Unbelievable service, product and price. I know nothing about flowers but they were able to guide me into getting the perfect arrangement as a gift for my wife

Alfred could really just take his 1 star review somewhere else just because he forgot to plan ahead for Valentine’s Day. Next time don’t do something last minute sir 🥰 Anyways, these pictures speak for themselves, especially when I was capable of ordering both of these two weeks prior to Mother’s Day without an issue and IN ADVANCED of course. I will literally always come here for any and every occasion where flowers are needed; such a lovely receptionist, professional staff and the arrangements are worth more than what I paid for. I also took comparison pictures to standard bouquets that were roughly $30 less than what I paid for these two giant arrangements.

Ive started coming here for my mom's special days. one of the flowers is from mothers day and the very pink flowers are from her birthday last week. They are so nice and the flowers are very fresh. I describe what I want and they run with it! I will keep coming here because they are super patient, great listeners and give you your money's worth.

Just received THE MOST GLORIOUS Spathiphyllum (Peace Lily) plant from The Gazebo, in full bloom, more flowers in bud, and in PERFECT condition! I truly have not seen one more beautiful ANYWHERE else. It was a gift from our Church so I do not know the price, but this plant is well worth the cost.

I placed a last minute order for Mother's Day. They informed me of the limited stock so I did the "Designer's Choice" and requested that they include pink and white flowers. They turned out beautiful!! My grandma loved them and she said it was the biggest bouquet she received ;) Thank you!!

They did an absolutely beautiful job on the centerpieces I ordered for my Aunt's celebration of life. There were other arrangements delivered to the event by them as well, that some relatives ordered and those were equally stunning. I will absolutely order from them again in the future.

This is the first time I ordered flowers from the Gazebo. It was my sister's bday and I wanted to send her a nice and bright bouquet. The Gazebo did just that!! The florist even called me to tell me it will not exactly be like the photon online but will keep the same color theme. They didn't disappoint! The bouquet was so beautiful! My sister loved them!

The shop is absolutely spotless and you can find what you're looking for immediately. The staff and is very attentive and helpful, very willing to give suggestions or help if needed. Flowers were on the slightly pricey side, but the quality is absolutely worth it in my opinion. They have a large selection of flowers and greenery so you can find whatever you're looking for. They also have other miscellaneous item you can add to your for decor or ambience. Overall great store.

I came here a day before I needed a custom table centerpiece. I had a few pics on my phone, but otherwise no real idea or style. I brought a container and a budget. They told me they'd work with both and I could come back the next day. Looking at what they had in the refrigerated room, I knew I was in for a beautiful arrangement. Everything looked like it came out of an English garden! So fresh and not the typical arrangements. To be honest, I'd walked by the store many times and peeked in the windows looking at the beautiful silk arrangements and decor, but thought it was probably out of my price range. Wow, was I wrong! They are so reasonable, I mean far more than reasonable... I got a great deal! I'll use them for everything from now on. Absolutely wonderful work. Thank you!

This florist had one job to do, and they failed. We laid to rest my father in law who was a Vet and served his country in Vietnam. This florist knew exactly how funerals work at the National Cemetery and knew they could be there 15 mins prior. They showed up as everyone had gathered and were running to get the flowers in place, and the speaker began talking. Funerals are stressful enough. This is unacceptable. Don't guarantee something you can't make happen.

I've received many delivered arrangements from here, and they've all been beautiful. I decided to stop in today to see if they had any pre-made arrangements, and they did. A friendly woman at the front counter directed us over to a refrigerator section towards the front. There were quite a for available purchase, and she also mentioned they could easily put something together for me if I didn't find what I was looking for. They were all beautiful. I found one I was happy with and we made our purchase. Happy to find something pretty, and support local.

We always order directly from Gazebo for our folks in Riverside. Every arrangement has been beautiful over many, many years. Highly recommended.

My Aunt ordered flowers from the Gazebo as my mom had just passed away on Sunday. They were delivered today and they are just absolutely beautiful and stunning. Most florists did not meet our expectations. Most flowers did not match what their website photos showed! But they definitely did not disappoint

Helped me pick out an arrangement for my boyfriend for Valentine's Day and was very patient with my questions. I don't know anything about flowers but it was $65 for a reasonably nice set of flowers with a big lily in the center and some roses. Would recommend.

I buy flowers from Gazebo at least twice a month. I am always happy with the quality and service. I generally pick something out of the case and they always take time to refresh the arrangment to ensure it's top notch.

Thank you for making my daughters 21st birthday special. These flowers were from her Nana. She couldn't attend her party so she had this beautiful flower arrangement represent her. Nana is 94 and she totally loved it too.

I'm always last minute when it comes to gifts, same thing goes for flowers. I came in ti get graduation flowers for the following day and they were able to give me a nicely sized and reasonably priced bouquet on the same day. In fact, they had me come in 30 mins later to pick it up! I'd most definitely come back here for flowers.

I have been ordering arrangements from The Gazebo for a few years now. The first time I went in they helped me create a beautiful arrangement for my grandmother and I have ordered from here since. Mother's Day 2020 I decided to order my mom an arrangement and they were jaw dropping! The photo I have posted below is the flower arrangement they made for Mother's Day 2020. Tell me they are not to die for!!! Please please please consider them for any florist needs in the future! Also, everyone from The Gazebo is always so knowledgeable, sweet, and helpful.

Paid for a deluxe arrangement, which has at least 5 roses in their photo. I got less flowers in the delivered product than the standard arrangement. [updated] The florist reached out in reply to my email to them and apologized. They believe that the wrong item was tagged for my delivery and is sending a new arrangement. Hope all works out.

I stopped in to buy some flowers to drop off to my mom just because. Not only was the staff incredibly kind and thoughtful but amazingly talented. I was produced with the most beautiful arrangement I have ever seen. She put the arrangement together so quickly and beautifully. I am so glad I stopped in and will continue to return. What a GEM!

We came in an ordered a customized florets arrangement this past Saturday super last minute and they did the most amazing job!! We were able to choose the size, colors and even some Of the flowers we specifically wanted included and it was ready within the hour. This will now be my go to flower shop in riverside. Such sweet women working too!

Such great service and they really went above and beyond. I was last minute looking for an arrangement for my best friend who was in the hospital and they were so kind to look for options since what I wanted wasn't available and gave me an arrangement beyond beautiful and beyond what I could have imagined. They were so kind and friendly walking in and just really felt like they wanted my business and were really proud of the store and flower shop. Will definitely be going back!!!!

This is what was sent for Mother's Day to my 85 year old mother after I explained that I wanted a balanced medium height arrangement . I received a photo after it was delivered to show what was sent. I was embarrassed and called the next day to explain that this was not acceptable. Gazebo told me they would pick it up and give a refund . Or send some one to fix it. Neither one of these would make my mom happy. What they should have done was send something else free of charge. This was unbalanced, not pretty, and awkward looking.

Super friendly. I needed help ordering for my little brothers funeral and explained that I had never ordered a flower arrangement for a funeral before and I couldn't get in store to place the order that I needed the next day! I put 100% trust in these ladies and they did not disappoint. I even ran late to pick up and they were reassuring the entire time. Thank you so much!!

I ordered these for my mom for Mother's Day. She absolutely loved them. She was thrilled when she got them. They do look different than the stick photo they advertise, but I understand the arrangement will look different based off availability of flowers. I just wish there were more purple than pink flowers in the Lavender Lux. Overall, beautiful arrangement.

Gazebo did my flowers for my wedding last August and they were gorgeous! I was planning from out of town but they made it really easy. I had a consult with their wedding specialist and I sent pictures of bouquets I liked, colors of the bridesmaids and groomsmen and they pulled together some flower combos and sent photos back and forth until I was happy with everything. They were also the most competitive pricing I could find in the area and delivered everything on my wedding day. I was in love with my bouquet and highly recommend them to anyone looking for florals for their wedding or for a gorgeous arrangement.

The staff here was super helpful. I needed some greenery for an Eagle Scout ceremony and they put together a beautiful assortment of greenery which added a nice touch.

Honestly I didn't know this place existed, there are so many little shops around the plaza that I should really check out some time! This is located behind Rite Aid, on the side where Chase Bank is. Not at all hard to miss if you're looking for it. My sister's School of Optometry graduation was today in Fullerton and since it's not graduation season yet in Riverside, I was panicking to find leis and bouquets for my sister very last minute since I forgot to order them. After looking up and calling, unfortunately none of the florists near UCR or in downtown had any leis. I decided to come in to get a bouquet custom as well made though since the pictures I saw looked great. Walking in, all you see are random arrangements sitting around, making the shop look a bit old since some of the arrangements are of fake flowers, very pretty nevertheless. There were orchids and gift arrangements to purchase there with prices on them as well. It was only being run by an old Asian lady and she immediately greeted me and asked if I needed help. When I asked her about custom bouquets, she asked the occasion and gender of the person. Now I am in no way a flower person, I actually hate and can't stand the smell of flowers, so she was glad to help when I asked for something "Spring-y" for a graduation but with traditional touches. She showed me the individual flowers and I chose a couple flowers before letting her choose for me. Before picking the flowers, she asked what price range I was looking for and how elaborate I wanted it. Prices will vary based on the flowers and number you have. She took those flowers and preceded to arrange them in a little back area while suggesting I write a card (complementary) to add to it. I got to add purple ribbon, though I wish I asked to add a gold ribbon to it as well as those are the university colors. Overall I was impressed by the bouquet and it turned out beautiful. Service was great and there was no wait at all. The arrangement was skillfully done and I will come back again definitely for UCR grad season. The arrangement is now in a vase at home!

I have been here a few times through the years, quite recently for an arrangement of "rainbow roses" for a very good friend of mine. They delivered a beautiful presentation for me, I'm more than satisfied with the quality and price. Will definitely be back.

I was in the middle of planning a an arrangement for an Urn. When I thought to add my stepsons old train to it to make it more personalized. The problem was to find someone that could make it, bright in color, add a poem , the train, then decorate around an empty space for the Urn to be placed later. That was a lot to take one for any florist. Well thIs place made the most beautiful Memorial Urn arrangement ever! Everyone said how beautiful and personal it was. I've been coming to this flower shop over the years...and it has slowly been going downhill. The flower arrangements I've ordered have been less than spectacular with a few blooms having brown spots and edges. But just lately, went in there and the service from the front desk clerk was unfriendly and unhelpful, basically just rude which is why I won't be back.

This is my go to place whenever getting flowers for my wife. Priscilla is the best. The arrangements are beautiful and their delivery is always spot on.

Walked in and was immediately greeted by this young woman(I wish I remembered her name). I'm a Home baker and I was working on a wedding cake and needed a few greenery for my cake and the young lady was so helpful, she was very attentive and she understood what I was looking for! She even offered to let me leave a few business cards(but silly me forgot to restock my wallet). Great customer service, good prices, and I would recommend them to anyone!

I love this place for my flowers!! I have received bouquets from here that were beautiful and yesterday I had an arrangement made, and since I couldn't see the finished product because I was at work I received a photo!! It's GORGEOUS!! And I called to have an addition to the card this morning and it was taken care of.
