two-story and enclosed. Some of the anchors are Nordstroms, Bloomingdales, Saks, and Macy's. There are some 150+ specialty and boutique shops and restaurants. The shops have luxury brand names, too (Vince, Kate Spade, Tory Burch, et al) in addition to the Department stores. But there are some of your usual mall favorites, too (like Banana Republic). For restaurants, they have a small food court. There are branches of some better restaurants here as well like Coopers Hawk, PF Chang's, Brio Tuscan Grill, etc. plus other sit down casual restaurants, too. The mall is large (1.4 million sq ft). It is bright, spacious, clean, and posh. It's easy access from I95 and there's lots of free parking in the lots.

Yelp
I've been here twice now and I have enjoyed both visits. To be honest, we strongly dislike going to the malls in Miami (or that city in general) due to some bad experiences. There is nothing like someone kicking a hole in your bumper at Aventura Mall, no thanks, I will pass on that scene! I've lived in major cities and never experienced that before. So Palm Beach is a bit more up our alley and this mall is more appealing. We often find ourselves at the Boca Raton Mall since it's a good size, not too far from us and is small dog friendly. I would say The Gardens has a similar feel to the one in Boca. I would say this mall is more high end, but you do have a mix of other mid range shops too. You have department stores galore in this mall! I enjoy walking around this mall, I haven't been here during the holidays, but it doesn't seem too crowded the other times I have been here. On this visit we noticed canned food sculptures, the mall is trying to bring awareness to the fact that the area food bank is in need of donations. Growing up I remember mom giving food to our church that would be donated to the regional food bank. It's an important reminder and especially good to point out in an area like this where people have so much wealth. I'll be sure to see where I can donate in my own neighborhood. I love the decor throughout this mall, all of the flowers create a serene atmosphere for me. I also enjoy the various fountains in the mall, its very peaceful. Everything here seems very clean and kept up. We didn't eat here, but the mall has a small food court with a good selection of items. I did notice at least one chain sit down restaurant off the food court. Parking was fairly simple and there were ample spots. This mall is about 1 hour north of us, so we don't get up here too much, but I am sure we will pop in. We find that in the summer time in FL, it's nice to stop in and browse the mall for a bit to get some exercise out of the heat.
google avatar

Tim S.

Yelp
This is a very nice mall, located in Palm Beach. There are many trendy stores in the mall- Hugo Boss, Coach, Gucci, Jimmy Choo, Lilly Pulitzer, Tiffany, Tori Burch, Vineyard Vines, and more! There is plenty of parking. The mall is clean and spacious. And there are plenty of places to grab a bite to eat. A good place to spend a few hours on a hot, summer afternoon!
google avatar

Skye A.

Yelp
This mall is definitely not a fail of infrastructure. Someone put time and thought into the design of this mall. It's stunning and classy There are stands all around with customer information containing maps and information booths! Not only does it encompass the usual stores in all malls, but this mall has all the high end designer stores such as Louis Vuitton, Lilly Pulitzer, Tory Birch, Nordstrom, Chanel, etc. There are also two Starbucks not that I can understand this because they are literally on top of each other on different floors, but the one on the Lower Level was practically out the door so maybe its for better customer service. Everything is so clean and pretty. There are plenty of seating areas and foe flowers accompanied by different pretty pictures on stands. There are escalators at each end and in the middle as well as elevators. There is a food court on the Upper Level, and there are restaurants all around the mall too. We saw plenty of parking. If you are in the area, I would definitely recommend this mall!
google avatar

Sam M.

Yelp
I really couldn't believe it when I saw this mall because living in south Florida for almost two decades somehow I missed this awesome mall and never visited it. Now we have visited this area several times and just recently across the street to the Yardhouse where the yelpers celebrated the first official yelp Palm beach event. The mall is similar to the Boca town center with all the flagship and high end stores but has two levels like the Wellington Mall. We entered through Nordstrom on a Saturday evening. Even thought the mall was not that busy we enjoyed browsing through different stores. The two stores that stood out were the Apple and Tesla stores. The apple store was very busy with nobody available to help and the Tesla because the store is on the 2nd level so it is quite interesting how they are able to get the cars in the store. 5 star high end mall with a good court on the 2nd level and lots of restaurants around the mall.
google avatar

Andrew C.

Yelp
From middle ground stores to high end this mall has almost everything you maybe wanting in a large mall. From a high end Nordstrom's to a middle of the crowd Macy's you should find something you lie in this one location. Also, the mall has a large food court with plenty of food chain options. The mall has a fairly contemporary appearance. But as long as there is a Starbucks in it, you should never run out of energy shopping.
google avatar

Betsy S.

Yelp
An excellent array of stores- though this is a retail mall so you have to look for your items at a decent price. The food court has a nice array of choices (chipotle, chick- gol-Et, a candy store) and it has nice booths to sit in. Of course, there is a Starbucks to get coffee in! We all need our coffee! I love the mobile charging station and the fake beautiful flowers all around! It is very clean (except for the ladies room near the food court) and my Gwen daughter definitely likes the store choices (Sephora, Forever 21, pink etc.). Its worth a gander if you are nearby.
google avatar

Heidi S.

Yelp
There is so much to do and to see here. I'm not a major mall person but this mall is lovely. The outside is beautifully kept up and and just omits a warm sunny vibe. They have some typical places like Bath and Body works and Hallmark. They also have some High End shops including Chanel and Coach. Plenty of places to get your foodie on! They include California Pizza Kitchen (yum), Park Avenue BBQ Grill and P. F. Chang's. This is a great place to shop and is one of the better malls around.
google avatar

Michelle F.

Yelp
This mall has everything. I think it is being remodeled soon. It is attractive, bright and clean. You have Macy's, Bloomies, Nordstrom and Saks. What more does a girl need? :) It has an interesting food court. We did not eat there because we were eating at a restaurant down the street I love. All in all, this mall has everything you need. Customer Service was very helpful with some questions we had.

Yelp
I am a Regional Recruiter in retail and every week I travel to a different state, visiting different malls. I visited The Gardens for the first time today and WOW. To say I'm impressed would be a huge understatement! The attention to detail in interior decor, all of the flowers, the Easter display, the cleanliness, etc. everything was beautiful. Well done!

Yelp
Hey! It's a MALL!! Befitting the never stale crust of society known as Palm Beach GARDENERS (they didn't get rich quick enough to make it on the Island), this typical high end Simon Mall creation features bay after bay of $80 jeans and an Apple Store, but then insults commoners such as myself by throwing an aging and unnaturally dim Sears on as a "$30 jeans" store. I bet both Sears AND Roebuck AND Simon can't wait for their hundred year lease to end so that Mega H & M can launch their flagship clothes hanger of AliExpress quality, Nordstrom-rack priced ugly clothes to the well-heeled, balayaged masses. Be sure to have an appointment for the Apple Store.

Yelp
As shopping malls go, this one has a reasonable collection of stores, decent parking, and, for as tony as many of their stores are, far less obnoxious clientele, compared to the Town Center Mall ok the other end of the county. Generally I only find myself here at Christmas or to take a device into the Apple Store. Mostly, I shop on Amazon.

Yelp
Up market indoor mall in Palm Beach Gardens. Some high end stores - Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Eileen Fisher, Jimmy Choo as well as the regular mall stores. Clean and spacious. First Tesla showroom I have seen in a mall!

Yelp
"Celine Dion's favorite mall." Beautiful, with plenty of high-end and medium-end stores. Never too crowded, except for Christmas Eve. No kiosks, and that is highly underrated. This is possibly the finest shopping mall I know.

Yelp
My favorite mall in south Florida! It has an upscale feelings to it and the best stores. It's hard to find a mall that has everything you're looking for. A lot of the malls down here have a selection of my favorite stores but just one or two so I have to travel between boca and aventura to get to my faves and sometimes even they don't have what I'm looking for. Love the brightness and the cleanliness and it's right off the PGA exit which is nice. I visit it anytime I'm up in the area and have some extra shopping money!
