The Garuda Express

Extremely disappointed with The Garuda Express. My courier was delayed by 3 days despite clearly requesting early delivery. Their website boldly claims 24/7 availability and reliable service, but they didn’t even respond during normal working hours (10 AM to 9 PM), let alone around the clock. What’s more frustrating is the fake impression they create through glowing testimonials and promises of professionalism, punctuality, and responsiveness. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. If you can’t keep your promises, don’t make them. Stop fooling customers with claims you can’t deliver on. Would not recommend, especially for time-sensitive deliveries.

Fantastic service from The Garuda Express! My delivery was on time, well-packaged, and exactly as ordered. The driver was courteous and followed my instructions perfectly. Reliable and efficient—highly recommend!

Don’t use this company as your delivery service provider. Very poor customer service. One of the delivery person said he was coming to drop the parcel at the location that he advised and my mum have to wait for 2 hours outside in the middle of the road. And when he has to wait for 5 minutes, he was furious at my mum. It was a paid service, not a free service. If I have to pay for it then why should you choose this company as your delivery partner. Pay to better people, who have better customer service.

Never using this courier again. Greedy and irresponsible staff They were about to charge me almost 1600 for delivering a package to Bhairahawa so i cancelled. later I send the same item for about 500 rupees from another courier.

I am not here to write about the company but my experience with one of your rider wasn't a good experience. We pay delivery charge so that the product is delivered at a given location. The delivery location I gave was very simple and straight. Despite providing the detail direction towards the location and multiple location references, the rider failed to deliver to the exact location. The rider sounded as if he was frustrated and instead commanded me and said "hyaaa tapai etai aaunus na". The rider didn't even put an effort to ride 200m to the location. It wouldn't have been a problem for me to walk if he would have spoke politely.

The Delivery personnel delivering was actually asking me to come here and there. It’s pathetic absolutely unprofessional behaviour plus his tone of speaking was unacceptable. PATHETIC

It's been a wonderful experience. Got parcel delivered within four days. Thanks to the guy named "Keshav Bhandari". Hoping for more transactions in upcoming days.

Best courier service for delivery all over nepal. Prompt response, reasonably priced and quick service, keep up the good work!
