One of the coziest Clothing store I ever visited in TGM's branches and they have most of their collections. Got the Ribbed Lounge Jacket and the Nylon Shell Bag and the material that used on these are surreal. The staff Rasha is amazing! She assisted me from start til purchasing! We need more someone like Rasha! Thanks to her!! Updated: NOV 29, The Service is way more better as the staffs are so proactive despite the busy weekend! Ahmed, Rasha and The Filipina lady are so there to assist me! Thank you them! 10/10

Regarding my order I was really disappointed with the quality of the clothes I received from Giving Movement. The fabric felt cheap, stitching was poor, and it definitely didn’t match the price or what was shown online. I expected better and won’t be ordering again They talk about humanity ! To attract customers for sale, a cheap plan from incompetent people, where is humanity، "It is deeply disturbing and unjust that 16 employees were dismissed without proper explanation, support, or warning. This action reflects a complete lack of leadership, empathy, and responsibility. The way this was handled caused real harm to people's livelihoods and has damaged trust beyond repair. A manager who treats people as disposable is not fit to lead ! …👌🏾

I am absolutely disgusted with the service I received from The Giving Movement. I placed an online order 15 days ago as a gift for my sister, who only arrived in the UAE today. When she tried the clothes on, they were too small — a simple exchange was all I needed. To my shock, I was told they do not offer exchanges at all. The only option is to return the items, receive a voucher, and repurchase. But because my order is now over 14 days old, they refused even that. No flexibility, no understanding, no willingness to help — even though I’m a loyal customer who has supported the brand. It’s unbelievably disappointing that a company promoting ethics and community can’t offer basic customer care. I expected much better and feel completely let down. I won’t be purchasing from them again unless their policies — and their attitude toward loyal customers — change.
